We…read morewere advised of my wife's phone could not fully update due to the age of the phone she advised us what two phones were available. My wife chose the phone and we purchased said phone. We could not get the voice mail setup. We went back on the 3/14/26 spoke to a young man named Miles he was diligent in solving the problem and he explained to us what he did. So, we left when we got back home, we went to charge the phone no charger. We went back to the store on 3/15/26 12:00pm spoke to a real SUPER LADY Her name was Kim; she informed us that a phone charger does not come with the phone and all cell companies were doing this as it is sold separately. If the so-called manager would have done her job, we would not have had to go back. Kim has a winning attitude, with many customer service skills. Kim sold us a charger, and we told her we find out that on my wife's voice mail was never setup. she helped us a lot just like Addly did when he was there. Now we realize originally, we came on 3/13/26 @6:35pm and they close @ 7:00 but NOT DOING YOUR JOB IS NO EXCUSE!!!!!

I used to take all of my framing work to Michaels. So well in Palm Coast I decided to go down and…read morehave them reframe three prints that are valuable to me. I had to call them to be told when my print was done because they did not alert me. When I got to the store to pick them up and they showed me them they had left their fingerprints and dirt all over the glass and never even cleaned the glass. These were things I had wanted on my wall for Thanksgiving and the girl knew that when I handed them over to be reminded framed. I told her I couldn't accept that with the fingerprints all over the inside and outside of the glass and that they needed to clean the glass. I was a bit incredulous that I would actually have to tell a picture framer that! When I called in today I talked to Taylor again and was told that she couldn't be bothered with this until at least Monday, and she's not scheduled to be in production in the framing shop until then, 4 days later. This is an order that they botched by not following through and cleaning the glass. And this is an order they're not standing behind and fixing in a timely manner. I called back to speak to the manager. However the same girl Taylor answered and she hung up on me. Moral of this lesson? Never get your pictures framed at Michael's anymore, if you want quality and prompt service
