I have now had two bad Used controllers that were allegedly tested to make sure they work…read moreaccording. Well to my surprise I bought one of these controllers at the beginning of the month and the A button did not work and the controller would just randomly shut off. Thought it was a fluke so brought it back expecting it to be replaced free of charge. Nope had to use the protection plan for it to be accepted (was bought the day b4) so now after getting swindled out of the my protection plan for this product I go and grab another controller that looks up to par. Now only a week later i notice that the controller has an issue staying on. thought it was the cord so I switched it and after it was switch the controller did turn back on no matter what cords I used for it. Moral of the story is they are selling you broken used products that have stamps of approval that they are in perfect operation when they are not. never had this issue in the 10 years I've gone to this store. don't buy nothing used or previously owed bc there is a high chance it will crap out on you shortly after. Sorry for the one star but this is unacceptable and need to be addressed bc someone in that store is not doing their job properly
