I went to another location and had the best experience in a clean nice store with helpful and professional employees. They didn't even ask me to do it myself with the self-service kiosk, they said they were happy to scan and ship the packages for me. After several days, he sent an email stating the "investigation" was resolved and asking me to fill out a customer satisfaction survey. However, the package had still not been delivered, and had not even been located, and I wasn't even offered a refund for postal fees - much lees the package's contents.
