Why should you search for packages if your recipient doesn't have a document to show that it's in your position? The customer service is not there when you have 4-5 people in line wait to drop off a package and get a receipt. She literally yelled at me and if you are returning Amazon just forget about it. The packages are strewn all over the floor of the store, it is filthy, the self service kiosk is broken and they REFUSE to ship an Amazon package for you even though the Amazon kiosk was broken and it was the last day I could ship the package. I went to another location and had the best experience in a clean nice store with helpful and professional employees. They didn't even ask me to do it myself with the self-service kiosk, they said they were happy to scan and ship the packages for me. It was such a relief to know I never have to go to this particular UPS Store again! I hate to write a review like this this but feel other people should know they have much better choices. I asked for the Owner's number and Linda refused to give it to me (she tried to convince me nobody at the store had the owner's phone number which is either crazy or not true). His "Don't care" attitude was appalling. Says there wasn't a tracking number but all USPS packages have tracking now, even the lowest rate. Guess if you don't pay extra for it they don't bother to give it to you. Bad business.
