Upon arrival I needed coins since they didn't have their machines on a pay app like so many others I visited. No problem, they gladly exchanged for a roll of quarters. After seeing it was only enough for three loads I was happy to see they also had a working change machine. Many of the machines have had quite a bit of wear and tear. IlAfter washing the loads, I moved them all to dryers. As clothes became dry I took them out and folded them, placed them in my laundry baskets and brought them out to the car. I had roughly a half a load of clothes that still needed a few more minutes in the dryer and I took everything else out of the car and totally forgot that I had those clothes still in the dryer and drove away. When I got to my campsite I realized I was missing a good amount of my clothing, so I called the laundromat and explained that I had just been there described the clothes that I had and the dryer in which they would've been in. I was told that in the Lost and Found they did not have anything that met my description. But the more I thought about it the more I felt something didn't seem right. I will not mention the name of the young woman who answered the phone and told me that none of the clothes matched the description. Billing perhaps maybe they were overlooked I went back the next day. I just couldn't believe somebody would walk off with a whole half of load of clothes in a dryer. I walked in and explained what happened and described every item; two pair of dark pants, three shirts, a pair of leggings with matching jacket, three pairs of socks and a hoodie. Mind you some of them had graphic designs on them and I was able to describe each one. The girl behind the counter said when people call on the phone we tend to be busy and maybe they just really didn't listen to what you were saying. She then picked up two bags and handed them to me and said here are two bags of laundry that were found. Do any of the clothes in these bags look like yours? Of course, one bag was everything I had described exactly. I was given the bag and was told it was a good thing I came in because after 48 hours they turn it over to a shop which is there for people in need. I thanked the young woman and got in my car. When I returned to my campsite and put my clothes away, I noticed a note on the back of the bag. And the note said "blank"has dibs on these. Now mind you the name I am not repeating here whose name was on the note claiming my clothes if no one came to retrieve them was the same girl who answered the phone the day before and said nothing like that matches what we have in lost and found. Bottom line these clothes that I accidentally left in the dryer we're never gonna be turned over to the consignment/discount store and pantry but rather going home with the young lady who "claimed" them. This young woman lied to me on the phone, knew I was looking for the clothes and yet hit them in a bag with a sticky note claiming them and never had any attention to return them to me or to give them to the Store store that she claimed they give unclaimed clothes to. Deceitful is what I was left feeling. I did not call them to complain. I did not want to necessarily get the person in trouble and that is why I am still not mentioning her name. But I will tell you I would never step foot in this place again.

Once you find one, you stick to it, which sometimes means having to drive to get the desired service. As I entered, I was greeted by a lady who assumed I wanted to wash all my clothing in one load. Larger washers are in the back, she said. I expressed the need to separate my whites and colors. So I read the signage and proceeded to the Double Load washers. I had to loads. $4.75 per washer. I selected Hot water for both. Wash time was 22 minutes. No problem. I waited and used the dryers. They were already hot from the previous user so I was stoked. $0.25 for 5 minute increments. I put $1.50 on each dryer. 30 minutes of drying time. When I pulled the clothes out at the stopping point, a lot of them were still damp. I added $.75 for 15 additional minutes each. After grabbing this time, they were still not dry, so I filed them and took them home to lay out in order to finish drying. The location was open. Great Was it a value for my money. I asked for a Velcro or a zipper. I got the doll. They literally just cut a hole didn't even fix the fringe. They glued two pieces of Velcro in the back and put a piece of cloth over it when you open the pocket the Velcro rips off so I had to spend 30 minutes trying to sew them on so they would be there. And they charge me $35 for something I could've done at Michael's for four dollars and probably turned out better. And they also cleared the message on the heart which required me to re-record it.

Long post but sooooo many levels of incompetence…read more I took a brand new pair of pants with tag still on. I stood there while both women talked to me. One of them pinned pants. We had a lengthy discussion in detail that I wanted the new hem to look exactly like the old one. One woman said she'd do it differently but I told them what I wanted. She said "yes it can be done" I reiterated "it's the style of the pants, and that's why I bought them and it could be done there was plenty of fabric and what I want". Both woman agreed it could be done. When I go to pick them up, they are done completely wrong. The hem I wanted to preserve was not done and the woman who did the work said the woman that pinned them didnt write down my instructions!! But the woman who altered them was part of the full discussion when they were hemmed! so she threw her colleague under the bus. Both of them were present and actively talking to me about the new hem and style I wanted to preserve. Both agreed it could be done. When I go to pick them up, they are not how I want it, it is how the first woman wanted it, and the second one blamed it on the first ones were not writing it down! Absolutely the worst Poor excuse, horrible Customer Sevice, I told him I didn't wanna come back. I would take a discount and just leave and they told me, " we can't give you a discount only the owner ." I suggested we call the owner and was told, "the Owner is in Greece." So these employees are not empowered to make a simple decision. What kind of Owner is doesn't empower employees to make simple decisions that might preserve a modicum of credibility, leaves them stranded and they do a FAILURE job - poor workmanship and oh by the way... Do not go there unless you want your clothes ruined. The kicker: I know how to sew and I know there was plenty of fabric and time to do it right. BTW, I used to own 6 dry cleaners so I know exactly what's going on there and it is not professional. Negative stats if I could!

She was cold not helpful…read morethere was a stain on the clothing I bought in I felt they did not do all they could to rectify the situation because I was able to remove stain when I took it home. I will definitely be looking for another dry cleaner
