I hadn't had my wedding gown or engagement dress cleaned since 2015. Both gowns were returned absolutely perfect as if they had never been worn! read more

Professionalism!! Dry cleaning looks like it wasn't done at all. Still charged me. Won't be back

Where to begin: TLDR - they are over priced, liars, and lose garments. Long version: I moved to the area and was looking for a new cleaner to establish a relationship. I googled and found this nearby. I bought in 22 polo style shirts (NO DRESS SHIRTS), and 2 pair of casual pants. This was on a Tuesday when they offer 20% off. The older gent wrote it up and then said "How is next Monday?" To which I said "that's ok, I'll just take my clothes somewhere else. I have a vacation that leaves this Saturday, so I can't wait until Monday." He then goes to tell me that they had 1 piece of equipment down, and that was why he offered Monday - but he said "I promise I can have this all ready by Friday". So I reluctantly left it all with him. I show up Friday afternoon and surprise surprise - only 1 shirt is ready. They then tell me "You have to pick up the rest on Monday". Totally ruined my trip as I was to leave in 12 hours and this guy can't keep a promise. At this point I'm pissed, but also have no leverage. So I leave and tell them "I will be back to pick it ALL up next week and we are done doing business." I leave the store - but not before their son chases me out into the parking lot and yells at me for "leaving aggressively". What in the actual #(#*#? I told him "your father promised my clothes on Friday, here we are - and you failed." He didn't care to hear any of that, he just kept saying "we don't tolerate your aggressive nature here". Fast forward to today (Thursday the next week) and I go pick up my clothes. There are only 17 shirts (5 are just permanently lost). And the pants - I explicitly told them NO CREASE - shocker, giant 1980's style crease down the leg of both pairs of pants. It gets better - 17 shirts and 2 pair of causal pants - $191!!!! He "generously" dropped it to $145 - but with the 20% off Tuesday, it's basically full price. Way over priced, they will say anything to get you in the door then fail at every possible chance, and charge you Pentagon pricing to seal their fate. Never ever again - I'll be watching this spot to see them fail and close up - the community won't stand for that type of service. read more

The quality of the dry cleaning is fine. The prices were not. I had four shirts dry cleaned and the bill was $46. I asked if that was correct and was told, yes, it's dry cleaning. Unreasonable prices, no explanation of why they are almost double the price of other local cleaners. Definitely would not recommend. $11 per shirt is more than inflation. read more

Omar is amazing! I bought this old fur coat and not only did he clean it but he also repaired several holes in the leather and communicated with me before he took any action. Above and beyond! Will trust them with anything read more

I have taken our stuff there for at least three years now. Very reliable and they do a really nice job.

I have used this cleaning service for years and I love the owners and love the way they do business. If something can't get cleaned, they share that with me and work with me to get it cleaned, they're alterations are wonderful and right on point. read more

Warning: stay away from Murabella Cleaners. 13 items, no special services: $179. On what planet that even close to reasonable? It's way cheaper to use a service that will pickup and drop off. read more

Great work with alterations! They are always kind and helpful! We have been coming here for years!

I am beyond pleased with the 18-year-old baby dedication/christening gown (4pieces) that I gave to Omar to remove stains that should have been removed years ago by another cleaning facility. He did the job himself and I can't be any more pleased with the results. Not one spot/stain is left on the gown, and it is whiter than before! Kudos to you, Omar, at Murabella Cleaners for an excellent job!!! He wanted to give me the discount, but I said no, b/c I would have ruined this gown had I taken on this task... read more

If you like when you are told that your garment has been destroyed by the Murabella cleaning because it is too old or dirty and demanded their payment for cleaning , by all means, go there and enjoy being called a liar and criminal. I think pictures speak better to any words. For the records it WAS the Bcbgmaxazria silk blouse, that was worn only once. RIP. Things happened, I get it, but instead apologizing the owners were combative and arrogant. It took 15 minutes of conversation for them to agree that they did something wrong. read more

I often use Murabella cleaners. I return for the excellent customer service and quality dry cleaning. I like chatting with the gentleman while nibbling on the free candy. I point out spots so he can focus on them. If he can't promise results, he will tell me -- which I appreciate, as he manages my expectations. I try to go on Tuesdays for the 20% off. One day I came in on Wednesday thinking it was Tuesday, and he gave me the discount anyway. read more

I've used them for cleaning and alterations on both clothing and a couch cushion that he saved, otherwise, I would have had to buy a new couch! read more

I have been using Murabella Cleaners for over three years and have been very happy with them. The owners are very helpful and cordial, and it is a pleasure to see them when I go in. Most recently I had a dress altered for a special occasion and it came out beautifully. I also drop off dry cleaning at least twice each month and am always satisfied with the quality of their work. Based on my experience, I am more than happy to recommend this company. We are fortunate to have them here! read more

Excellent and friendly service Always done on time and as requested. I had some altererations done and Omar did a wonderful job. It wasn't cheap but tailoring is hard to find. read more

Excellent and friendl service Always done on time and as requested. Used to bring them a lot more dress shirts pre-covid.

Great customer service, family business and very friendly. Also great quality and attention to details.

I don't get the negative reviews. This is a family-run dry cleaner and tailor shop conveniently located in the WGV neighborhood. They may not be the cheapest around, but work hard to deliver high-end service on time. Plus my wife loves getting 20% off on dry cleaning every Tuesday! read more

I came to this business expecting to receive a service and did not get the service. There was a sign on the door advising they would be back in 30 minutes. They never came back. Waited over an hour. I called several times and whoever cell phone that's connected to the business, they purposely decline your call. Bad for business. read more

Awful business! They over charge me and try to blame me. Do NOT go here! Read the others reviews on this site and google. I am not the only customer where they tried to cheat and rip off. There are numerous unsatisfied customers who had similar bad experiences with the owners It is a pattern that ONLY can be stopped by avoiding this place and go to another and cheaper cleaners. read more

I have been taking clothes here for five years, and yes, these cleaners are expensive. I've been mostly satisfied until now. My pleated skirt needed pressing, and the pleats were not pressed when I came to pick up the skirt. Yara expressed that they did not know that the skirt needed to be pressed in this way, and the owner recommended that I take the skirt elsewhere. They didn't want to put the time needed into pressing the skirt, so they didn't charge me for the machine press that they performed (see picture). Also, I had a button sewn on some pants as well as a different pair of pants dry cleaned. The total was $10, but they charged $11. I got $1 cash back. They indicated that they weren't able to put $1 back on my card, but if it had been a larger amount, they would have. I understand the credit card fees involved from a business perspective, however, I feel that this business does not put their customers first, nor do they make their customers feel valued. Due to these business practices, I will not be returning. read more

Have been here a couple time now and the owner is so friendly and they always have my stuff ready in a reasonable amount of time. My wife dropped off clothes and was told a price and it would then be 20% off, when I picked up the price was higher and no discount, that is not the way to treat customers and expect them to return read more

They really do an exceptional professional job. My coat looks new. Then are courteous, and gave me a very good 20% discount for Tuesday dry cleaning. Great to have a neighborhood dry cleaners that I can count on ! read more

I have given this cleaners a few chances- twice I had to take back the items as the spots I pointed out to them were not cleaned. The last time I went I brought one romper and the tag said it was $7 and some odd cents and he took it right in front of me and crossed off the price and doubled it!!!! Over $14 for one item! It wasn't even dirty just wanted it refreshed up. Do not give this greedy man your money! read more

Horrible. My husband is in the Navy and we need I'm his uniform to be pressed a ver specifically way. I recited my husband with uniform and even called husband on FaceTime while showing them how we needed it to be pressed.. needless to say.. it was still done incorrectly. I will never use their services again. read more

They are expensive but they are close to the house so I thought I would give them a shot. I got there at 7 (when they open) to grab my clothes before work and they did not open till 36 minutes later. I was late for work and they didn't do my shirts correctly, I asked for extra starch and creased sleeves. read more

Still same old terrible service. I had no choice but to bring my clothes in. I live very close and I want them to do a good job but they always fall short. I asked for starch in my work shirts and they didn't use starch. I asked for them to clean a spot on my pants and she said "yes, yes, I see it, it is no problem" The spot was untouched. No attempt to clean it. I'm done with this business. I'll drive 5 extra miles rather than go there. read more
