Yep, I should have believed the hype but thought "how could they screw this up"? And living up to what everyone has said they did. Brought in my new khaki shirt straight out of the plastic wrapper and needed it pressed. No problem the owner said and when I went to pick it up he said it was caught up in the press machine and told me to come back later. I'm a reasonable person and said sure and asked what time, which he told me his closing time and he would stay so I would have my shirt. Expressing my frustration I agreed to come back. The owner called me an hour later said it was ready so I drove to pick it up and this is where it gets better. My new khaki shirt had gum on the front and the owner said it was there when I dropped it off. Funny, because I pulled it out of the plastic wrapper straight from the store when I dropped it off. Expressing my frustration even more, he agreed to clean the gum off my shirt, so again I left and hours later he called for me to come back. Once I returned I was greeted by two police officers which the owner called because I was a possible threat. WOW! Maybe if you didn't mess my new shirt up and have me come back multiple times. I guess I should have a smile on my face saying thank you for NOT providing me with a service that I paid you for. And yes, the owner had me pay full price for a cleaning charge when it was his machine that messed up and god only knows where the gum came from. In the end, I now have to purchase a new khaki shirt and the police were called because this business can't deliver on services and they were afraid of confrontation. Go figure, who pays someone for services that are worse than when they started. Thank you for nothing, Way to support your community! read more

I live in both St.Augustine and Fairfax, VA and this was just way too expensive. I would come again only if I really needed to otherwise id save your money. I forgot the prices but I remember bringing in 3-4 shirts and paying like15-20 bucks. Find another shop unless convenience is worth more to you. They do a good job just not sure if its worth the money read more

DO NOT DO business with this dry cleaner. This week I dropped off some clothes like I do normally. I picked it up today, as I was getting ready to go out I put one of my pants that I picked up from them and saw a dark blueish spot on these gray Ted Baker pants. So I took it back and said this wasn't not even a stain I went with originally. These pants were bought over Christmas break from Bloomingdales in N. VA. The young man said no worries took my name and gave me ticket. A few hours later the owner Omar calls me and begins to say they didn't do the stain and that I did it after I picked it up. Basically he called me a liar and that for me to lawyer up and he will sue me if I post anything bad about his business. Do not trust this business with your clothes. When they do mess up well it's your fault. Read the yelp reviews. I wish I would have. read more

Amazing service and great employees. The owner and his wife are very welcoming and help me so much! Everything they do is very much appreciated. I recommend this place 100%! read more

My mother was double charged for the same service. They required for her to show bank statements showing the charges, when she brought them in (bank issued) the nice lady gave her her refund. Within the half hour my mom received a phone call from the owner yelling at her, calling her a thief, robber, accused her of committing fraud and threatened to call the police. My mother has lived in World Golf Village for twelve years and is a regular customer at many of the local businesses. Never have we experienced such offensive business owners. My mother, sister, and myself immediately went to the store at the owners request. Again they yelled at my mother, slammed other people's clothing around and were rude to multiple other customers in the process. Ultimately the owner took my mother's bank statements, shoved them into my sister, told us to leave and that he'd call his attorney and the police. They were still shouting after us as we were leaving calling my mother a thief. They perform terrible service and their customer service is unlike anything I've seen. read more

The gal up front , Yara, is awesome. Unfortunately, she is not the owner or operator. Twice they starched my shirts although I never ask for starch. They burnt my wife's pants while dry cleaning. Although the Owner gave me credit for a new pair of slacks , wife could no buy the same slacks . This is sad since Owner owns both locations in Mirabella and strip center nearby. Cannot afford to have mistakes on expensive business shirts and suits any more. Will miss chatting with Yara. read more

Normally, I prefer to post a positive review, but in this case I have to agree with many of the other reviews above. If we were rating with stars, I'd give them a minus 5. Several weeks ago, I took in a pair of pants and a dress for alterations and was told the items would be finished in 10 days. When I stopped by to pick up my items, they could not find the pants. I came back twice later over the next two weeks and finally accepted that the pants were lost. Should have learned my lesson - I had a trench coat that needed shortening and for convenience, I went back. It was an expensive coat from the UK and it is now totally ruined. The sewing is uneven, the hem wasn't pressed, the liner is longer than the outside, and the thread isn't even the same color as the other thread used on the coat. When I pointed out these defects, the owner actually argued with me! Oh, and he said if I wanted the newly sewn hem pressed that was an extra service and an extra fee. What has happened to customer service? At any rate, he wanted to charge me a lot of money for a botch job and now I have to pay to have it repaired. I'll never go there again. Oh, and know that the shop near the Alexander Dental and the one near Gators are the same owner. read more

Doesn't even deserve one star but that's the lowest rating I can give. Was charged $15 to have my dress "expressed cleaned." I was never informed about the price, and my dress was never cleaned. I didn't have a problem paying that price, but my dress wasn't cleaned and the owner was extremely rude. read more

Tried these folks three times in the past year, they lost 2 shirts and are VERY expensive. On the positive side after some discussion the owner was willing to pay me for the most recent shirt she lost....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

Really very unhappy about my experience with Murabella Cleaners. They had told me the price would be NO MORE than $21.00 & that when I picked up my clothes they would apply a 20% discount. They didn't have them ready on Tuesday (when they were supposed to be ready) which I guess is when they apply the discount (not my fault) so they didn't give it to me. My clothes ended up being almost $30.00 & were done completely last minute. My husband called & the owner was very rude & pretty much told us "oh well." Definitely do not recommend & will never go back. read more

Horrible place. Misplaced clothes, so called owner was rude and would not help. Instead argued and double charged for the clothes of what was originally told. Don't go to this place. Drive a little further a find yourself a more reputable establishment. read more
