I had higher expectations from the reviews here on yelp. I brought a doll here, ask them to make an opening in the back of the doll so I can put a voice recording heart inside. I asked for a Velcro or a zipper. I got the doll. They literally just cut a hole didn't even fix the fringe. They glued two pieces of Velcro in the back and put a piece of cloth over it when you open the pocket the Velcro rips off so I had to spend 30 minutes trying to sew them on so they would be there. And they charge me $35 for something I could've done at Michael's for four dollars and probably turned out better. And they also cleared the message on the heart which required me to re-record it. read more

should be zero stars . dropped off throw blanket to be stitched up a bit on November 20th. told us they would call with a price . Called them two days later , extremely rude on the phone . told me she would call me back Monday or Tuesday of the next week . So , here we are . 11 days later , no call back !!! I went in and ask for my blanket back. Owner was rude , tried to give me the wrong blanket back at first . I told her , no it's the blue one . After setting my blanket on the counter , she snatch the blanket out of my hands . if she was a dude there would have been hands thrown !!!!!! then she used some profanity as I left . This used to be THE PLACE to go, but NOT anymore!! My daughters went there to have their dresses altered for a wedding they were in. Maddie was disgustingly rude to them. The same minor alteration was done on both dresses (just a hem), with a drastic price difference, to which Maddie commented we were lucky that's all we were charged, as it should have been significantly more. Fast forward, and only 1 of the 2 dresses was hemmed, and now we were out of state, prepping for the wedding. I called AAA Stitchery and spoke with Peyton, she was very kind and assured me I would get a refund, after that was said, Maddie ripped the phone away from Peyton and started literally screaming at me that the dresses were both done, even though the proof was clear 1 of the 2 dresses was not hemmed. I reached out to Gina, the owner, the day we returned home, and Gina told me it was human error that the dress was not hemmed and outright refused to refund my money for work that was never performed. Gina was also informed of Maddie's behavior and didn't seem bothered by her behavior, yet agreed that if Maddie continues her behavior towards customers this way, Maddie will be the downfall of Gina's business. I informed Gina that I would be disputing this with my credit card company, and she didn't seem bothered by it. After providing pictures of both dresses and the hem lines proving that 1 dress was never altered as paid for and a full statement provided to my credit card company, they 100% refunded me and took the payment back from AAA Stitchery as that was considered theft on AAA Stitchery's part. read more

Just don't waste your time. 1st I wanted to keep my money local. 2nd it was a leather vest given to me as a gift. 3rd it cost me more than 260. 00 for you to destroy my vest. Why, why in the world would it be ok to sew patches on a leather vest upside down ? This was a gift of 130.00 then I spent over 260.00 to get the patches on. Don't. Spend any money here this was done on purpose. And I didn't want to complain cause I just wanted it back after 3 weeks. I'm so pissed. read more

FANTASTIC service! they do, indeed call you back if you SPECIFY when you need it by. i went in to get my military uniforms patches sewn on and i asked them for same day service and they said no problem and had it done an hour later aside from the fact that they were clearly busy! these ladies do a great job of letting you know your things are ready and are very meticulous with their work. a million thanks to the ladies here who had my uniforms inspection ready and especially for taking care of me on such short notice and for a great price. do not be fooled by the misleading rating, this business is great! read more

This place is amazing and is now my go to for any and all alterations! My first time coming I brought in jeans with a busted side zipper, I asked to remove the zipper all together and received just that with amazing tough quality stitching! My second experience was sewing up the cleavage area of a dress a few inches and they once again were amazing! All the stitching is such good quality and you can tell they take their time! read more

I have been going here a while now. At first they were great! Consistency matters to me so I figure it's time for an update. Each of the last three times I have dropped clothes off for alterations they ask if one week is ok. I assume that they have others that are in more of a hurry so I gladly tell them that will be fine. Each time they get my phone number and say they will call me when they are done. They never call, don't know me by name yet, and haven't been on time. I always need to call instead of just show up a week later because they make it seem important "That they will call" by saying so and taking my phone number each time. Out of all the clothing they have done, maybe 50 items in all only twice (2 items out of 50 or so) did they completely ruin the articles. That's not too bad I guess. read more
