They glued two pieces of Velcro in the back and put a piece of cloth over it when you open the pocket the Velcro rips off so I had to spend 30 minutes trying to sew them on so they would be there. And they charge me $35 for something I could've done at Michael's for four dollars and probably turned out better. And they also cleared the message on the heart which required me to re-record it.

I went with Emily's suggestions on what to change, but it seems she had other projects that became more important.
