Don't ***ever*** use a service like this to send important packages. Never, never, never use Goin'…read morePostal! Not ever! They use intermediary shippers like GlobalPost and GlobalPost becomes the sender, not you, in the eyes of the USPS. So when a package is returned for lack of delivery (long story and we don't know yet whose fault it was) it doesn't go back to you, it goes to GlobalPost. From there the USPS considers it returned and will no longer assist in finding the package. GlobalPost has less than zero accountability. We are trying to get our extremely important package back. GlobalPost has it but says it will be MONTHS before we will see it again and that there is no way to expedite the return. If we had just gone to the post office there probably would not have been a problem at all. Since we went to Goin' Postal we will probably never see our irreplaceable documents again. This has been the most horrendous experience. Simply do not go to Goin' Postal, ever!!!

I'm not rude and demanding, but even with those who are, I've only observed the staff going out of their way to help. I'm going to address the notary issue stated elsewhere here. Notaries are only supposed to notarize documents signed in front of them. Some will sign with good identifications. I only notarize when I make them resign when I am present. Asking someone to notarize otherwise shows a distinct lack of ethics because you jeopardize the Person's credentials. Why would you do that and then complain they were following the rules? After reviewing the stated rules of a notary, you are not supposed to notarize the signature of someone not present and it is suggested that a signature should only be notarized when signed in front of the notary. Notaries are responsible for notarizing these signatures, even if forged.

I've been using this particular UPS store since December for small business needs and the…read morecommitment and quality of customer service is nothing short of five stars. Sam and the team have cultivated a fantastic experience for business and personal customers from private mailbox services to printing, the communication is on point, swift delivery of printed projects, and attention to detail at all times. This location is the go-to for small business logistics and services in the area. I initially chose the Jenkins St location because they offer 24 hour access for all lengths of mailbox rentals as opposed to one other UPS location that required me to sign for a whole year before I was given overnight access. I stopped in and Sam showed how committed they were to making my life as a small business owner easier. And it's been proven each month since. Cheers. Thank you.

The office is tucked away in a plaza with plenty of parking. When I got in the place had a line up of ten people. It's Christmas and people were mailing their packages. There were two clerks working. They were very cheerful and very quick to serve. Prices were marked on a display on the wall behind the counter. There were empty boxes piled up against the wall on the floor and different sized envelopes were on a rack on a wall. There was a side window where you could drop off your prepaid packages and that saved you from lining up. It's a good little post office that I'm happy I found on Anastasia Island.

There was only one employee working in this tiny post office, so though the line was only a few people deep, everything moved quite slowly. I waited in line for about 20 minutes only for the lone employee to tell me that she only had a 100 roll of postcard stamps and to suggest I go to a different post office for my needs. You wouldn't think postcard stamps would be such a big ask...

There's not a lot of parking it is in a small strip of businesses. There was a coffee shop that I tried out. There was also a hair salon and a few restaurants as well, keeping them tucked in my mind in my list of places to try. I was greeted quickly when I entered, the young lady at the front desk was really nice. Although they were already open the person that does the actual fingerprinting is not there until 11:00 a.m. So since that was the case that was the perfect opportunity to go and try out the coffee shop. I needed a little pick me up to continue me on through the rest of the day. I enjoyed my coffee sat and did a couple of drafts for Yelp. Then proceeded right at 11:00 back to the postal shop. Good thing I did because soon after I arrived there was a line of customers. The young man who did my fingerprints was very polite. Going postal offers digital fingerprinting. This was my first time ever having fingerprints done this way. Which was pretty cool to do and watch. No sticky ink on your fingers. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish to have my fingerprints done, put into the system and sent over to the employer. They do offer a variety of other services as far as mailing like packages and different letters and such. I did notice that they had small personal mailboxes on the wall as well. If I'm ever in that area and in need of something postal I will definitely check them out again.

They offer several different logistics options here like FedEx, DHL, and even USPS! I technically love the USPS flat rate boxes when sending packages to my family and friends. The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. I looooved that I was able to get an email from them that gave me my tracking number. It made me more confident and excited to watch the progress of my gifts to my family. I am grateful for their excellence! What a great blessing they are to help us reach our loved ones with their organizational skills and knowledge.

If anyone has tried to talk to a live person at FedEx I would appreciate getting the contact…read moreinformation. It is impossible to get to a live person regarding a claim. I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat
