Two incredibly nice guys! There is no reason to ship things through UPS or FedEx with them around. They have better rates, are extremely knowledgeable and more efficient at shipping than the other guys ~ forget waiting in line for 30+ minutes. I went to this particular location to mail a package. The older gentleman with glasses was very helpful. Long story short He put the wrong address on My package and I didn't notice it until a few days later when I tracked the package. It showed that it got delivered to a wrong address because of Him. I finally got the package a month later. So I eventually lost money on mailing this package out. That gentleman needs to learn how to input addresses better. I wouldn't recommend going here while He's working. I don't think I'll return here because of His careless mistake. read more

I needed to ship something internationally (Australia) and I thought this would be a good start since they offer multiple shipping options. The gentleman in the store was very helpful! He assisted me with my shipment, and it was quick and easy! This is like your standard shipping places (boxes, packing for sale, etc) They also offer USPS shipping so you can avoid the post office. So I mailed a package to Canada on July 13 from this place. It cost me $33 (The gift for my niece cost $29!!) It is still in transit!!! I went by the store to inquire and the guy got really defensive! I asked if the package was anywhere and he said the USPS is having problems! That was his explanation. You want your package lost? Beware of this business! Very very dishonestly pricing and huge markups on shipping. Got absolutely robbed by them on over night shipping. We had an intern mail something overnight. The kid had no idea of what it was supposed to cost and asked them for help. When I got the bill it was 70% higher then UPS or FedEx (the companies they claim to represent). They charged us 99.00 for a package that weighed under 2 pounds. Picked a box that was way to big so they could maximize the their profit. I would advice ANYONE who has a choice to go to the real Fedex, USPS or Fedex and stay clear of this place! Buyer Beware!!! read more

If I could I would rate them NO STARS, They have the worst mail service and DO NOT RENT A MAILBOX from them because they will send your mail back without your consent. They also get angry when you call to see if you have any mail in your box. THEY ARE RUDE AND IMPATIENT! read more

I made the mistake of going to this place to drop off an amazon package for which the shipping was already paid for by amazon. I didn't tape the box just to make sure which one of the labels goes inside and which one is displayed on the outside. Once we did that the guy tells me that taping the box will cost you a $1 which surprised me as I was never charged for tape ever in my life (anywhere). It was not even a big package and needed just a small amount of tape. Then he explains me that $1 is a small amount and how people find $0.25 on the streets. I tried to explain that price of anything is relative and has nothing to do with the amount. Also you don't get any receipt (in case of USPS) confirming that you dropped the package. So it could potentially get lost in transit and you may have to do some explaining to amazon to get your refund. So, after paying that dollar, I went and dropped it off at an actual USPS and got a confirmation receipt. I would say that the guy at the counter was just doing his job by following the instructions given to him by his cheap owner. There are other reviews as well talking about this place being a rip off and the owner has responded to those comments defending his ways of doing business instead of changing them. FYI to owner, mail places are a dime a dozen and if you have shitty service then you wont get customers. My advice to people is to tape your box yourself and don't expect to get a confirmation for USPS returns. read more
