I have been in here a couple of times. Once the staff member gave me completely incorrect info about notarizing documents and would not listen when I corrected her. Most times I have been here the staff are indifferent bordering on rude. Manager / owner needs replacing and it could be a good store. read more

Poor disrespectful customer service. I dropped off my Dhl package and asked if there was anything else needed as I don't work in the mailing industry so I don't know. I got called back stating I didn't have all the paperwork when I came back to give that I was told that it was my fault that and disrespected even though I asked if he had everything before I left the first time. read more

Customer service was disrespectful and I was treated less than human. I wish this business owner all the best however will not be back. Quick, helpful, efficient, friendly, patient. It's a great place to work with. I'm in there every week and I have only had a couple of problems, quickly resolved by working together. I'm not rude and demanding, but even with those who are, I've only observed the staff going out of their way to help. I'm going to address the notary issue stated elsewhere here. Notaries are only supposed to notarize documents signed in front of them. Some will sign with good identifications. I only notarize when I make them resign when I am present. Asking someone to notarize otherwise shows a distinct lack of ethics because you jeopardize the Person's credentials. Why would you do that and then complain they were following the rules? After reviewing the stated rules of a notary, you are not supposed to notarize the signature of someone not present and it is suggested that a signature should only be notarized when signed in front of the notary. Notaries are responsible for notarizing these signatures, even if forged. read more

Rude, terrible service and high drama. The clerk initially refused to notarize a document because it was already signed, incorrectly claiming that doing so would be illegal. When I disputed this the clerk lectured me about how I should have waited to sign it, and then acted like she was doing me a big favor by notarizing it anyway. I told her not to bother and left. I drove over the UPS store and got the very same signed documents notarized for $2.50 less and with no drama. I recommend you do the same. read more

Yesterday I went to Pack n Post to mail a package to my daughter. I was not surprised by the increased cost of shipping especially for expedited deliveries. However, what happened after leaving the store was phenomenal. I received a phone call that a less expensive way of shipping with the same delivery date was found and the difference will be credited to my card. Think about it. Time and energy went into making sure I received the best shipping deal possible - After the sale was made. Who does that??? An owner and team of associates that sees us as more than a paying customer. Whose business mission and work ethics must include; at least in part, The Golden Rule to do to others as you want done to you. Extremely unfriendly and rude! I have been there several times and every time, I get the same rude lousy service. After the last time, no more! I was mad at myself for even going back. But out of convenience I did, The same three women were working, as soon as I saw the three of them, I knew it was a bad idea, they are all so rude! I ended up walking out this last time. I live in suburban Chicago. Recently I won an antique clock in a local auction. The auction house sent the clock for shipping to Pack 'n Ship, a FedEx outlet. They quoted me two methods for packing and shipping. $150 ground and $200 expedited. I have purchased many clock from all parts of the country and have shipped many myself. So I knew these quotes were out-of-line. I had the clock sent over to the local UPS store (#3060). The clock arrived carefully packed and shipped for only $121. And on time in only three days. I would recommend you shop around before you use Pack 'n Post for your shipping. read more

I went to Pack 'n Post with a USPS small Priority Mail package. First, the girl weighed it and I asked her why she did this because there is a flat rate for this. She shrugged. I asked her if the cost to mail this package at Pack 'n Post was the same as the post office, and she said she thought so. When she gave me the cost, I questioned it because it seemed to be more than I paid at the post office, and I was told that USPS rates had just gone up. One lie after the other. Cost was $3.00 more then the post office and rather than the 1-3 days for priority mail, it is now the fourth day and the package has yet to arrive. Never use this service. It was the lies that did me in. read more

When I brought my package here I told them I needed this to arrive in 2 days. They guaranteed that it would arrive 2 days later (by Thursday Afternnon) & that if I should have a problem to look on my receipt for the tracking #. The receipt DID NOT have a tracking #. The clerk said, OH? Do you want me to send you one? Well, YES! 2 days later = no package arrived! I called & the clerk & she said she would check on it & get back to me. Waited 1 hr & called back. Was told she was in the bathroom & to call back. Another hour & I call back & the clerk says I'm waiting to hear from the postmaster & how did I send this package again? I'm like, 2 day priority. She says well that's not a guaranteed 2nd day delivery. WHAT??? I came in there with a package & said send this UPS, FED EX OR POST OFFICE, but I need it there in 2 DAYS!! And YOU guaranteed me that it would be there in 2 days. Her response, well priority mail is not guaranteed in 2 days...... Really? read more

This is the worst shipping service I have ever dealt with. If you want your package delivered without a lot of extra charges added on do not use this shipping center. My package never got delivered and when I asked them to look for it in their store they told me too bad. They told me I would have to deal with the post office directly. They hung the phone up on me and when I called back the next day after going in person to the post office and being told once again that they never got my box and that Pack and Post probably had it in one of their bins. They made a joke up put the phone down and started talking about me to another customer in their store. If you want your stuff to get to where you are sending it, save yourself some aggravation and lost money in shipping and goods by going to someone reliable that stands behind the service they give and helps their customers.
