The staff in this store have always been very helpful and a joy to work with. They answer questions and provide direction on how to accomplish your tasks. Notably, Cindy, assisted me in a non-routine task with UPS that took several steps to resolve. She was focused on helping me until the issue was resolved. She went above and beyond what I even expected. This kind of service is not always available from today's consumer services providers. I will use this store for all my needs in the future. Thank you to this outstanding crew! read more

I've been doing business with this store for over 20 years. Lately I'm spending more time here because I needed to have a PO Box again, and I've had a slew of stuff to mail and ship. Much of the time the store is very busy, but Cindy and the rest of the staff are efficient, explain options, and patiently answer questions. Not just for me, but for everyone I've seen while waiting. The wait isn't usually more than 5 minutes, and that's if the store is slammed. Cindy knows many customers by name, me included. The costs are in line with any other shipping business, and my PO Box cost much less than I thought it would. I feel safe, welcomed, and taken care of at this business. read more

I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was such a poor experience that it completely soured my day, and I'm feeling anxious about whether my package will arrive on time. Before going in, I got a shipping quote through the UPS app of $29.60. At the store, I was quoted $58.55 to send the same small flat envelope. I later realized the app had shown a UPS My Choice member discount that doesn't apply to shipments purchased at The UPS Store, but at the time I genuinely didn't understand the discrepancy. I politely asked why the price was nearly double what I'd seen in the app, expecting an explanation. Instead, I left feeling talked down to. The employee also complained about customers coming in expecting lower prices, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. There were several other moments that left a bad impression. She asked me to approve my purchase while the screen was displaying a $300+ transaction that actually belonged to another customer, then seemed annoyed when I pointed out the issue. In the middle of helping me, she walked over to the prepackaged drop-off area and began tossing packages from the blue bin into the yellow bin while cursing about customers who couldn't follow the instructions. One of the packages landed on the floor not far from where I was standing. I've had consistently positive experiences at the UPS Store on N. Ponce de Leon Blvd (north of town), so I know this isn't representative of every UPS Store. I understand misunderstandings happen, but customer service matters. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what I expect. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, and I won't be returning. read more

This store has become THE WORST UPS Store that I have ever been in to. I. The future, I will not return here. When Ken was the owner this was a great store. Ken and his team were pleasant and efficient. I didn't mind waiting in line because the team was always respectful and easy to deal with. Today was the very last straw. They wanted $2 to print a UPS return label and told me that I could go home and print it myself and return and they wouldn't charge me. And. They were NOT nice about it. I'm done w this store. In the future, I will only go to the UPS Store in the Cobblestone Village shopping center. This store could never improve enough to make me put up with the treatment and disrespect. Ridiculous. read more

The service rep or whatever they call their employees are rude and not hatful if you have a return to Amazon. It is understood they have a kiosk but not all returns can be processed there. read more

The last owner was awesome. New owner is never there so the woman, Linda, who works there is rude every single time I go into the store. She literally yelled at me and if you are returning Amazon just forget about it. The packages are strewn all over the floor of the store, it is filthy, the self service kiosk is broken and they REFUSE to ship an Amazon package for you even though the Amazon kiosk was broken and it was the last day I could ship the package. I went to another location and had the best experience in a clean nice store with helpful and professional employees. They didn't even ask me to do it myself with the self-service kiosk, they said they were happy to scan and ship the packages for me. It was such a relief to know I never have to go to this particular UPS Store again! I hate to write a review like this this but feel other people should know they have much better choices. I asked for the Owner's number and Linda refused to give it to me (she tried to convince me nobody at the store had the owner's phone number which is either crazy or not true). The person I mentioned is so aggressive it is anxiety provoking. read more

Great service, Very helpful and professional! I highly recommend . The employees are very knowledgeable and give great advice.

This store has really gone downhill with the new ownership. I don't know if It's all related to the new Amazon Self- check out positioning in the store, but it always looks messy and cluttered. The folks at the counter are extremely nice and good at their jobs. The layout, stack of packages and customer lines are overwhelming. read more

Best and most efficient UPS store in town! Friendly and organized! Great with Amazon returns too! read more

This UPS store can only be described as a happy place. Everyone working there is into taking care of you. And with a smile. Today I had an issue with the file on my iPad that I needed printed . Ken wouldn't give up and generously spent quite a lot of time and energy till the problem was solved and I got the laminated printout that I came in to get. and a very reasonable charge. This UPS store is definitely the best . thank you read more

I had a bad experience here with a rude guy I'm assuming is "Ken," the owner, based on what I've seen in other reviews. Instead of addressing me from the counter, he yelled to me from across the room. Then, he loudly lectured me on the store policy of not accepting packages for people not having accounts there -- although I'd picked up a package there two weeks prior and had called the store before then to confirm I could do so. He said that was impossible because he's "always" there and didn't remember my call. When I tried to ask how I was able to pick up my package then but not now, he interrupted me to tell me that I'd already told him and not to interrupt him! I've never encountered someone so rude -- especially a business owner! I'm not a confrontational kind of person so left feeling quite upset. I will be contacting UPS. read more

Very friendly atmosphere and great service making copies from my flash drive and shipping packages!!!

Just ventured out to return a wrong order from Amazon. Believe me when I say I did not want to go out. I do appreciate people doing their jobs at times when we all are trying to stay healthy. So I gave this store ( actually- the older woman with grey hair) 2 stars instead of zero. She was just nasty. Complaining about the light print on the paper I printed from Amazon. I told her sorry, you can read clearly All of the numbers. She made my blood boil. So instead of internalizing it, I thought of this. It doesn't hurt to be nice. read more

Have visited for all my shipping needs for years and am greeted by name by the friendly staff when I enter. Great selection of cards available which helps pass time if there is a line. Have never had an issue with any shipments and alwaya a pleasure doing business with this store. read more

I use this UPS store on a regular basis even though there is one closer to my house. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable at this location. They go out of their way to help however they can. read more

If you have a deadline for shipping a package, do not go to this store. They will do nothing to assist you if there is anyone else waiting in line. This is the second occasion they would not take my package because they would have had to take time to print the label from the return bar code I received from Amazon. read more

No more. I was giving them all my business but the owner isn't helpful and cops an attitude. He should learn to treat his customers by watching his employees who are helpful. I'll never go there again. He needs to treat his customers with respect. read more

Dropped off a box and when I call back for update on shipping (because it hasn't been shipped out in five days), The guy went on a rampage explaining how it's not their responsibility. they don't do an update when drop offs are dropped off as it's not their responsibility.I should know where I'm sending it to ,I should know the shipping info & I should contact recipients as it's my responsibility to keep updated. Their receipt just shows I left a box. It's not the responsibility to show they shipped it out of their store. This guy was so rude he should never be in customer service or working with the public. There are so many ways he could've responded with this situation and gave been helpful at the same time! read more

Have had a mail box here for 15 years and always enjoyed great service, especially from Cindy who's been there since the beginning!

Although my husband and I are moving off the island, we will continue to use this particular UPS Store for both our personal and business shipping needs. Cindy is our go-to-girl. She is friendly, efficient and always willing to help. Cindy has been assisting us for the last 5+ years and truly is the linchpin of the store. I would highly recommend this location. read more

Realize your dealing with a separate franchise and not UPS so they won't be able to provide the same service and rates your UPS account entitles you to. You'll pay more to ship here. read more

Excellent customer service! Ken greeted me and handled my scanning/emailing job with ease. Thank you for being efficient!

Horrible Communications ! I had a packaged shipped to me from this store on 7/17/17 of items that I had left at the Ocean Isle Resort In St. Augustine over the weekend. I asked that they overnight the package to me. I received a phone call from this store asking for my credit card information to bill me over $64.00 to have the package UPS'd to my door. Nothing was said to me about requiring a signature for the package..and since I was working I assumed the package would be at my door by end of day as promised. When I got home, there was a note on my door that my signature was required and the package would be shipped the next day to an access point ! I PAID $64 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE ! Now I have to bust butt to get the the UPS access point to PICK IT UP MYSELF before 6pm! When I called this store to ask for a refund of a portion of this cost.. because it is now DAY TWO and I don't have it yet.. I was told by the employee who answered the phone.." sorry about your luck !! " I would stongly recommend that anyone who wants to ship ... go to another store ! I have never heard of a business having such shoddy customer service !!! I hope she chokes on my $64!!! read more
