The last owner was awesome. New owner is never there so the woman, Linda, who works there is rude every single time I go into the store. She literally yelled at me and if you are returning Amazon just forget about it. The packages are strewn all over the floor of the store, it is filthy, the self service kiosk is broken and they REFUSE to ship an Amazon package for you even though the Amazon kiosk was broken and it was the last day I could ship the package. I went to another location and had the best experience in a clean nice store with helpful and professional employees. They didn't even ask me to do it myself with the self-service kiosk, they said they were happy to scan and ship the packages for me. It was such a relief to know I never have to go to this particular UPS Store again! I hate to write a review like this this but feel other people should know they have much better choices. I asked for the Owner's number and Linda refused to give it to me (she tried to convince me nobody at the store had the owner's phone number which is either crazy or not true). This store has really gone downhill with the new ownership. I don't know if It's all related to the new Amazon Self- check out positioning in the store, but it always looks messy and cluttered. This UPS store can only be described as a happy place. Everyone working there is into taking care of you. And with a smile. Today I had an issue with the file on my iPad that I needed printed . Ken wouldn't give up and generously spent quite a lot of time and energy till the problem was solved and I got the laminated printout that I came in to get. and a very reasonable charge. I had a bad experience here with a rude guy I'm assuming is "Ken," the owner, based on what I've seen in other reviews. Instead of addressing me from the counter, he yelled to me from across the room. Then, he loudly lectured me on the store policy of not accepting packages for people not having accounts there -- although I'd picked up a package there two weeks prior and had called the store before then to confirm I could do so. He said that was impossible because he's "always" there and didn't remember my call. When I tried to ask how I was able to pick up my package then but not now, he interrupted me to tell me that I'd already told him and not to interrupt him! I've never encountered someone so rude -- especially a business owner! I'm not a confrontational kind of person so left feeling quite upset. I will be contacting UPS. read more

Just ventured out to return a wrong order from Amazon. Believe me when I say I did not want to go out. I do appreciate people doing their jobs at times when we all are trying to stay healthy. So I gave this store ( actually- the older woman with grey hair) 2 stars instead of zero. She was just nasty. Complaining about the light print on the paper I printed from Amazon. If you have a deadline for shipping a package, do not go to this store. They will do nothing to assist you if there is anyone else waiting in line. Dropped off a box and when I call back for update on shipping (because it hasn't been shipped out in five days), The guy went on a rampage explaining how it's not their responsibility. they don't do an update when drop offs are dropped off as it's not their responsibility.I should know where I'm sending it to ,I should know the shipping info & I should contact recipients as it's my responsibility to keep updated. Their receipt just shows I left a box. It's not the responsibility to show they shipped it out of their store.This guy was so rude he should never be in customer service or working with the public. Horrible Communications ! I had a packaged shipped to me from this store on 7/17/17 of items that I had left at the Ocean Isle Resort In St. Augustine over the weekend. I asked that they overnight the package to me. I received a phone call from this store asking for my credit card information to bill me over $64.00 to have the package UPS'd to my door. Nothing was said to me about requiring a signature for the package..and since I was working I assumed the package would be at my door by end of day as promised. When I got home, there was a note on my door that my signature was required and the package would be shipped the next day to an access point ! I PAID $64 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE ! Now I have to bust butt to get the the UPS access point to PICK IT UP MYSELF before 6pm! When I called this store to ask for a refund of a portion of this cost.. because it is now DAY TWO and I don't have it yet.. I was told by the employee who answered the phone.." sorry about your luck !! " I would stongly recommend that anyone who wants to ship ... go to another store ! I have never heard of a business having such shoddy customer service !!! I hope she chokes on my $64!!! read more
