Don't ***ever*** use a service like this to send important packages. Never, never, never use Goin'…read morePostal! Not ever! They use intermediary shippers like GlobalPost and GlobalPost becomes the sender, not you, in the eyes of the USPS. So when a package is returned for lack of delivery (long story and we don't know yet whose fault it was) it doesn't go back to you, it goes to GlobalPost. From there the USPS considers it returned and will no longer assist in finding the package. GlobalPost has less than zero accountability. We are trying to get our extremely important package back. GlobalPost has it but says it will be MONTHS before we will see it again and that there is no way to expedite the return. If we had just gone to the post office there probably would not have been a problem at all. Since we went to Goin' Postal we will probably never see our irreplaceable documents again. This has been the most horrendous experience. Simply do not go to Goin' Postal, ever!!!

I've been doing business with this store for over 20 years. Lately I'm spending more time here…read morebecause I needed to have a PO Box again, and I've had a slew of stuff to mail and ship. Much of the time the store is very busy, but Cindy and the rest of the staff are efficient, explain options, and patiently answer questions. Not just for me, but for everyone I've seen while waiting. The wait isn't usually more than 5 minutes, and that's if the store is slammed. Cindy knows many customers by name, me included. The costs are in line with any other shipping business, and my PO Box cost much less than I thought it would. I feel safe, welcomed, and taken care of at this business.

I've been using this particular UPS store since December for small business needs and the…read morecommitment and quality of customer service is nothing short of five stars. Sam and the team have cultivated a fantastic experience for business and personal customers from private mailbox services to printing, the communication is on point, swift delivery of printed projects, and attention to detail at all times. This location is the go-to for small business logistics and services in the area. I initially chose the Jenkins St location because they offer 24 hour access for all lengths of mailbox rentals as opposed to one other UPS location that required me to sign for a whole year before I was given overnight access. I stopped in and Sam showed how committed they were to making my life as a small business owner easier. And it's been proven each month since. Cheers. Thank you.

There's not a lot of parking it is in a small strip of businesses. There was a coffee shop that I tried out. There was also a hair salon and a few restaurants as well, keeping them tucked in my mind in my list of places to try. I was greeted quickly when I entered, the young lady at the front desk was really nice. Although they were already open the person that does the actual fingerprinting is not there until 11:00 a.m. So since that was the case that was the perfect opportunity to go and try out the coffee shop. I needed a little pick me up to continue me on through the rest of the day. I enjoyed my coffee sat and did a couple of drafts for Yelp. Then proceeded right at 11:00 back to the postal shop. Good thing I did because soon after I arrived there was a line of customers. The young man who did my fingerprints was very polite. Going postal offers digital fingerprinting. This was my first time ever having fingerprints done this way. Which was pretty cool to do and watch. No sticky ink on your fingers. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish to have my fingerprints done, put into the system and sent over to the employer. They do offer a variety of other services as far as mailing like packages and different letters and such. I did notice that they had small personal mailboxes on the wall as well. If I'm ever in that area and in need of something postal I will definitely check them out again.

They offer several different logistics options here like FedEx, DHL, and even USPS! I technically love the USPS flat rate boxes when sending packages to my family and friends. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. I looooved that I was able to get an email from them that gave me my tracking number. It made me more confident and excited to watch the progress of my gifts to my family. I am grateful for their excellence! What a great blessing they are to help us reach our loved ones with their organizational skills and knowledge.
