Now for the bad. They ruined my sofa, I thought they put furniture on top of padding so it doesn't get grease on the fabric? Black grease on the side of the sofa. Second thing, they were suppose to bring a 3 man team and ended up with 2. More time it takes, more money. At the end, at bill paying time they took off $25 for the third person not showing! Thirdly, they sure chat up with my hubby. Hmmm, more time, more money. The time sure stretched out. Finally, that I know of right now, they put boxes wherever! I clearly had each box marked as to which room it goes. They would also ask me, I finally started saying "what's the box say?" Moving is stressful as it is, I would know, I've done it every two years most of my life (military). This was pretty stressful. I also tipped generously because I know moving "stuff" is not easy. When I move again, because I get restless in one place, I may have to find a different moving company.

He arrived on time and worked non-stop for 4 hours. He originally quoted me for an estimated 2 hours, but ran into additional time needed because of dissembling two queen sized beds. They were careful with my furniture and items that I asked to be moved. We only moved across town approximately 5 miles, so it wasn't a long move. I am so appreciative of his help, as I couldn't have done it without him. If you're looking for a hard-working team of movers, I would definitely give them a call!

His movers showed up 15 minutes early on moving day and had the entire place packed, moved, and set up in the house in right around 90 minutes. That would have taken my friend and I all day. My main complaint was that they did not have a truck large enough for my load. In addition, they could not load the last 10 feet of the truck because they knew it would be too heavy. They could have told me ahead of time that everything would not fit. When I asked what would happen, they did not tell me it would be an extra charge of over $2000 and that I would have to wait until they had a load headed my direction. It was over two weeks before I had all my boxes and furniture. Overall, it was a frustrating expensive experience.
