New employees were hired and that's when I noticed items(jewelry, etc.) were missing from my home. My friend, who also used them was a victim as well. The owner was contacted (no response)and a police report filed......I suggest making sure all your valuables (money, jewelry, headphones/AirPods...yes, those too!) are put away, securely! It is my recommendation that you (Nivar)provide a thorough background check on all employees. It is very important that you add to your new employee orientation a training on Customer Satisfaction, which extends beyond cleanliness to honesty and trust. As an established customer, I am disappointed.

He gets more accomplished during his lunch hour than at any time during his work day. A job that should take a day, maybe a day and a half takes several days.
