The initial appointment with Trent was professional, informative and well-presented. Clear explanations and many samples were provided. Our informed decision to contract with FCR was based on their reputation, multiple recommendations, an early target date with a one-day installation, and a very reasonable price quote. The FCR crew of 17 roofers arrived on time, placed protective tarps around our entire house and protected our gardens. They started systematically removing our old tile roof without any delay and quickly contained all debris which was removed immediately. The efficiency of all these workers was amazing. Clean-up was quick and methodical. Basically, the entire process was flawless. Dan was very hands-on and present. The following day, he noted a couple of small cosmetic touch-ups, which were immediately addressed and perfectly remedied. All-in-all, a stressful and major improvement to our home was expertly completed in record time. Thank you to the entire FCR team.

Mario and Robert walked us through every step of the chaotic process we endured after Hurricane…read moreIrma. Most notably our roof is beautiful!!! It stands out amongst the neighborhood! Robert met with me and the insurance company twice and advocated for us in regards to ALL of the damages we incurred. He also found everything we did not notice in damages and worked with the insurance company to make sure it was all covered. Four Season's has sub-contracted every repair on our house from roof, screen, pool, water damage to ceiling and walls as well as painting and communicated openly with us and the insurance company to assure the job gets done. They have supervised and followed up each work crew that has serviced our home. Every crew that showed were all respectful, cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were happy before they left. They have all been meticulous and made sure we can contact them if ever we need their services. We are so happy and thankful for all that Robert and Mario have done. Four Seasons really goes above and beyond to take care of their clients and assure we are not taken advantage of by insurance. Four Season's Roofing has really backed their name. We are so fortunate to have worked with them and look forward to working with Mario and Robert in the future!!!

I had Hunter come by and spoke to him and I looked up the reviews and I felt comfortable paying a $23,000 deposit. The permits for the HOA and the Orange County came in very fast and they literally scheduled us within two weeks. I was extremely pleased with the crew. They showed up every morning at 6:30 in the morning and they left at 7:30 at night and it took about two weeks. I had a major concern with the open-ended nature of the contract regarding extras, but we were able to work it out in a very nice fashion with compromising respect. After they were finished the Orange County roofing inspector came and borrowed my ladder to go up on the roof and said it's the best roof he's ever seen. I have been through several heavy downpour and so far no leaks so I figure it's good for many years. A couple of things needed to be finished up and they came back and finished everything up with a very professional fashion. I was so pleased. I fed them every day. I would highly recommend this company. Hunter and Jim answered all my questions in a very timely fashion both before during and after which is a big deal to me. It's not always just money while that is a big concern, but also customer service.
