Our main concern was having to front so much money specifically the deposit to somebody we didn't know. I had Hunter come by and spoke to him and I looked up the reviews and I felt comfortable paying a $23,000 deposit. The permits for the HOA and the Orange County came in very fast and they literally scheduled us within two weeks. I was extremely pleased with the crew. They showed up every morning at 6:30 in the morning and they left at 7:30 at night and it took about two weeks. I had a major concern with the open-ended nature of the contract regarding extras, but we were able to work it out in a very nice fashion with compromising respect. After they were finished the Orange County roofing inspector came and borrowed my ladder to go up on the roof and said it's the best roof he's ever seen. I have been through several heavy downpour and so far no leaks so I figure it's good for many years. A couple of things needed to be finished up and they came back and finished everything up with a very professional fashion. I was so pleased. I fed them every day. I would highly recommend this company. Hunter and Jim answered all my questions in a very timely fashion both before during and after which is a big deal to me. called to have a estimate done on my tile roof repair, after 2 no shows, we finally get a fair estimate. now here we are 2 weeks later, 2 schedule changes due to not getting jobs done as scheduled, we keep getting pushed back because of their inefficiency and complete lack of professionalism. this morning we where expected to get our roof repaired per a text on friday saying monday or tuesday at the latest. thusly i received a text saying the 1 tile roof repairs man is out for the week , get with you next week. the final of the text message is i understand if you go with someone else. wtf is that, they completly wasted almost a month of my time and roof leaking so they can have zero accountability on their actions. never ever ever use this company unless you wanted to be assisted by a complet bunch of clowns. every part of this is exactly the truth!!!!!!! read more

Roberson put on a new roof in April. Had to work with me on specifications required by our HOA. They were efficient got the job done in two days and cleaned the surrounding area everyday. I can't speak to the quality of their work because we have not used them, but we were very disappointed with the sales experience. One of their representatives came out to see the work we wanted to have done on our home and said that his company could do it, but then he never followed up. We called a couple of times and asked to speak with him, but he didn't call us back. The contractor who was putting on the addition to our home tried to reach out to him him and did not get a response for days. He said the lady who answered the phone apologized and said the man was very busy, and our contractor told him that he was busy too, working six days a week, 20 hours a day, and he still returned his customers calls. That's when the man finally called our contractor back. But then, radio silence again. It would've been nice to have at least been told directly if he didn't want to engage with us so that we would not have wasted all that time. read more

This company was recommended by a neighbor when the insurance company issued a non-renew unless we replaced our roof. Roberson rushed the job, punctured the a/c coolant line (that they repaired after several 100+ degree days), and the owner only wanted to talk to my husband. The owner also said no problem about not having our financing finalized yet (we were scheduled to close in a few days). The day before closing, Roberson had put a lien on the house so we couldn't close, Roberson wouldn't remove the lien, and the Mr. Roberson denied ever saying anything. I made a mistake and I used their competitor in 12/22 for a new roof, so this review is technically for the roof they put on near 20 years ago. I went with the cheaper estimate last month (but wasn't much cheaper ($100)) and hired their competitor and ultimately was dissatisfied with competitor's lack of care in clean up (loads of nails left behind) but mostly because a gas hot water vent pipe was disconnected causing the venting into the house. That competitor would not return my calls and it took a call to Building Inspection to get them to address the issue. I should have used my original roofer, Roberson Roofing. My mistake! read more

It's Florida - and we get a lot of rain and of course hurricanes. So at some point you can expect to have some type of roof issue. And if you live here I'm sure you've heard or have had challenges with contractors at some point. You know what I'm talking about...they don't call you back, they don't show up and they do work that requires re-work and you're left holding the bag. I can tell you without a doubt Roberson's has set a new bar when it comes to bucking those trends. Read on... Several weeks back I noticed some water stains in a bedroom closet. With the roof being less than 10 years old I was shocked I had an apparent leak. Being a DIY'r I thought I could fix it myself. But it wasn't clear where the leak was originating and it was in an area where several roof lines meet. It was just after Hurricane Irma and I knew roofers would be slammed and likely cherry-picking the most lucrative jobs. I called at least a half dozen roofers, left voicemails, emails you name it. Roberson's, a family owned local business, followed up within 24 hours and explained they would love to help if I could just be patient as the hurricane had them doing some major repairs already. I said it wasn't a problem but frankly wasn't expecting them to follow-up given my past experiences in Florida. Well, not only did they follow up but showed up on time, did a complete diagnosis of the likely culprit (poor gutter install & water backing up under shingles) and provided a written estimate that was both fair and reasonable. The one other roofer that came by spent 5 minutes with me and provided an estimate that was more than double Roberson's. They were clearly taking advantage of people post the storm - look them up they have a 3 letter abbreviation company name. Oh and they would NOT under any circumstances guarantee their work! I said, so if you go in to a brake shop to have your car's brakes fixed how would you feel if your car didn't stop? He laughed. I didn't. I understand roof repair folks can't guarantee someone else's work but not your own work? I accepted Roberson's contract and they showed up on time (on the dot actually) did a quality repair and I've had zero issues with the roof. They also said if there was a problem in that area again they would come back and make it right. WOW. I was blown away. With a little patience and communication its behind us thanks to Roberson's. Like Steve G., we contacted Roberson Roofing after contacting several other companies, some of whom, when they did get around to giving us estimates, gave us pretty outrageous ones. While we did have to wait for the job to get started due to a back-up related to last year's hurricane (and likely in part due to this company being in demand because of their good reputation), it was worth the wait! They gave us the best price out there, there was no "sales" talk, they were extremely efficient, they cleaned up thoroughly each day, and the owner was out here regularly while the job was getting done. We really appreciated the advice he gave us for one awkward part of our roof. It looks really good, and we are very relieved! We highly recommend Roberson Roofing. Roberson roofing installed my roof on 2014. Had minor problem with storms blowing loose a few shingles. Roberson resolved problem.

Avoid Roberson roofing. Installed my roof a few years ago. Roof still under warranty but they will not even schedule a appointment for minor repair. 5 days and no call to even look at it. 4 calls and no appointment. Cant schedule until "Rick " tells office lady it is okay. I told the nice office lady I would gladly pay for repair. Still waiting....unprofessional. Find a company that stand by its customers. Nearly 9 thousand dollars and I'm not worth a call. read more
