Called them up, spoke with April, who was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout this whole process .I told her what i needed and got a very competitive price that week. I signed contract, sent in deposit... and they did all the rest They called me and said they would be there Thursday, and they were there bright and early, They ripped off old shingles, cut out and patched rotted wood, ripped an unused chimney out, renailed deck, membraned the roof and got rough inspection. Friday shingles came and they were done by 2. Roof looks great, they swept everything up and left the house just like they found it... not 1 nail to be found on the ground... got final inspection and passed The real test came on sunday when it rained pretty good... no leaks...perfect.. gutters came on tuesday and went up without a hitch. I highly recommend Bert Faircloth Roofing

I spoke with Johnny, one of the owners, and he was prompt, direct, and came to the house that day, got on the roof, and did his assessment. Based on the results and him telling me that I did, in fact need a new roof, I engaged Astro to put mine in the schedule. It really was mind blowing how straight forward and honest the entire process was. They stayed in prompt communication and got the old roof demo'd and the new roof installed, in 2 days and it looks great. The original estimate that Johnny provided was the final bill, even though he told me ahead of time that once they got the old roof off, there might be undetected damage below which would increase the price but that wasn't the case. You know, living in a hurricane state, there are tons of disreputable contractors out there including in the roofing business, but Astro was amazing and they get my highest reviews for everything! Thanks Johnny and Astro Roofing!!!

On Dec. 6 (two days before the promised completion date) I called the state of Florida to see if they had even applied for a permit--they had not. Later that same day a girl called to say they couldn't possibly make their promised date by Dec. 8 and said it was because of the "all" the rains and inclement weather in November (what a joke!). I asked for my deposit back. I didn't hear back, so about a week and a half later, I wrote a negative review (Google). I got a call from Andrew who told me he would have Mr. Walker cut a check and he would personally bring it by THAT afternoon. That was weeks ago. No call, no response to my e-mail, no "check in the mail". BUYER BEWARE!!!

Unknown Damage under the shingles could ... insert almost anything and it's a nightmare. I had gotten four roofing quotes and went with Ed Senez roofing for three reasons. I live in Orange City I wanted to shop local, I had read other reviews and this company has been in business since 1973 and finally the price was fair. Shawn O'Quinn came out and discussed my concerns and came up with an agreement based on my roof project. We were very concerned the roof would exceed the contract amount and actually it did but they honored the contract price. The roof replacement process....imagine a swarm of bees starting at seven am and ripping the shingles off like locust going through a cornfield. If you watch it's rather messy but each roofing person was so professional and any concerns I had faded due to their experience and professionalism. The best part the roof is - it's finished and it is more beautiful than I expected. Every soft spot replaced repaired and perfect. I have never seen people work like these guys and obviously The results have exceeded my expectations.
