I have had a P.O. Here for a couple years and have always loved the convenience of it. The price is reasonable and you get great discounts on other stuff as well. The staff are always so friendly and helpful! Today, I went in with several Amazon returns and attempted to use the self service kiosk. One of the associates helped me as I was struggling. I've been using this particular UPS store since December for small business needs and the commitment and quality of customer service is nothing short of five stars. Sam and the team have cultivated a fantastic experience for business and personal customers from private mailbox services to printing, the communication is on point, swift delivery of printed projects, and attention to detail at all times. This location is the go-to for small business logistics and services in the area. I initially chose the Jenkins St location because they offer 24 hour access for all lengths of mailbox rentals as opposed to one other UPS location that required me to sign for a whole year before I was given overnight access. She informed me that this location no longer accepts Amazon returns on Saturday because they don't have enough people staffing the store. This is unfortunate because that is when most people have time to return items. Whoever made this decision needs to rethink it. Not cool. read more

I asked my roommate to get the 2-day shipping so I can get my glasses ASAP and study for the rest of my finals in comfort. I was looking forward to getting them today, but the tracking info said that the address was incorrect. I looked up the 'incorrect' address and it turns out that the zipcode was 9 digits instead of 5. I half blame the delivery guy for not ignoring the last 4 seldom-mentioned numbers of the zipcode, but my roommate had recited the address that I had sent to her, and ya'll managed to f*ck it up. Why add the extra numbers? To be extra? Now I have to wait another day to get my glasses which means I have to keep my contacts on for 12+ hours just so I can study for the 2 finals I have tomorrow. read more

If I could give UPS a negative star rating I would. Once again UPS STILL BITES! Employees in the store seem nice until they tell you for over a hundred dollars they can get it there in two days. I agreed, I needed it there fast. Followed the tracking & it didn't make it there in two days. So I tried to get them to stop it. One month to the day after multiple calls & getting the run around and two trips to the store I finally get it back. When I ask where is my shipping refund as your company didn't meet the delivery date. "UPS isn't guaranteeing the shipping at this time." So I'm out $121.43. Slimy salesmen is what I'd call them. Learn from my mistake. DONT USE UPS! They lie and don't stand behind their product! Ship us US Postal or Fedex. Anything is better than a dishonest company. read more

I got here just right after they opened and I was 2nd in line. I needed a passport photo taken and to mail some Documents. I was told that the lady who does the photos won't be back until 11:00am, and can I come back by then. I said "It's ok, I'll just have it done somewhere else but I'll be back to mail stuff anyway." I come back by 10am and the lady who told me to come back is right there taking someone else's picture. I didn't see the point of telling me to come back, if she wasn't ready since the store just opened. I could've waited if I was told the truth. Went to another mailing place else instead. It's disappointing for a store which has always given me good service. read more

The staff at this UPS Store provide excellent customer service! I wanted to mail a half-gallon glass bottle of kombucha to a friend in South Florida, and Teresa custom-cut styrofoam for the box and made sure it was packaged like Fort Knox in bubble wrap. She took great care with my request and I was very happy with the entire experience. HIGHLY recommend this location! read more

Just came back from the UPS store on 52 Tuscan way WHAT A RIP -OFF!!! I was shipping a 9x14 manila envelope w/2 baby tee-shirts & the clerk said I needed to repackage in a bubble envelope (approx. xtra cost $2.00) I protested!! the owner said it ok send to upstate NY they charged me $10.41!!! then I wanted to ship a box that once had New Balance in them (now contain set of glasses) & the clerk said they would have to repackage it since the box was a cheap retail box. Each glass was bubble wrapped inside a smaller cardboard box bubble wrap around the box & in the new balance box. BEAWARE OF THIS PRACTICE THEY ARE JUST RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! ( it was going to cost $23.00 for 3-$15.00 glasses) I'm shipping my package via US Mail!! read more

This is my go to place whenever I need to return a package, drop off, get a document notarized or even get a passport photo. They are very professional and just all around great staff. I want to thank Charlene, Samuel and Theresa for their excellent care and professionalism. My mom needed to have documents notarized. I was impressed and pleased that the notary staff member, Theresa, was careful to ask my mom if she had read the document, understood it and signing it of free will. These questions were asked with care, with eye contact and appropriate tone. My mom commented later that she appreciated the questions because of elder abuse and the efforts of the UPS staff did not go unnoticed. She brought with her a project that needed copying and the picture on the shirt was copied to her satisfaction. It was a very good experience. Thank you for the care and concern you showed my mom. BTW, the covid19 cannot live in that place! It was sparkling clean and while we were there, everything was being wiped down between customers. read more

I went to my car (across the parking lot ) to get a large box out of the trunk , I was taping it up and Sam comes up to help and carries the box into the store. Thank you ! read more

I use this store to print a lot. Today was a bad experience. Not only was I overlooked and another customer was taken before me, but Theresa was rude. I have never been charged to use a computer before and when I said I was on for like two seconds, she was rude and dismissive. I realize they're busy, especially this week, but also only one person was on the counter while the rest were in the back. The girl had to ask for help which is why the surly Theresa had to help me. I think I'll use buy the book or pack n post next time read more
