T-Mobile customer service told me I had to go to a location for a new SIM card. They couldn't connect my new phone number to my phone automatically for some reason. Meanwhile they gave me a new phone number and have my banking information and everything. So I am now paying but can't use the phone. So I wanted to cancel. But I couldn't cancel because they had to verify it was me through the new phone number. So now I had to go to a location for either two reasons: for a new SIM card if I want service or to show my ID if I want to cancel. I spoke with the manager Kevin for literally an hour when I came in. Turns out my phone wasn't compatible because it's locked by Verizon from so many years back. I haven't had a cellphone up and running for years. So first he established that a new SIM card wouldn't work and next I was forced to opt out. He couldn't process the cancellation easily because customer service was slow and kept transferring him. Finally he processed it as a No Install or something. I had to call him back later (from my landline in case you are wondering) to verify it went through. Bottom line, this location helped when they weren't gaining anything. Now if I do ever get a new cellphone and service, I will definitely remember this location!

Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck.
