Unfortunately, the TV couldn't be located, and I ended up waiting... and waiting. After 25 minutes, I was still standing there with no update on an item that was supposedly ready. I'm a patient person, but at that point, I felt it was more than reasonable to ask for a manager. I spoke with Gracie, and while I made it clear that it wasn't the cashier's fault, something clearly went wrong behind the scenes for a "ready for pickup" order to cause such a delay. I'm not sure what the holdup was, but I found the situation unprofessional and disappointing. Customer service is what keeps a business running, and when it's lacking, it leaves a lasting impression. At this point, I'm uncertain if I'll shop at this Best Buy location again. Just sharing my honest experience -- best of luck to anyone else planning to pick up from here.

It was a bit of a trek to get there from Queens, but not too bad since I left earlier in the day. Target is located on East Sandford Blvd and there is no problem finding parking as there are plenty of spots. Usually all Target locations have a very similar setup so it's not too unfamiliar. I went to Guest Services and showed the staff member my pickup barcode in order details and they brought my item to me. Since I was there, I of course had to look around. The aisles were very organized and stocked. The Target App is an easy way to shop and save. If there is a specific item you are looking for, the app will tell you the exact aisle and how many are in stock. It is also very helpful to let you know which items are available and the quantity at each store.
