The team here was super helpful. They were able to fix a switch that was broken when no other tech repair would look at it! Everything is working now and I'm happy i don't need a replacement. read more

I've had plenty of bad experiences at a variety of different places but this is the one I feel most compelled to write about. This chain business is the only one that takes my families phone insurance within 40 miles of me. The lack of communication between employees to customers is appalling, it makes customers like myself feel un heard and incredibly inconvenienced. Had they communicated with me the first appointment I had booked I wouldn't have had to come back the next day for a second appointment and still not receive the service I needed if they had just communicated certain things I needed to take care of to have my phone serviced before I wasted 60 miles of gas. read more

I replaced a battery for the iPhone e 14 and the service was good and quick. Took about 3 hours. I went home and went back to pick up.

Jake has been fantastic and helped us fix three phones to date. Each appointment was scheduled in advance and when we called Jake, he was always willing to take us earlier as long as the part was in stock. We've fixed two batteries and one phone screen using Asurion. The prepayment process was easy. Jake was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the repairs. For someone who deals with people complaining to him all day, he has an incredibly positive attitude. read more

What a terrific experience. Not cheap, but very worthwhile! I'll I'll return if i break something again.

J. and T. replaced my Google Pixel 5 screen at no cost to me thanks to what should have been covered by the 1 year warranty. It wasn't cracked, just a straight line of permanently lit pixels down the screen. They had to order the adhesive for me, but when I returned a week later it just took them a few hours. It looks brand new again! Thanks guys! read more

Can I leave less than a star? Promised delivery of phone and called at the end of the day to say that it wouldn't be delivered due to undisclosed unforeseen circumstances. Couldn't say when it would be delivered. Would not give us name and hung up when we said this was not working for us. read more

They didn't have the battery I needed in stock in Scarsdale, so they called the Mount Cisco store who had it. I drove to the store and was treated very well and they replaced my battery in an hour. Great customer service! read more

I had to return to this place because they placed my screen protector for my samsung Galaxy flip 3 on 9/28/23. Paid over 85.00$ for the replacement. On 9/28, Jake did a nice job. There were no bubbles until 2 weeks ago. I contacted them about this issue and was advised to bring it back to replace it again. The person working today not only did a lousy job but left a bubble under the new screen. His excuse is that due to the phone being foldable, this will continue to happen. I would not recommend this place to deal with a foldable phone. The one in Scarsdale is just as bad as this one in Mount Kisco. read more

Subpar people and commitment. Site said bring in my device ad they refused to attempt to fix saying others who aren't there are in front. Fruit flies all in the lobby. Said come ack tmw at 10 am. Some people have jobs. Avoid if at all possible. read more

Jakes is the best! Courteous, knowledgeable and fast. I will go there again in a heartbeat if I drop my phone and are in the area again. Thanks! read more

I rarely leave reviews but I just had to because I received such helpful service from Kel and Den at uBreakiFix in Mount Kisco! I was initially very frustrated when the tech at the New Rochelle location informed me their machine was not working and they could not help like Samsung agent stated. I then had to go to the next closest location, which was far (Mt. Kisco) but I am glad I went there instead. I did not get the impression from the technician in New Rochelle that they were concerned about my issue or interested in helping. I do not believe I would have received the same customer service and tech support at that location. Between Kel and Den the support and service was helpful! I also spoke to Kevin and another gentleman (didn't catch his name).... really all the technicians I encountered were friendly and helpful. They were sympathetic with my concern and tried to reassure me without getting my hopes up, which I appreciated. I had an unusual issue cause a problem with a family member's Samsung phone and they tried everything to fix it and it worked!!! I truly believe another store might not have put forth as much effort and I appreciated it! Kel was very patient when I called to explain the issue and friendly when I came in. He also stayed later than expected to work on the issue and Kevin reached out to a tech that left for the day just to get me an update because of my concern, Den stepped in during Kel's absence to help with the complicated issue and was also very informative. They all seem to work really well as a team. I truly felt like they wanted to help with the phone problem even though it appeared very complicated. Den and Kel did their best to educate me on the software the device needed. They were all friendly, professional, informative and knowledgeable about the device and gave me as much information as possible when I asked questions. I would HIGHLY recommend taking the trip to go to the Mount Kisco location over the other locations, if you want the best possible service from great technicians! I drove 45-50 min to this location and I think it was worth it. Definitely go to this location with all your device needs! read more

I would stay very far away from this location. I was told by Samsung to bring it to the Mt. Kisco location, which I did and got the run around. But what absolutely appalled me to no end was the fact that there was not a clear puncture mark on the screen that was not there prior to entering the store. My phone left my sight only once when a young guy brought my phone into the back to speak to another worker. So I can't prove who punctured my phone screen, but I'm so upset that any company would participate in such an awful act. The phone was a Christmas gift to my sister and it stopped working, and was still under warranty and could have easily been repaired. From the moment I called the store I was told that I would probably have to pay out of pocket for the screen which would cost me $419. Even though I mentioned that Samsung told me to go there and to have then look up my information. When I was in the store, again I was told that its probably not covered and that I would have to go back to where I purchased it before they even bothered to look the information up. All of this is very suspect to me and points to very poor business practices and tantamount to criminal fraud. I have ever intentions of following up with Samsung, but I would advise taking a picture of your property prior to handing it over to a stranger behind a counter at any repair shop and save yourself the heartache we're going through right now, and to you employee zero, SHAME ON YOU!!!! read more

They fixed my husband's brand new Samsung flip Phone in a timely manner. They were in touch with me letting me know when it would be ready and kept to their word!! read more

My iPhone 8 wasn't functioning properly. Jose C. spent the time to get it working again and explaining how to best care for it. There was no actual repair needed, so there was no charge. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. read more

Have never had such horrible service in my life. We dropped off a working iPad with a cracked screen. When we received the "repair" the home button was not attached and was floating under the screen. We dropped it off again and when it was returned for the second time, the new screen was no longer fully attached, the home button wasn't fixed and the iPad no longer works. They refuse to refund my money - I had to file a complaint with my CC company. BEWARE - THEY ARE A FRAUD. read more

Thanks so much for fixing my cracked screen. They are quick, efficient, super friendly, and the right price! Definitely will be back and recommend! read more

They were very friendly and helpful and I got my phone fix quickly. The only bad thing is I called the customer service. They took all my info but it was not forwarded to the store so I had to give it again. But the guys there were great. I used the Mt Kisco store. read more

Walked in with a working iPhone 7 to have the battery replaced and was on my way home 7 1/2 hours later with a phone that did not work. No satisfaction even though the employees gave it a shot. Verizon - Asurion - UBreakIfix - all pointing fingers at each other. HORRIBLE Experience - beware! read more

My husband brought in my phone around 11am to have the back glass repaired. They told him it would take 3-4 hours max, so he got there at 4pm. At 5pm, I called and complain, because my husband will do nothing but wait (yeah, he's that way). Apparently, when they put the phone back together, they broke the sensor and it wasn't working. So I complained some more. Finally at 5:30, my husband was handed back the phone. If I hadn't called, my husband would be there until they closed waiting for the phone. Never again! read more

Even though they were slammed they found the time to give us the information I needed right away. Dwayne in particular was super helpful and efficient. Thank you! Will definitely be back for the next thing I break. read more

I drove an hour to get to their storefront [the closest shop that my Assurance insurance covered], who knew it would take 2-3 hours to replace the screen on my Note 8? Screen, battery, chrome edging ... for $249. Insurance meant I paid $29. Such a deal! With two hours before they closed and facing the prospect of making a return trip, I retreated to a local eatery. An hour and half later I got a call! It was ready! Phone looks brand new! read more
