This is the most professional and helpful phone business I have ever been to. First of all the atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. Mobile Rescue has many unique phone cases I never saw anywhere else. But what I really needed was a repair, the side and back of my iphone was all smashed. The people who worked there were all very well trained and knowledgeable. They explained how they would fix it and options to pick it up later or have it delivered to me. They were very nice and patient with all of my questions. I would prefer to go to Mobile Rescue then any other AT&T, Verizon or similar store. At large corporate places there is no place to sit down. At big corporations like that they try to over sell you things that you don't want or need. And the people working there don't really care to help, they are not trained to handle the phones and cannot answer questions about the hardware. Mobile Rescue was so helpful and efficient. I have been telling everyone about how professional and nice the employees are. Any phone issue I have, I plan to see them first. I'm so glad my phone is fixed, it's perfect! read more

My IPhone transformed from a block of sand and shattered glass with a broken home button....back to my IPhone. What's different about Mobile Rescue? Fiercely Competitive pricing that bested Apple and any other mall kiosk esq. company that claimed to be the most cost effective. In addition, customer service. Customer service, CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only did they have me in and out in no time, but the environment cultivated at Mobile Rescue is that of a close friends living room. Not only was the atmosphere comfortable, but the staff isn't so bad to look at either ;) (Honestly, confused as to why their trade isn't modeling. I guess they have a passion for what they do? I've been told by the owners that I was their first customer. Whether or not this is APOCRYPHAL is not important. What is important is that this business, owned and operated by two sisters (attractive, at that) is the most pleasant tech experience I've had since that time. The owners are friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating in resolving any issue; from major to minor. What they don't have or can't do on the spot, they find/order/get or get done, promptly, always at a fair price. Over the years, I've been so pleased with their services that I asked one of their techs (Gabe) to build a special machine for me. I was delighted to see it come together and have enjoyed it w/o any problems....but if I did, I know exactly who to call. This is the most honest business I have dealt with in a long time. I brought my grandson's Nintendo Switch in for repairs. I know nothing about gaming. I was quoted a certain price, which I accepted. I assumed it would be ca ostly repair. However when I picked up the unit, they charged me around thirty dollars and told me that all I had to do is buy a new aftermarket controller and that would take care of the problem. They could have charged me the price quoted, bought an aftermarket controller for thirty dollars and pocketed the difference. I would have been none the wiser. I accidentally shattered my friends iPad screen! Frantically, I called the Apple store # and got automated people , one after another. When I finally did get someone they couldn't give me a price or how long it would take to repair. That night I remembered the Mobile Rescue in town! These sisters are awesome!! They ordered the screen on Monday,called me Tuesday to tell me it was in and I brought it in Wednesday at 11am and had it back by 2pm. It was like brand spanking new! Wow. First I had an online chat with Chris at their Danbury location. He was quick, polite, and gave me good information. Then we went into the Ridgefield location. Arta was welcoming and friendly. She's a perfect person to have in a meet and greet role. My phone was diagnosed right away by Gabriel. He explained my options and was very patient while I had a mini panic attack. Both he and Arta gave us a few pointers about insurance on these devices. While Arta created my work order, Gabriel dealt with a difficult customer with perfect professionalism. I went to this store because i was desperate to get help with a hand held projector that I purchased on Amazon. I had 10 days till my event and the two girls that own this establishment could not have been more helpful. They figured it out so easily. I emailed them 50 photos that needed to be installed. They sorted everything out for me and took the time to explain how to operate it. I trusted them and they didn't let me down..with time to spare and in a very friendly manner! I highly recommend these girls. The price was extremely fair and the patience was beyond my expectations. Unbelievable service! My phone wasn't charging and I took it in, only to find out I needed a new charging port. Hana was AMAZING. She was upfront and told me that the part was in stock, and that I should bring it in the next day so I could get the more experienced tech to fix it. (Evidently it's very easy to crack a screen while fixing this and she wanted me to get the BEST fix possible.) I brought it in and dropped it off. It took a little longer to fix than expected, and she took it upon herself to DRIVE it to my house to drop it off! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Best customer service I've ever had, as soon as I walked into the store I was was helped immediately. it wasn't like trying to walk into the Apple Store and waiting in line with 20 other customers to be helped. There prices were more reasonable and the assurance they gave me that my files weren't lost was such a relief. I told them I was on a time crunch and the girls made sure to fix my device as quickly as possible. I was so satisfied with their service I went back to look for a phone case which they special ordered for me making me feel important. I stopped by this store after having left the apple store at Danbury mall with unresolved issues. The woman running it was immediately familiar with the issue and knew exactly how to eliminate potential malfunction and get to the root of the problem. She was super friendly in a mellow, yet direct kind of way, professional, willing to help yet not overbearing, and available in spite of being incredibly busy. If my phone or computer ever breaks down again, I will know where to go. Also, since the lady didn't consider her work an actual repair, she didn't charge me a penny. Talk about customer service. My galaxy s6 was not holding a charge so I decided to stop in to resolve this issue. The tech was able to identify the issue with 25 minutes. It was very clear I needed to replace my battery. The back glass on the phone was about to pop crack open. My battery had almost doubled in size. The tech fixed my phone and explained ways in which I can prevent this from happening again and insisted on only using certified chargers only . I left the shop with a new battery ,charger and a case. Definitely a five star well deserved .Thanks again for saving my phone. read more

I recently purchased an iPhone X.. Upon receiving the phone I was unsure how to transfer all the data and begin using it. After 3 days of struggling and trying to back up my phone and transfer all my pictures and apps I decided to come in to Mobile Rescue. Came in and was greeted by staff not knowing if they'd seen this problem before but was extremely happy when they told me it'd take about an hour and all my data would be transferred. little did i know Mobile rescue is a franchise and I have this business next town over. The other day i had spilled soda on my new mac air . The technician gave me a diagnostic by the end of the day and told me it needs a new board replacement. It was going to take 5-7days for the parts to get here but, I needed my documents for work badly !! I explained the situation to them and the tech was able to extract all the documents onto a flash drive. I recently had a great experience at mobile rescue Ridgefield, I brought in my phone shattered and they were able to diagnose the problem even with my screen being completely discolored. They were very friendly when I came in and gave me personal attention when I was worried about my phone and fixed it in under 30 min, much faster than I would expect.
