Several items 1-it took 15 months to do a control 4 project that should have taken a week. They gave no instruction, had no knowledge of programming system and never ever could get it working fully . They blamed the cable company so I switched. Still didn't work. They blamed the TV which they bought and installed so I replaced. Still didn't work. 2 - The new company I hired to replace these clowns basically in 2 days repaired every item they could not get right for months 3- all the items the owner Barry said could not be compatible or done with the system were done by another professional within minutes. 4- they sold bad remotes which seemed refurbished, downloaded old archaic software 5-The plugs / Wires going into the back of the system were plugged into the wrong locations from beginning . One box just sat there with no plugs. The sensors were not attached. The lack of volume control which has hounded us for months until we found one of 10 companies who immediately knew the problem 6 - The owner of the company Barry Reiner never personally come in once to review the system knowing the problems we continuously had. Thats how he ran the project and his business. He had the balls to actually say he wouldn't come continue troubleshooting his own mistakes until I paid him for service call which I wouldn't do. That's what separates the fly-by-nights from businesses which have been around for 30+ years. I recently damaged my flatscreen 32" LED TV, which is only a year old. Rather than buy another new one, I figured I'd try getting this one repaired. I called Mcvey Electronics twice around lunchtime, got an answering machine both times, and didn't leave a message. He took the initiative to call me back anyway, seeing that I had called, to see if he could help me with anything. Try getting Walmart or another big business to call you back. That shows quality, personable service. I spoke with the gentleman regarding the problem with my TV and explained that there was an impact strike beneath the LED screen. He was honest and up front, explaining that I could buy a new TV for around the same price it'd cost to repair this one. He could've attempted to repair it and charged me hundreds of dollars, but instead he chose to give me honest advice - and probably cost himself a repair job in the meantime. I am an electronics and radio enthusiast. I'll use Mcvey Electronics for any repair work that I ever need done, simply because his response time was fast and because he had the integrity to save me from a costly repair.

Have had it for 5+ years. Loved it, however, because I set it up at an former workplace, my email address/password no longer existed. AND, I forgot the user name and password. Therefore, I couldn't gain access to use the iPad!! OK I thought, I will call Apple Support, which was done. For 3 bloody years I fussed with all of their antics in their tech department with no less than 3 different senior engineers. None of them could tell me how to get access, break into it, change password because the old email address was no longer in existance. Nevermind how much useless time I spent with those BoBos who told me they definitely help me----WELL THEY COULD NOT!! Their advice: Buy a New iPad!! Along came a mutual friend of me and Jack. She advised me that Jack could fix ANYTHING. He took the iPad and in just a few days, I was sitting in amazement that I had the iPad back just like new, working like new and performing like new!
