We had been traveling for two hours coming back from a mini vacation out of state, so we were thrilled to hear that my husband's cracked iPhone screen could get replaced and repaired in about 15 minutes. It was fixed in 10 minutes, if that. The storefront is clean and well organized. There is also music playing which was a nice touch. I would totally recommend coming here if you need any iPhone repairs. I think they offer additional services as well, (see my pictures). The two people working there (I didn't catch their names) were personable and very friendly. A real pleasure to do service with. Go on their website and enter your email prior to coming, you can get 10% off an iPhone repair with it. If we have any issues with either of our phones in the future, we will totally be back.

I had my battery changed and now l have 2 Apple warnings. They are both for improper parts used. I am going to bring it back in and talk to the person who fixed it. I do not like having red warnings showing on my phone. I ended up buying a new I Phone from Apple. No authorized Apple Dealer would fix the problem. The replacement battery was put in cheaply, and Apple would not touch the phone. The service person will not listen to you. The owner will talk to you and tell you they do authentic Apple batteries, but the foreign kid behind the counter does not comply. Do NOT bring your Apple phone to this place. Bring it to an Apple authorized dealer!

After Apple Store's self proclaimed "Genius" Bar folks lied to me about my iPhone being…read moreunrepairable and needed to be replaced, Mobile Rescue in Norwalk just fixed it for $125 saving my $800-900. Gabe was the gentleman at Mobile Rescue in Norwalk (on route 7 near Wilton boarder) who fixed it and did an outstanding job. He also fixed a camera lens for free. GREAT to have Mobile Rescue in the area, and SHAME on Apple Store for outright lying I know Apple wants to sell phones but not all of us have $1k spare change sitting around.
