I brought my phone into PC Warehouse in hopes that they would be able to dry it out and try to save my phone. Justin was very kind and helpful! He set expectations that my phone may not recover but that he would try to dry out the components and inspect the damage anyways despite being very busy and a lot of customers coming in. He was able to dry out my phone and luckily it's working pretty great so far! I really appreciate that he made the effort and took the time to try to help me rather than suggesting I just go get another phone. He did go above and beyond and offered to make alternate accommodations should my problem still pose issues.

After my MacBook bricked and would not turn back on, I first tried bringing it to UBreakIFix. After…read moreweeks of delays and false promises, UBreakIFix told me that the logic board was damaged and as a result, I would need to pay for a replacement logic board, screen, and keyboard. In addition, my data would be unrecoverable. So, after doing my own research into logic board repairs for my specific model, I learned that it was possible to fix my MacBook and recover my data. So, after searching for local specialists, I found ThinqMac. My first conversation with one of their employees immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. The gentleman corroborated a lot of the information I had found out through my own research. The technicians ran some tests on my computer and eventually sent it out to a company that specializes in logic board repair. He told me the part needed to be ordered and he'd let me know how long it was going to be when he received the part. Jeff kept in constant contact with me and did an AWESOME job on my computer. When this problem was going on I had my Mom in the hospital. I was there each day til 8:00 p.m. and when Jeff was finished fixing my computer he brought it to me at the hospital which I thought was amazing. And he didn't charge me extra for bringing it to me. I paid him an extra $10 dollars for doing that and it was worth every penny. There just isn't many stores like this around anymore....if I could give 10 stars I would have. P.S.
