Megan, and the staff at this store were absolutely amazing. Megan, came out and asked how she could help me, and I explained that I wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 15. She was able to pull up my old account information, and she even gave me the best unlimited plan that Verizon current has. Now I can visit neighboring Canada to visit family members and not worry about roaming charges. Likewise, I can now also send text messages to friends in Mexico City and Toronto without any fees. That being said, the staff at this store made my changeover absolutely effortless, transferred all of my data and contacts to the new phone in 20 minutes.
