Poor customer service. Picked up phone and I mentioned it was a gift to be activated about three weeks away. The sales agent said the phone would be marked as stolen and deactivated. I said I don't want the phone and I want to return it. He said nothing and handed me the phone and said the transaction is done. Terrible service. read more

Need an option for no stars. The manager Sean Moore is a liar. Stated I could not return my phone within 30 days, because I switched to another company. Called Verizon they sent a return label and box for the phone but Sean Moore cancelled the return box so I could not return it. If I have to fly to the return center myself the phone will be returned. The district manager Drew must be equally or more disgusting as the manager Sean Moore he never returned phone calls about my complaint. Why they are liars and allowed to treat customers like this is incomprehensible. read more

I added a line there, they told me there was a promotion and I'd get the line for free for a year and a Apple Watch or IPad mini. They then charged me over time for the iPad, put a cell number on it and charged me for that. And the line! They also added insurance I did not ask for. Went back they denied it to my face. Trying to get Verizon to deauthorize this location. Never go there. No Stars is what they deserve. read more

This store location is poorly run and should be avoided. Not open when they're supposed to be. Horrible, slow customer service. Rude and apathetic. Not knowledgeable. Drive the extra 10 minutes to another location so you don't have to deal with it. read more

Purchased 6 new devices yesterday, and added 5 new lines to our 3 existing lines 1 new phone, IPad, and 4 smart watches. 1 watch was not working properly so went immediately back. Salesman Brian (who was great btw) recommended charging overnight and return the next day if problem didn't resolve. It did not so I returned. The manager was there. He not only didn't help, but was rude, belittling to me as a woman, and when my significant other who was the account holder arrieved he still refused to fix the issue. Additionally refused to give us contact info for district manager or even get him on the line at fhe store for us. Wow! I have never been a Karen, but he sure pushed me to the brink! Looks like another company is about to get a LOT of business including the purchase of 9 devices and 8 new lines. Same on you Livonia Verizon! read more

GoWireless is awesome, I can't say enough good things about my experience with Logan. I am still smiling, the experience was so good. Logan has a great personality and is a knowledgeable, and patient consultant. He demonstrates old-fashioned customer service in which he asks great questions about your usage and needs, and takes you through all of your options, all without any pressure to purchase or upgrade your new phone. He found a phenomenal deal for me that another store did not find. I've been going here for years. I highly recommend GoWireless, they take care you and believe in making the customer happy. HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a $45 charger that broke after 1 month. This store does not back it's products, I was told that I had to go through the manufacturer for a refund. When I went back in to the store after 3 attempts to contact the company with no response, I was basically told, to bad. This is by far the worst Verizon store I have ever visited. Only once, about a year ago, did my husband and I receive minimally decent service. Yesterday my visit was extremely disappointing - the woman behind the counter was rude and exceptionally lazy. She insisted I call my car dealer to inquire about my phone (since I told her they had linked it to my car the day before). When I insisted that she look at my phone, she identified an app that had been activated somehow - not by me and not intentionally. It took her less than five minutes to direct me on where to find and disable the app, after a good 15 minutes of her trying first to get rid of me. I will not consider going there again, and will hugely prefer the extra drive time to go to a different store. Don't waste your time! read more

My wife and I had been going to this Verizon store for years. Now, it's under new ownership, and it's not a change for the better. We went in to upgrade my wife's iPhone. The employee we talked to didn't know what sales they had, what color the phone came in, or much of anything really. It would appear he was a new, and not very well trained, employee. We ordered a phone, and were told it would be in within a couple of days. After several days of waiting and not hearing anything, we called to find out what was going on. They told us it would be a couple of more days. After a week of waiting, and never getting a single call, text or any notification from the store, I called to complain. The employee I talked to yelled at me, and then hung up on me. I went back the next week to complain to the manager. While I was there, the employee who hung up on me wanted to continue to argue with me, and tell me how I was wrong. We went to the store in Livonia at Ann Arbor Trail & Ann Arbor Road. That store is actually a nice store with great customer service. This store is horrible. No knowledge, no common courtesy, no customer service and no accountability. We will never go back. read more

If I could give them a zero star rating i would. The hours state that they are open from 10am-8pm. We came to the store at 5:25pm and there was a sticky note on the door saying "at lunch, be back in 30". So, feeling like that's odd I called. The "manager" answered and claimed that he was the only one there and "they get mad at me if I don't take a break". When I expressed my confusion about store hours and closing unannounced I was hung up on. So, Verizon, if this is your choice in managers you should be more selective. So rude and unprofessional. So, I guess we'll stay with AT&T. read more
