I didn't get my phone fixed here. Because the tech was honest. THE TECH WAS TRANSPARENTLY HONEST!!!! I knew my phone had a loose cable connector. The tech saw the battery was also getting worn down which was not a surprise considering the age of the device. He was quick to agree with me that trading it in would be just as smart as repairing. No pressure or presenting "what ifs." If I need service, I'll be happy to do business with Phone Clinic. read more

They fixed a simpler problem on our iPad free of charge for us

I went in with a friend with the main issue regarding syrup that had got into the charging port on my phone. He took off the phone screen for repair/clean and that was supposed to be it. After he gave the phone back to me the screen was completely fried from the middle to the top. Horrible experience and the guy that was working there offered no form of restitution for his mistakes. Never come here. read more

Once again visited Phone Clinic, this time we met Matt and just such a great experience, I'm starting to believe that all the staff is just very nice in this place, first I called to make sure about a guarantee, he was nice and respectful which is really rare to find a good customer service by the phone lately, then we got there and yeah very nice helpful and easy going guy, they have great products, prices and fast service. Thanks Matt. read more

Iv'e been coming to iPhone clinic for 3 years + now, it's always been a pleasant experience regarding my phones issues (I have many ) Their prices are reasonable & the quality of the work done is very good. Anytime I have an urgent request, they never fail to disappoint. I always recommend them to my family and friends and will continue to!! read more

A.W.E.S.O.M.E. service, prices, professionalism, personable staff. I left an awesome review a few years ago and when I dropped my phone in some water they took care of me again. Carlo was as invested in me as a customer as Dillion and Landon (owners) were when I was there before. He couldn't have possibly been more helpful or friendly. Carlo, like the rest of the crew, gets 5 stars read more

I had one of the best experiences getting my screen fixed super easy, super quick and extremely helpful staff I will for sure be back for any screen repairs read more

Very happy with the service at Phone Clinic. Brought in my phone to have the screen fixed (not a super common model). They quoted me a fair price but needed to order the screen. When I came in for the replacement, there was an issue and the screen was cracked during the repair. They ordered another one and told me they'd give me a ring when it came in. Now here I must admit there was a communication issue. I had prepaid for the repair. The rep helping me at the counter asked if I wanted to pay then or when the screen came in, leading me to believe I needed to pay again for the second screen. The owner, Dillion, was very kind to message me (via Yelp) and to discuss the issue and realize that there was a miscommunication and that the second screen would be installed at no additional charge. Things like this have the potential to make for a bad experience but his willingness to communicate with me really turned it around. Very glad I trusted in the Yelp reviews and drove a bit further to a place the community trusted. Thanks, guys, but here's to hoping I won't need to see them soon! (Knock on wood!) read more

My son borrowed my iPad mini, took off the case and dropped it on the brick patio. My wife asked another shop how much it would be to fix it and that shop quoted her $149. These guys are doing it for $99 so I bought a second layer of glass that sticks on there to protect it for $16. read more

Phone Clinic - Nice guys. Fixing my iPad mini in 30 minutes. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Canton, Michigan

I took my rarely used iPad that I'm still paying for to Phone Clinic for a cracked screen. The screen was fixed but the home button was seated improperly. I took it back for that and ended up with a home button that didn't work at all. I took it back again and was told that the screen LED was damaged and would not work at all when it was working before I took it in. I was advised that I needed to pay another 200 and some odd dollars to fix that. I don't recommend this place for any Apple product at all. There is a reason that Apple provides a certification which Phone Clinic does not have. Take your device to the Apple Store or to a certified AND authorized apple repair clinic. read more

The service was unbelievable! I took my cracked iPhone 6 plus to The IPhone Clinic today, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes with a brand new screen! They deserve a five star rating!! Also brought my sone iPad mini in for a cracked screen! I recommend this place, outstanding service!!! read more

These guys just made my day. I was having a bad day and received bad news. So I threw my iphone on floor really hard. It got completely destroyed and got bent really bad. I took it to few repair shops and they told me that don't waste ur money just throw it in trash. I didn't lose hope bcoz i needed to recover the data from it which was really important. Then i found phone clinic, OMG. They made my day. They're not money whores like other repair shops. They replaced my whole phone including full housing, screen, battery and got it to work! It took them exactly 1 hour to fix it. Thank you phone clinic. Definitely coming back read more

Paid for LCD replacement, Cellhelmet, and screen protector. When I picked up the device I was notified that my rear phone cover was broken by staff as they pushed down too hard to apply the LCD replacement, and that they would replace it free of charge but had to order the part. Got home and realized the screen protector was not applied to my phone. Called the store and was told he was not aware I was suppose to get screen protector because it was with someone else. Mind you this same person cashed me out. Went back to get screen protector and rear cover replaced. Realized they did not replace the rear cover or the phone with the original part that they broke. Now my phone is no longer rated 1P68, meaning the dust and water-resistance is not at its original rating. read more

Would give them more stars if I could!! I sent a yelp message and got an almost immediate response from Dillon!! He quoted me a price and scheduled an appt (their price was less than a few others that responded). They were quick and had excellent customer service!!! If I break my iPhone again--the Phone Clinic will be my first call!!! read more

I've had to have way too much work done on my phone. These guys make It simple, easy to understand, and when they say it will be done. I hate screwing up and fixing my phone over and over, but that's on me. It almost seems like these guys like their jobs..... very cool and helpful. read more

Went to store with cracked screen on my Galaxy S4 and advised that they could fix it in 1 hour 15 minutes and quoted me a better price than those I had surveyed. Shop was clean and professional looking. Came back in 1 hour 15 mins and phone was good to go. Also gave me a discount on tempered glass so this does not happen again. Staff was very friendly and professional. Will tell my friends about this place! Mike read more

My battery on my Samsung S7 Edge needed replacement, so I reached out to the stores in the area through Yelp. My wife had been to Phone Clinic previously, and was happy with the result, so I had good experience with them. Unfortunately, there price was a bit higher than the lowest offer I received... No problem, they offered to match the price, and they repaired it in less than 45 minutes! Great job! read more

This people have probably did a good business in the past but not right now or at least not to me. I was in town for a work and decided fix my phone at their shop. They replace my screen but also damaged home button. It was clicking strangely in the beginning but then it stops and now it does not work at all. Because home button is paired to logic board I need to go to Apple and pay $180 to fix it. Now when I get back to my home I can not do anything I have no choice but just go to local Apple store and pay that money. Too bad read more

They replaced my expanding battery which made my cellphone back become unglued. (I went to the well known store where I purchased the cellphone and was told by (BB) that I had to get a new phone. I replied to them that I was going to a cellphone repair store instead.) I recommend this repair store because of their knowledge, professionalism, honesty and great work. Thank you so much guys. The guys at Phone Clinic were friendly, efficient, and offered a great deal. I put off my phone screen repair for months... contemplating a DIY fix, using tape to stop the glass from breaking off, irrationally fearing that I'd be without a phone for a few days if I had to leave it at a shop. I don't know why I waited so long! Save yourself the headache of reading on a cracked screen and being one water-drop away from totally frying your phone. The repair process is quick and completely worth the price. read more

Simply put, good service, good prices & quick! My phone screen shattered & then was turning black in the corners & it was spreading. EEK.
