Very happy with the service at Phone Clinic. Brought in my phone to have the screen fixed (not a super common model). They quoted me a fair price but needed to order the screen. When I came in for the replacement, there was an issue and the screen was cracked during the repair. They ordered another one and told me they'd give me a ring when it came in. Now here I must admit there was a communication issue. I had prepaid for the repair. The rep helping me at the counter asked if I wanted to pay then or when the screen came in, leading me to believe I needed to pay again for the second screen. The owner, Dillion, was very kind to message me (via Yelp) and to discuss the issue and realize that there was a miscommunication and that the second screen would be installed at no additional charge. Things like this have the potential to make for a bad experience but his willingness to communicate with me really turned it around. Very glad I trusted in the Yelp reviews and drove a bit further to a place the community trusted. Thanks, guys, but here's to hoping I won't need to see them soon! (Knock on wood!) read more

I took my rarely used iPad that I'm still paying for to Phone Clinic for a cracked screen. The screen was fixed but the home button was seated improperly. I took it back for that and ended up with a home button that didn't work at all. I took it back again and was told that the screen LED was damaged and would not work at all when it was working before I took it in. I was advised that I needed to pay another 200 and some odd dollars to fix that. I don't recommend this place for any Apple product at all. There is a reason that Apple provides a certification which Phone Clinic does not have. Take your device to the Apple Store or to a certified AND authorized apple repair clinic. read more

Paid for LCD replacement, Cellhelmet, and screen protector. When I picked up the device I was notified that my rear phone cover was broken by staff as they pushed down too hard to apply the LCD replacement, and that they would replace it free of charge but had to order the part. Got home and realized the screen protector was not applied to my phone. Called the store and was told he was not aware I was suppose to get screen protector because it was with someone else. Mind you this same person cashed me out. Went back to get screen protector and rear cover replaced. Realized they did not replace the rear cover or the phone with the original part that they broke. Now my phone is no longer rated 1P68, meaning the dust and water-resistance is not at its original rating. read more

This people have probably did a good business in the past but not right now or at least not to me. I was in town for a work and decided fix my phone at their shop. They replace my screen but also damaged home button. It was clicking strangely in the beginning but then it stops and now it does not work at all. Because home button is paired to logic board I need to go to Apple and pay $180 to fix it.
