I came in and needed my phone repaired. I was given the number to call to file a insurance claim. While talking and getting the number the manager and his associate told me my sons phone was up for an upgrade. I asked how much and was told free. Fast forward 2 weeks to my next Verizon bill. $1200 finance shows up on a $35 month bill. I called back and told the salesman this and he said don't worry about it. It's a billing mistake. Luckily I called Verizon and after 3 hours on the phone with them they help me file a complaint, and said that the store is known for doing this. Verizon told me to go back to the store and get a refund. I went to the store and was told that they couldn't return the phone even though it had never been opened or touched. Then after 15 minutes of debate, they decided to take the phone back and charge me a $50 restocking fee. Buyer beware, these 2 guys are not interested in helping the customers. Purchased 6 new devices yesterday, and added 5 new lines to our 3 existing lines 1 new phone, IPad, and 4 smart watches. 1 watch was not working properly so went immediately back. Salesman Brian (who was great btw) recommended charging overnight and return the next day if problem didn't resolve. It did not so I returned. The manager was there. He not only didn't help, but was rude, belittling to me as a woman, and when my significant other who was the account holder arrieved he still refused to fix the issue. Additionally refused to give us contact info for district manager or even get him on the line at fhe store for us. Wow! I have never been a Karen, but he sure pushed me to the brink! Deniro and Rivan. The Dynamic Duo. My phone crapped out. And we all know that one cannot be without a cellphone these years. This location is near my abode and we have been here before. Now it is remodeled and there is new staff. Walked in on a Friday afternoon and Deniro greeted us. Very friendly. He informed me that my phone was no longer usable. I needed a newer more updated version. Oh, and by the way, all of my photos and contacts were across the river Stxy and the ferryman would not be able to bring them home. My old phone was doing something called "bootlooping" which is a term I have never heard about. No recovery available. With multiple options available to us, and having been loyal Verizon customers for over 22 years, in steps Rivan the location manager. His knowledge and available plan wizardry got us a couple of new phones, a new tablet, unlimited data, texts and whatever AND all for the same bill we were already being charged. Coolio right. Back to Deniro. He asked me a few more questions and with some internet manipulation, and some ethereal coins, he convinced the ferryman to bring my contacts back via a different account. Even more Coolio. Yes, I was not ready to drop some cash at this time but it worked out pretty well for us. These two guys did a helluva job and this is a go to place in my book. read more

Fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable service. I usually dread going to a Verizon store but was forced to do so during an unexpected stay in the area. I needed a jet pack and found the service to be so good that I upgraded my decrepit iPhone 5 (you read that right) to a nice, new 11. The gentleman that helped me was super patient and easy going and made the whole process seamless. He explained billing to me in the right amount of detail so I won't have any surprises down the road. I highly recommend these guys for your tech needs. read more

I have been to several Metro Detroit Verizon stores in the years that I've been with Verizon. I've had varying levels of service with each visit. I can tell you that you won't find better service and experience than you will with this location. I've been in 4 or 5 times now and have always been met with someone helpful, courteous, and friendly. Alex and Raymond are excellent to deal with. They always look at my account and make sure that I'm on the best plan for my family. I recently had trouble with an iPhone and Raymond went out of his way to get on with tech support and help me through the issue. I just can't say enough nice things about these guys. I hope that this helps even one person make the best choice for a Verizon location. If it is out of the way, it's worth the drive. Keep up the great work! read more

Today 4/22/17 I was provided with excellent customer service by Raymond Shunyia. Being a single woman I though all Verizon locations offered the same professional service.WRONG!!! Ray reviewed my phone my plans and under covered some real disturbing Issues. I was given a USED I pad with 1 mb with out my knowledge etc...anyhow I am highly pleased with Ray's professional manner, Honesty, Etc... Needless to say what a breath of relief! Went in to see what options we had to get my mom out of an older phone that was on its last leg...left with new phones for all 4 other people ok the account AND a lower bill! They even had everything we wanted in stock, phones and accessories and got us a great deal! Just for laughs I stopped at Best Buy on the way home and they couldn't touch the deal I got and wanted to switch me to a newer plan that cost more. Raymond is hands down the best salesman/support/helper I have ever dealt with at any phone company, and I've had a lot. If I had 1000 phones I'd take them to Raymond to get them all done with whatever I needed. I recommend this Verizon store in particular for any cell phone/tablet/wireless needs. read more

Please be very careful if you use this store. You will pay "fees" that you won't if you use the Verizon site. The manager "Raymond" makes his employees take the heat while he refuses to talk to dissatisfied customers. I caution you to not make the same mistake we did by walking in this door. Even the customer service representatives at Verizon.com were aghast at the way we were treated here. Go elsewhere. read more
