This is a great spot for getting your nails did. Interior is very modern with the exposed concrete floors, olive green walls, marble table tops. Lovely comfy pedicure spa chairs with massage for relaxing. The place is clean and well maintained. Everyone is very friendly and you are immediately greeted when you walk in. I went in because the salon I usually go to was fully booked and I desperately needed a fill. A coworker recommended this place and so I thought I'd give it a try but now I regret it a lot. First, I had to personally ask the technician to sanitize the table as I witnessed him not sanitize a single thing after helping the last client. I became more concerned when he applied primer on my cuticles before applying the acrylics because my fingers began to burn so badly that I was ready to ask him to stop and go somewhere else for the fill. In my experiences getting acrylics done, I had never felt this kind of pain before and writing this hours later, it concerns me that my hands still have a tingling sensation. He continued to use other tools that showed signs of previous use, and to say the least, I'm appalled a business can continue without safe practices like this during a pandemic. My nails didn't even end up as well as I had hoped and I definitely should have listened to the other bad reviews on here before I went. The salon is nice and the prices are good. However I went in for a pedicure today and the lady spent only about 15 seconds scrubbing the bottoms of my feet and didn't even bother to touch the sides. I wear high heels a lot so the sides of my big toes always need some attention but she didn't even look at them. The massage was wonderful but I'm honestly disappointed to have paid for a pedicure specifically to get my feet liking in tip top shape again and they don't look much better than before I went in. I now have to find somewhere to go tomorrow to have them redone. - Update I won't ever go back to this place. Not only did they do a horrible job of scrubbing my feet to take the dry skin off but my polish chipped after only a day. Don't go here... there are many other great choices in Spokane! read more

I am in town visiting family and wanted to treat my mom to a mother daughter pedicure. I am not happy at all. The girls were nice but the one doing my mom's feet was barely paying attention to what she was doing and left dead skin around my mom's toes and almost put polish on while the dead skin was on her toe nails! They didn't put lotion on my mom's feet before polish nor mine. The girl doing mine was nice until I asked her to file my feet more because they were scratchy and kept catching onto the towel! She told me that it wasn't a callous it was just dry skin and she couldn't file it anymore. She was trying to file my "dry skin" when my feet were wet which made it worse. The polish looks nice but having to go home and fix it myself and actually make my feet soft is really sad. I am really upset that I had to pay for those services, and pretty upset that our girls day was kind of ruined. I want my money back but I am too nice of a person to say anything right then and there. Out $44 and have to go home and fix mine and my mom's feet. read more

My friend and are travel nurses so we have been to many different nail salons. This nail salon is exceptional. While we were there a customer came in and had a crack in her nail which she and her daughter had their nails done earlier in the week. The customer service was unbelievable. The ladies there asked the customer when it happened, who did her nails and were genuinely concerned about fixing the problem whether it was the process of getting the nails done or the product that was used to set it in place. Never again: When I went in there were two girls and one was on the phone, and for some reason they set me up with her, not the girl that WASNT on the phone. She got off before starting but then continued to answer her phone during the appointment twice. And had full conversations with them while doing my nails. She was super rough when she was doing my nails too! Later I saw a girl sleeping on the back table with a dog, not in a back room, just in the back of the store in plain view, I thought maybe it was her kid and the baby sitter canceled because it was kind of late in the day, but nope, she got up and it was one of the employees. I was super excited to try this place. First glance everyone was friendly, but unfortunately my experience went downhill. Firstly, the girls seemed pretty nice, HOWEVER, their side conversations were a tiny bit unprofessional and I felt very un-included. I feel that a customer should feel welcome and like a friend but I felt a tiny bit awkward and outcast. This would have been fine but the actual nails were the main disappointment. TWO days after I got them they started bubbling underneath and separating from my nail bed. I'm NOT particularly hard on my nails so I wondered why this was happening. I was SO bummed as these nails were a treat for my promotion at my job! A week and a half into having the nails one COMPLETELY came off. And my thumb nail had a huge bubble underneath. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they stated that "all nails react differently" and that they had no time to fix it and would have to make an appointment, also that it would be an additional cost. I'm just bummed out. They seem like nice people but as a customer I feel like my feelings weren't validated. I will definitely not recommend or be returning. The staff was friendly but I did not walk away satisfied with my pedicure nor my almond shape acrylics (one nail broke off after only a week). I gave them a second chance and my acrylics came out worse the second time. I asked for sqoval nails and I got completely square nails. I asked for nude polish and got dusty rose.
