We picked up pizza and a salad tonight and it was delicious ! Both the meat lovers and the special were so good. I'll be sure to come back here for every South Haven visit in the future.

We sat outside on a covered porch. The server was fantastic. I almost passed on the garlic bread based on reviews here, and I'm glad the kids asked for it! The pizza has very thin crust. If you like that, this is the place for you. If not, try somewhere else.

Skimpy on the toppings. Nearly no basil or tomatoes as can be seen by this picture. Not worth it. Nothing special. Taste ok.

Skimpy on the toppings. Nearly no basil or tomatoes as can be seen by this picture. Not worth it. Nothing special. Taste ok. My 3 year old liked the cheese. The place reeks of oven smoke. They lost our order and gave us someone else's pizza that ordered the same thing. I think that it was a forgotten order because it's cold and tough.

Love Venezia and love their perfect spot right by the beach! Don't come here if you're looking for fancy, it's not fancy and it's just fine with me !! Yup I said it...haha I've been to Venezia several times, with family visiting from out of town and with my daughter and with my boo! Service has always been great! We enjoy the thin toasty crust! This is mostly because we like the idea of being able to eat a whole pie and not feel guilty lol The sauce on this pizza is perfect! It's zesty but won't give you heart burn later. I also enjoy the fresh ingredients! We ordered the Venezia special which has peppers, onions, sausage, and pepperoni. You can taste every morsel, nothing overpowered the flavors. I appreciate this in a pizza because they have so many layers. We asked for a little salt on the side, just a touch to rub the bottom of the slice on it. Perfection! I'll drive from Grand Rapids just to get a slice here, that's how much I love it ! Can't wait for summer so we can have more pizza and sunsets in South Haven!

Cute little restaurant, we did a take out order. The order was prepared right on time and I love thin crust so I thought the pizza was great! This place has mixed reviews but honestly I'd love to go back for more pizza! Beware on Friday and weekend nights due to a wait or a longer cook time

This is the worst pizza we have ever had; however, the experience was nothing short of divine. Looking for a Saturday meal for our group of 9, we found Venezia, and despite the mediocre reviews, we paid no attention and decided to order. Ordering was fast. Within 15 seconds our order for 3 large pizzas was hastily taken; 15 seconds later, I'm sure, our pizzas had been assembled, judging by the state they arrived in. In 15 minutes our order would be ready, which seemed quite fast. "They must be tossing a couple frozen pies in the oven", I joked. In hindsight, this would have been preferable. When we arrived, our last pie was just coming out of the oven. They frisbee tossed it with college senior-like precision into the box, as we can only presume based on what we found once we arrived home. The pizza was consumed, so it was, in fact, edible in the loosest sense of the word. "How many stars?" We asked our 4 year old, who will eat anything if you tell him it's pizza. 21 stars he said. Out of how many? 100. We now understand the lack of covid protocols; perhaps if you lose your sense of taste then you will be tricked into coming back. Despite the food, we certainly had a wonderful experience while our taste buds were physically assaulted. The laughs we shared were unprecedented in our long history of sharing pizza together as a family, and for that we thank you, Venezia.

Take out pizza was burnt, lacked enough toppings and base sauce was bland! Ordering process was fine as was wait time.

Could someone describe this as pizza? It's more like marinara smeared on cardboard. Like actually inedible. Skipppppppp this place.

The space is small and seating was a bit cramped. I wouldn't cone with more than 3 people max if you are hoping to be able to sit. But great if you want to grab it and head home. Shop was very loud due to the small space, music playing and people talking but thats expected. For me the cost seemed a bit high. The sandwiches just come on a standard size bread you would make at home and most of the options are just various ways to make a grilled cheese. And while they taste good, they are still $10 or more for a grilled cheese. Same for the soups, they taste good and lots of choices but for the small (12oz) you are still paying $8 or more. Which means even for just a standard grilled cheese and tomato soup you are spending $18 or more so it feels a bit expensive at that point. I had a Ruben (on standard sized bread) and a pastrami soup for $23. Also, no real need to upgrade for a $1 for the roll to come with your soup. Not really anything special about it. But again overall it did taste good on a cold day. Just which the cost was slightly lower and seating didn't feel cramped.

One time, I managed to leave my Fanny pack in the restroom and didn't realize until much later in the day. I was able to call them to make sure it was there and pick it up next day with all the contents still intact. Truly stand out staff here! Most recently, I stopped in for a charge and dinner! I was pleasantly surprised by the Mediterranean grain bowl. The side baguette was also SUPER fresh! This location was quite busy - even Sunday close to closing - so maybe that helps too! My favorite sandwich hasn't been on the menu in about five years, the broccoli cheddar tastes more like cream of broccoli, and the soda options have always been limited (as well as being on the expensive side to be honest). When I do come here I tend to just stick to the turkey sandwich with the tomato removed, which is honestly over priced for what it is, or the Asiago bagel with cream cheese. The bagel is one of the few things I've gotten from here since I was young and hasn't changed or been removed from the menu. My parents would often buy bagels from here when family came to visit and the Asiago bagel was always my favorite, but I have a different place I tend to go to for bagels, so I don't end up coming here for bagels often anymore. Overall, this location is a good one, but there are better places to get soup, a sandwich, or a bagel in town.
