I decided to stop here/make an appointment to get a manicure a few months ago. The nail technician was gentle, however you could tell they were rushing the process. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was awful. The water was barely warm, my feet are feel the same as they did when I went in and it looks like a kid painted my toe nails (see picture). Now to my manicure, I took a picture in to show what I was wanting. The gentleman asked for my phone to show other colleagues, which was fine. After 40minutes of him dipping my nails in the powder over and over again a lady, I believe the manager, told him to get up. She took over and pointed out to him multiple things he forgot to do. She then had a different gentleman tale over from there. I was very happy with her and with the second gentleman but not with the original gentleman. I was also surprised that they still made me pay full price with how awful my toes look and how long everything took. I was really hoping to like this place, as it is close to my house, but I will not be going back. Oh and I forgot to mention my toes and nails were supposed to match, epic fail. read more

Newer nail salon in Franklin township! I walked in right at opening with already 3 people ahead of me. The guy at the check in asked if I had an appointment because they were booked. Totally understandable as it was prom season. Thankfully someone cancelled and I was able to get in. So I'd definitely recommend making an appointment! I ended up getting a regular pedicure. Nail tech was nice and very conversational. My only complaint would be that they used regular polish on my toes and didn't really give me an option for gel which I would have preferred. Salon overall seemed clean and organized. They seem to have an ample amount of staff to accommodate clients. Great color options. I'd definitely return but with an appointment. read more

I really wish my experience here would've been better. the staff was very nice but lots of them had no idea about prices or services. i got a polish change and wanted my nails square and all of my nails are different shapes and not even. i also got an acrylic nail put on my pinky and it's completely butchered. it's huge and isn't even the size of my actual pinky. i will be going somewhere else today to get them fixed and will not be returning. read more

Wouldn't recommend!!! Didn't do half my service, they forgot they were doing my nails after a pedicure. Then painted my daughters toes for her pedicure four orange toes one white for a design and then told her they couldn't do the design . I said paint the big toe orange then and the manager kept walking off. Finally we left with the services undone. This was my second experience here. I really wanted to like this place because it's so close. My first visit was in March, I got a full set from the young man in the far back right corner. He was distracted the entire time and my nails were super thick and the gel was applied sloppy around the edges. I didn't go back until two weeks ago (first of June) to try again. This time for a pedi and a fill. Pedi was with I think his name was Tony and it was subpar and rushed. I still tipped him well, but it wasn't deserved. Samantha did my fill in and while constantly distracted and interrupted by the front desk girl, she did a good job. So much that I decided to come back for a new set the next visit. Fast forward to this week- I call on a Tuesday to make an appointment for Saturday with Samantha and they said hold on and come back and said ok what time. We confirm 11am - Fast Forward again to Friday-I call to confirm and was told Samantha is in California! WHAT? I got in very fast. I usually go to the one across from Greenwood Park Mall, but this one's closer to my work. This place is very big and has a lot more stations than most nail salons do and a lot more staff which is probably why there was no wait. They can service more people at one time which is important to me so I can get back to work quickly. I am also impressed by the amount of different services they provide. I sat in my pedi chair for a 1 o'clock appointment and no one started on me until 1:50pm. I came here for my birthday and won't be back. I cannot believe the experience I just had. I am in shock and feel like I want to cry (even now, 3 hours later). I went in to have my acrylic nails removed. I had a dip manicure done by a different salon 2-3 weeks prior and I didn't want to damage my natural nail in the removal process at home so I wanted to pay to get them removed professionally. I was called back and the technician proceeded to use a plastic nail tip to pry under the acrylic and RIP them off my nails. About 3 nails in, he rips off the acrylic nail and tears my natural nail down to my nail bed and I'm bleeding. I pointed out that he ripped my nail off to the point of bleeding and I barely received a mumbled apology. The technician I worked with was obviously not gentle in the removal of my nails, gave no care to the discomfort I was in, and spent the entire appointment on the phone. I will not return and I will discourage everyone I know not to go to this salon. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. The amount of disrespect and rude behavior I was subjected to was absolutely disgusting. I came here with my friend for a mani pedi. The staff doing our pedis were nice but they had no idea about prices and services. My friend wanted a design on her toe and she asked the nail tech if he can do it. He quickly said no he can only do it if she gets gel nail polish--which was ridiculous in itself because we have gotten designs on our toes with regular nail polish--regardless, she said okay I'll get gel if you can do the design. He said okay and proceeded on with the design which he totally butchered. Then the nail tech that was doing my manicure, seemed like he was the owner and I asked him for a particular design on my full set. He aggressively said NO and said it won't look good. I was shook but as he was doing my nails I said okay well I still wanna see how it would look and then in am extremely condescending manner he told me--fine I'm gonna charge you $10 extra dollars then. At this point I am livid and just want to get out of there. As I was getting my nails done my friend wanted to pay for both of our services as a treat to me so she payed while I was still getting my nailed done thinking I probably got some extra designs for it to be this expensive. When I get done and we are leaving I ask her how much she payed and he charged $100 just for a mediocre full set not even an actual manicure. I am so upset and disgusted by this business. I had thee worst experience. I brought myself and two daughters in for a pedicure. It started out with cold water, I asked my pedicurist to adjust the temp but he ignored me. He was extremely rough. I told him that I had nearly broken my foot a few weeks back and that it was still tender. The fading bruises were there for him to see. He ignored me again. As he is trimming my cuticles he cuts my big toe. It was very painful so I know it was not cuticle. I jump and tell him that hurts. He then does it again! This time I yank my foot away and see blood filling my toe bed. He then continues to rub acetone into the cut on a cotton pad to try and stop the bleeding (?) He skips the massage all together, which I paid extra for. As he is painting he starts scraping the spill over paint off of my skin with his fingernail and is scraping across the open cut. Gross! I finally said that it was too painful so I was done. They charged me $30. Full price for my awful pedicure. The "kids pedi" was $26 and it took them all of 10 min to do. My 1st visit. I made an appt with Jennifer and when I got there, there wasn't any Jennifer and they never bothered to explain. There are 4 Asian men and 1 Asian woman-----none of whom speak good English. My pedicure was brutal, actually hurt. He didn't know how to change settings on the chair. Sad to say this place continues to go down hill. The location is great so I have really given them more chances than I normally would, but today is really the final straw. My new place is closed for the week and I couldn't wait so I took a chance. I don't think the ownership understands customer service or how to graciously manage dissatisfied customers. I watched them nearly scrub a lady raw after she came back in because her pedi was rough. She truly looked shook as she dried her own feet and put her shoes back on. I've learned to speak up and point out what I'm unhappy with. I've learned who to avoid certain techs, but they don't make it easy to request a specific person and even then they don't honor appointments. Also - no less than 3 times I've been in the chair only to find the color I selected is not correctly number matched. Then struggle to find something similar. That seems unlikely to have it happen to the same person multiple times. If you are satisfied with "eh, good enough" regardless of price, then this might be your place. If not - there is a nail place on most every corner. This place might do well to remember that. read more

This salon was nice and all, but-the service was terrible. They could have done better than they did( they didn't put in all their effort) . Their were girls dancing in the hallway and it made us feel uncomfortable. The guy at the front also decided to take my phone and search up what Crome nails were ,instead of me. Also, there was a lady who gave us attitude while she was saying " Do you guys even know what Crome is". If we go to a nail salon and ask for this design then why would we not know what that is. Their was a worker who took a pic of my friends nails and didn't even ask if she was aloud to take a pic of her nails. Also, workers were surrounding us while we where getting our nails done.The person who did my friends nails left her for 15-20 mins for no reason. Great experience and one of the best pedicures I've ever had! Definitely our new favorite spot!
