    Bean curd fresh roll

Absolutely loved our visit to this no-frills vegan spot with a fantastic variety of options! I honestly had a hard time choosing because everything looked so good--such a dilemma! We started with the fresh rolls, which were perfectly fresh and crisp. For my appetizer, I went with the vegan pho, and it was just the right size to share with my husband--delicious and comforting. My husband enjoyed the air-fried ramen, which was creatively prepared, while I had the lemon seitan with rice--both were flavorful and satisfying. We shared all our dishes and savored every bite. This place is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy a plant-based meal in a casual setting. The food was fresh, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared. Can't wait to return! (P.S. The pictures include the fresh rolls with dipping sauce, a hearty bowl of pho, and a flavorful plate of lemon seitan with rice--yum!)

I don't know what voodoo magick they use, but the Mongolian salad featured the best chicken substitute I've ever had. Can't wait to try it in a banh mi next time!

This place has a great selection of vegan dishes, with some gluten-free options included. I ordered a tofu banh mi that was fresh and flavorful. I didn't have to wait too long for my food and I will definitely be coming back here to try out more dishes on their menu, especially their fun.

Wow! Im a carnivore impressed! I reluctantly gave Vegan Sun a try when a co-worker suggested it but was very pleased. I had the stir-fry ramen combo and it was delicious! There was only one of their proteins that wasn't absolutely delicious the rest of the flavors amazing and it's definitely somewhere I will find myself coming back to. The service was fantastic and the cashier made several other great recommendations. Can't wait to try it all and take some of my friends I've given a hard time for being vegetarians but really there is something for even the meat eaters out there.

Vegan Vietnamese restaurant with a pretty impressive menu! I'm in town visiting my local friends and they aren't vegan and love this place. There is such a variety of options, sauces and meat substitute that your tastebuds will be delighted and probably not even miss meat for this meal. The flavor balance of the dishes we got were great. As a vegetarian, I'm was excited to try so many things and ultimately settled for Curry Warrior Rice which was amazing. If you like curry, you're in for a treat. We got the spring rolls which were good and on par to most. I'm definitely interested in trying the crispy rolls next time.

    Lemongrass tofu fresh spring roll

I wish I could say I loved this place, but it didn't knock my socks off. I was thrilled to go to a vegan Vietnamese restaurant with so so so many choices. I mean six different types of fresh spring rolls alone! Alas, although there are endless options on the extensive menu, from pho to banh mi, to ramen to rice, the flavors did not wow me. The lemongrass tofu fresh spring roll had a really bad tasting cucumber in it that threw off the taste of the flavorful tofu. And the peanut sauce that came with it tasted nothing whatsoever like peanuts. I even asked the not-very-enthusiastic server about it thinking they had given me the wrong sauce. Nope. Just tasted like sugar. The tofu ramen stir fry Hassey nice presentation but was just a big bowl of so-so ramen noodles with some good tofu, mostly cabbage as the vegetable, and a salty soy-flavored sauce. The bbq beef bahn mi sandwich was the best of the lot with a flavorful non-meat and veggies on a warm, fresh bread. (Beware the jalapeños.) The atmosphere is nothing great. Cheap tables and chairs, one strand of Christmas lights. You order at the counter. Get your own water and napkins. They deliver the food and utensils. You clean up your dishes. Worth the price? No. Was I satisfied with the meal? No. Will I return? No. Am I glad there is a vegan restaurant on Center Street in Provo? Yes.

I thought it would be more complex but literally tasted like my bottle of sauce at home. The vegetables were just steamed and lacked flavor depth. Heavenly Mango Drink: I was happy to see that it included real mango chunks. It was pretty good, but was nothing special. Popcorn Chicken: The Taiwanese popcorn chicken, which I heard was what this restaurant was popular for, was disappointingly simple in flavor. I only taste 1 flavor profile throughout and was expecting to it to have more of a mixture of five spice, garlic and basil flavors. I recommend paying the extra $0.25 for basil if you decide to try it. P.S. Use your starving student card when you come eat here! You can get food for BOGO

First of all, the bowl was very cute and made it a more fun eating experience. I was very impressed by their popcorn chicken. It was cooked to perfection--crispy and flavorful. I liked the Chinese vegetables that came with the bento box. The egg with a runny egg yolk was good, but it could be marinated longer to have a stronger taste. I also got the Shhh! Sunset drink with a peach base and fresh mango and strawberry. It was so good! It was very refreshing, and I liked it better than other boba drinks. I will definitely come back and recommend it to all my friends!
