Cindy took care of my husband's pedicure. He used to play football and has some issues with both toenails, including ingrown nails, and she did an amazing job taking care of him. When I looked at my bill I saw I was charged for getting gel polish on but it never happened. She never even asked If I wanted them painted and just charged me for a service not done. On top of that, I still have dirt under my nails because it was never cleaned. My feet also show no signs of a pedicure outside of painted toes. I repeatedly felt pushed to upgrade and was told the regular polish wouldn't last. Some of my daughter's toenails weren't fully painted. During my leg massage, my technician was multitasking, using only one hand while talking to another employee the entire time. It didn't feel like I was getting the care or attention I paid for. I may not have chosen the most expensive pedicure, but I still spent over $80. Customers should receive a complete, attentive service regardless of which option they select. If you offer a basic pedicure, it should be done well and without making customers feel pressured to spend more.
