Ms. Tina took care of me. She suggested a better alternative for my nails so they could stay healthier longer. So happy for that. My nails LOOK PERFECT. Another 3 star nail salon in Cypress. I always give multiple visits before I write a review because a lot of your experience is directly tied to the nail technician. Sassy Nails has a few problems for me. 1. The gel samples are extremely off color to actual. The worst was my last mani. The sample looked dark brown, and came out..right, purple. I've selected "Boston red" maroons and dark reds that have come out bright flirty red. Dark gray that's been baby blue. It's so ridiculous that last time I asked them why their colors are so off. They said their supplier sent the first batch of colors and it was fine but now when they reorder, the colors are off. 2. I usually walk in without an appointment. They are very okay with it. But, I've seen them leave people waiting up to 20 minutes without being greeted. They seem afraid to address the customer. Once, my nail tech, without greeting the person, whips out her cell phone and started repeatedly calling a coworker, who wasn't answering, to come in to work. No word to me about it. Other salons will seat the person and bring a beverage and a time estimate on the wait. Which brings me to... 3. Other salons in the area are offering water, wine, and even cocktails. Sassy has a line of their "menu" saying complimentary wine or water, but after 4 visits, I've never been asked. The mani is usually high quality and very tidy - but with so many salons here, I worry if they will get customers if they don't improve. read more

My sister lives 5 minutes away so I've driven by this place a couple of times, when visiting her so I decided to give it a try since my first option was not available for walk ins and if had a good yelp rating. I took two of my nieces for mani and pedis and it was so so. Both enjoyed the turn out and liked the colors they chose but as an observer, I'm giving 3 stars for two reasons. 1) the service varied for both kids, one finished before the other and she started second because her tech was rushing through it. One received a massage with her mani and the other one didn't( if you know how kids are then you know why this was a big deal) and while putting on one's shoes the tech messed up the polish and never even bothered to fix. It was like they were in a rush to get through it and didn't consider them as normal customers. They also swapped techs in the middle of a pedicure for one of them which of course never looks good. 2) drinks were never offered and I heard them offer customers that came in after us. It's like they didn't realize that I was observing for myself in the future. Potential customer lost. I most likely would have said no because I brought a smoothie with me but the one of the kids mentioned she would have liked a drink. Overall clean facility, and lots of color options and fairly friendly techs. Just could use an improvement on service. read more

This is a relatively new nail salon off Mueschke, next to Mo's Irish Pub. Firstly, it's a beautiful salon. It's very relaxing and inviting. They have a massive selection of nail polish, gels, powder colors, etc...more than any other salon I've visited. I did not have an appointment and did not have to wait. I visited on a Friday at 3pm. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Mai Christina did my pedicure and back/shoulder/neck massage...IT WAS HEAVENLY! She was very thorough and paid attention to detail, which is increasingly hard to find these days. My pedicure still looks fantastic almost 2 weeks later. It was truly a great experience. I get regular pedicures, but this was my first time at Sassy Nails & Spa. I will be back! read more

Just relocated here from California and usually I bring my 11 year old daughter along to get a manicure & pedicure. I want to remind you shes 11 year so she's not getting any add on's or artificial nails but this place charged us $25 for gel coat, manicure ONLY. Back in California for a young girl it's only $18 for gel coat. I tried to place a tip in their machine and they didn't know how to work it. It took 2 young ladies and 10 minutes just for me to leave a simple tip with my payment. There's no music, you can barely see the Tv and their customer service is okay. Not a relaxing place. When the remainder of my family and friends relocate here I will not recommend this location. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now and normally have great service, however I'm not sure I'll be returning here. Went in a week and 2 days ago to get a gel pedicure and dip powder nails. Toes turned out great other than getting slightly burned with a hot rock, but the dip nails were a different story. After only 1 week 8/10 of the nails had either cracked down the middle of chipped on the ends. She made them really thin so not only did they look weird, but they didn't hold. They also started cracking and lifting at the base of the nails. She also gave me little cuts with her file because she was too rough. One of them required a bandaid because it hurt so bad and couldn't be touched. Disappointing because normally I get great service here. read more

Very relaxing. Quiet a quick get away. Very attentive. Would go again and proces are reasonable.

It would be nice if the nail tech didn't use their own natural nails as a tool. The natural nails are sharp and stick into my skin. Don't grip my hands so tight - I'm sitting still facing forward, I don't need to be grabbed as though I'm a resistant child not paying attention. Not relaxing at all. No reason to return. You won't miss me though you didn't even try to have a conversation. read more

They really pay attention to detail and even give you GOOD suggestions on colors/nail polish to choose from without sounding aggressive. And I love that they took time on the massages for my pedicure. Most salons do them in like 5 mins and it really is annoying but here, they really make it worth every penny! read more

The absolute worst service I've ever experienced I was there for almost 2 hours just to get a refill on my nails and my toes painted and that cost me $80 for just painted toes & shellac refill.
