I also occasionally go in to get my eyebrows done for a very good price of $10. It always turns out good there always asking you like making sure that's what you would like the vibe in there is very welcoming and especially if they're fully booked at the moment, they're very good about making sure you will come back by giving some discount or something of the such every time. I've been coming here for years, and unfortunately this is now the second time I've made an appointment and experienced an excessive wait without communication. This time, I arrived only five minutes late. We were seated and waited about ten minutes without any update on how long the delay would be. When I expressed my concerns, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the owner. Instead, I was told that Ana had barely started with another guest, which did not appear to be accurate, as she was halfway done with a full set. The quality of the nail work here is good, which is why I've continued to return, but the customer service and professionalism have been disappointing. I completely understand that arriving late can affect scheduling, but if there were going to be repercussions because of it, that should have been communicated clearly from the beginning. I've been going to Nile Salon for almost a year, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of a disaster. The last time I visited, my nails chipped shortly after because they apparently used low-quality shellac. I went back to have them fixed, and one technician did an excellent job correcting the mess. She was polite, professional, and skilled. This time, I called ahead and asked for the same technician, but they told me her younger sister was available. Assuming she'd be just as good, I agreed, but I was so wrong. She was rude, dismissive, and didn't explain anything she was doing. I specifically requested dip powder, but without asking or informing me, she used acrylic instead, which is more expensive. When they asked how I felt about the service, I gave honest feedback about my concerns. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, the manager rudely said I "complain every time I come in." This was completely uncalled for, especially considering I've been a loyal customer for so long. I also want to retract the positive review I left previously. That review was for Miss Sugar, who used to do my nails perfectly but, unfortunately, no longer works there. Without her, this salon has gone downhill. After three terrible experiences in a row, I've had enough. I'll never go back to Nile Salon. There is a mini bar upon entering. Once seated You will be greeted by Your tech asking if You'd like something to drink. There's always good music playing and a few TV's to watch too. There is an Ipad when You arrive that allows You to enter Your mobile number and keeps tracks of Your visits. In addition, there's a point reward system that allows You to get 15% off after so many visits. My favorite pedi that I will suggest is the Jelly Pedi. It feels so good. The prices are fair IG considering the area. I've paid less and defintely got what I paid for and although I've never paid more for tech services unless out of town then You know the saying "You get what You pay for" and in this case My coins are always well spent. I have been passing by this place for a month or more and finally decided to give them a try. I was ready for a pedicure and relaxation with everything going on with covid. They are in a small plaza with Mack's Tenders and Pizza Hut off barker cypress. It isn't a huge place, but it does look modern and renovated. They have all their PPE set up with plexiglass and temperature checks for the pandemic. I was able to walk in and get seated after about 10 mins. Everyone was seated every other chair. They have a drink menu you can choose from with some alcohol, tea, coffee, soda and water. There were a number of different pedicures but I went with the deluxe. It was $36 regular price and they took 20 percent off for their grand opening special. On top of the normal pedicure you would expect there was a scrub, mask, lotion, hot towel, 10 min massage with hot stones and some kind of treatment for the heels of your feet. Really felt relaxed despite wearing a mask and everything going on with covid. I'll be back. It was clean and relaxing. The employees seemed like they were having fun together and enjoyed being there. That is always a plus in addition to great service. read more

Upon entering, everything was clean, COVID procedures were clear and after signing the COVID form, I was seated. Because of everything going on my nails were in horrible shape. I had that had a refill in a very long time and the nail tech was careful about examining my nails and suggesting that I start over with a new set. She was very friendly and I felt no pain as she remove the old mail. Service: There was a group of young girls who came in to have their nails done also and they were asked to wait up front which was nice because there were not a bunch of people sitting next to each other which honestly would've made me leave. In fact, my overall service was prompt and I was so pleased that I also had my toes done and that service was amazing as well. Unhappy about my fourth visit. This time making an appointment not only for myself but my husband and my mother in law as well. We arrive to our 5 o'clock appointment made the day before. I specifically asked for my acrylic fill to be done by Aiden because I am particular with my shape and I wanted to try a cute design, which after three prior visits trying three different artist I had decided Aiden to be the technician that would be able to leave me satisfied being that he did such a wonderful job my last visit. Fast forward I did not receive my request to which ultimately left me unsatisfied with my nails and my customer service. Also on the subject of customer service they should limit the amount or the manner in which they speak about their clients. I did not like their demeanor towards my husbands services. Nails charged me 100 when it should have been 45-65 because it was only a solid color not long. Lashes over 100 when it was classic n wax eyebrows less than 10 n charged me 15. When the first I went for exactly this was under like 200! $95 lashes $35 pedi n $45 nails $8 wax I never change anything if that just the color to white! I got referred by my friend to come to Berries. It was quite a drive but overall it was worth it! I just want to put some input out here for the business. I went in today for a set removal and a new set. The beautiful girl, Donna who did my nails was absolutely great. She paid very close attention to detail on everything. At some nail spas you get your skin pricked with the drill or some burning feelings from shaving too hard on the nail, but Donna was perfect at making sure I was comfortable. She was really sweet to. I do have to say that the only negative thing was the greeting I got when I stepped in the door. The guy at the front was a little hostile with his questions. But other than that everything was great. I paid $55 for my set and a $10 tip. Reasonably priced nails and they're great quality too! My friend had her nails done by a girl named Lisa. I wanted thin square & even showed a reference picture & he said okay $5 dollars more for shape down & I said you're charging me for what?? & he repeats himself & I said no I'm not getting charged for that stupidity. Says whatever in his language to the co worker next to him then continues. Shape was a fine at first then somehow changed after acrylic powder was placed. Starts trying to putting color on all my nails & its not the color I wanted , I look at him crazy like is he foreal ... he looks up & says we don't have that color we have similar. The similar is a very coral undertone & these pics aren't even showing how coral the undertone is because it is an iridescent coral. So I said well I would have chosen a different color if you would have just told me y'all didn't have the color, he proceeds to say they have similar & at this point I'm annoyed because I realize he's almost done with my nails & the shape looks bulky / Round / no where near what I asked for & they proceeded to charge me $55 for this & I just paid & left because I wanted to get out of there.
