Back at the Honda service center in Richfield, MN we could pull up to the garage doors and someone would greet and check you in but this place seemed smaller so it's understandable that that option wasn't available. I brought a copy of some of the extended warranties I purchased at the MN Honda dealer before moving to MD. Initially I wasn't sure if they would still be honored but happy that the associate at the counter was happy to scan them and add it to my file. After dropping off my car they did the promised A1 services before the end of the day and called me when it was ready. I asked about some cosmetic dings on my bumper and they didn't try to unnecessarily up-sell any services. Overall pretty pleased! Also a big fan of the online scheduling system. It was easy to book and modify the appointment beforehand.

Luckily Bayside does not suck. So I don't have to figure that out. They are wonderful. They don't over or up charge you. I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised every time. I guess I should stop being surprised. I have a Kia Stinger which is not your typical Kia. It is a sport sedan or hatch back or fast back? I'm not really sure. I am sure I love this car. It compares to any Italian German sports sedan costing $80,000 or more. So maintenance can be tricky if you don't keep up with it, but it has not been expensive. My warranty is covered the few small things that have gone wrong, the horn, and a fuel pump none of which have stranded me all of which the dealership has dealt with quickly with no hassle,. The staff are very nice people. The best dealership experience I've had. I've been buying cars since the 80s. I'm so relieved that I can rely on Bayside Kia to keep me on the road affordably.
