We were new to the area and really just went off of online reviews to make a decision on who to use. They worked quickly, charged a very fair price, and were incredibly easy and pleasant to work with. What really stood out was that they also took care of a few other minor cosmetic issues, no questions asked, just to make sure the car was in great shape for the lease return. That extra effort was really appreciated. Great work, fair pricing, and genuinely nice people. I would absolutely use them again.

After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

When I arrived to this place, I was quickly impressed by the customer services, assurance that they would take great care of my car. Unfortunately, 4 months afterward, I noticed my tire kept squeaking when I would take specific turns. Since I figured I would go back to the place that last repaired my vehicle, I informed them about my concern and asked if they could check my car over the weekend or after hours - as my job doesn't allow much flexibility during regular business hours. This time, I was brushed off by them and told that they are unavailable after hours... After going to other places to get some help on the root of the issue, it turns out, the break replaced by Car Source Collision wasn't the right measurement - so now, I have a squeaky break pad.. I referred this place to others, but I no longer wish to do business with this place. They thought that I wouldn't notice or that it wouldn't be a big issue... well, thanks.

I saw some good reviews for this location, so I drove by on a Saturday right before they closed and chatted with the owner, Brian. He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. That they weren't going to try to investigate a misalignment because they wanted to do things "the right way!" Sure buddy. I thanked him, left and went to the body shop just down the street.
