The people were super nice and helpful. I messed up my appointment but they were able to squeeze me in. They did a good job at responding to my messages and notified me when my car was ready. They did good in general. I paid extra for carseat shampooing and my seats were super clean. It needed some TLC and they did just that. Outside left a little more to be desire. The body was sparkly and cleaned, but the wheels definitely were not. The wheels didn't look cleaned at all. (Hence the star removal.) I think price is a little bit high, but I would reconsider them again when I need an annual reset. I was not given the first-time discount, but they said I should call and have that applied next time. So I recommend you call for your first-time to get that first discount. read more

Stay away from this place! Thought I had found a real gem and was completely excited to make this my go to car wash. I was a customer for over three months going here 2 times a week. I always asked for the same attendant and he did an incredible job. In response to his excellent and diligent work I always tipped him $20 cash in addition to tipping 20% of the total charge when I paid on the app. That's where the problem comes in. I learned that the manger, Dee, would go to the attendant who cleaned my car and ask him for the $20 I gave directly to him as a tip for his job well done(I also tipped 20% on the app) so that Dee could then split the $20 with other attendants who didn't lift a finger to clean my car. When I learned of this I went to the manager and asked him where he got off taking a hard earned tip meant specifically for the person who labored to clean my car and earned every penny I gave him. I also let him know that I was tipping 20%($8.00) to pool for those who didn't lift a finger so he had no right to take the $20 meant specifically for the person cleaning my car. Dee, the manager became very argumentative with me and actually got up in my face speaking loudly and disrespectfully to me. I told him his behavior was extremely inappropriate which only fueled his fire even more. As a result, I left and never went back. I attempted to bring this situation to ownerships attention but got nowhere. As such, I left and would never recommend or use this place again. read more

Please don't use them. If there was an option for a zero, I'd give it to them. I spent almost $170 for their "Luxe" service for an SUV that's less than a year old and was fairly clean. 1. The first thing the attendant told me is that it'll take 3 hours and how I should not book same day appointments and that their website is wrong. (All with an attitude) 2. The basic minimum services were not performed. The interior wasn't vacuumed, there were crumbs and trash everywhere, and the doors or the center console weren't wiped and the entire 3rd row of the automobile was entirly missed. 3. No one was available or seemed to care. The quality of their work wasn't just bad, it was embarrassing. Their manager also asked me to email him, but he never responded to my email. read more

Wasn't anything special. Paid extra for it to be hand waxed after I got something sticky on the exterior. When I got it back, the sticky stuff was still there. They said they couldn't get it off, but when I showed them I could scrape it off with my fingernails they went and got a towel and some spray and it came right off. Makes me think they didn't hand wax it at all to begin with. Not worth the money IMO. read more

Dee is a funny, gracious host who was helpful and quick and while the service took a little longer than expected, the work was excellent; very thorough cleaning both inside and out with no detail left out leaving the car smelling like new. My car took over 3 hours to clean, despite booking an appointment. The wheels were still dirty. And the car had several wet spots. I booked a 1pm appointment for the premium wash which takes 60 minutes according to the company. I dropped the car off at 1230 to catch a movie, thinking the car would be done by the end of a 2 hour movie. Wrong. I went back at 330 to check, thinking my phone simply missed the text. But they said it would take another 30 minutes. I received a pick up text at 415. If the wash will take any longer than the estimated time, the company should let you know ahead of time and overestimate to make sure the customer can commit to being at the mall for that duration of time. Although I got a text saying the car was "ready," it was not. An employee was still doing a final pass of the vehicle when I arrived. After he moved to another section of the car, I noticed that the section he had checked still had visible wet spots and the wheels still had black smear from not being wiped down after the "wash" itself. I didn't trust him to discover the other spots and I felt silly pointing out to him every single spot he missed so I asked for a clean towel and did it myself. IMO the employees who took car of my car simply didn't care about cars, specifically their presentation. I've been to detail shops where the employees are car enthusiasts and the difference shows. The two stars is for the concept of being a part of the mall (which allows you to peruse while waiting for the car, but that only works if they get the time estimates correct) and the good job on vacuuming the interior (although they failed to wipe down the rear center console). read more

Let's start with the bad. I watched the person who appears to be the manager with his black leather shoes, dress pants, and tucked in polo, laughing at the condition of a customer's Silver Mustang GT. With the driver in his vehicle, he kept rubbing and swiping his index finger across the paint to emphasize how much dust was on the car. Yes, the car looked like it had been driven on a dusty road, but really? Then after the driver leaves, he's sitting in the front seat pawing the center console and pulls out foreign currency and is showing it to everyone. He then opens the trunk and finds it full of stuff and calls everyone over to look at how full the trunk is. Mind you, the car is just parked and not ready for even the wash yet. This is just someone who doesn't even do the work, unnecessarily looking over a car and judging its owner. This is in plain view of me just standing 15 feet away staring at him while he's in his own world laughing and looking incredulously at the car. Very unprofessional. The wash is actually pretty good. I've been here a couple of times and they have historically done a decent job overall. This time however they left a lot of water spots. This is directly related to them using the same drying cloth over the entire vehicle, something I observed them doing on the car before mine and they would just wring out the cloth periodically. This means that the dirty cloth is then run over the entire car picking up all the remaining surface dirt and perhaps grinding it onto other cars creating a sandpaper effect to the clear coat. All wiping will create swirls, but if your car is new or in great condition, you are going to see a change in the clear coat with this sort of wiping. The interior carpet was well vacuumed, but the interior polished bits like the stereo screen and polished trim had streaks and the door jambs were still dirty. After this go, I'd probably not return now that I've witnessed how careless they are with the vehicles. read more

Went in for a basic exterior wash and they did an excellent job. The difference here is that after they wash your car there are no water marks on your car, no missed spots and no lint leftover from cheap microfiber cloths! That difference alone is worth a lot. I spent one hour trying to book an appointment on line. The website seems professionally done but it kept kicking me out after I hit the submit button. Finally, I called and the VM was full but it let me leave my number for a call back. That was early morning. After not hearing back I decided to put my family in the car and drive out to Tysons Corner. Pulled in and was eventually greeted by a young woman. She said it would be two hours to get my car back so I said fine and told her I had to get my family out and a few things so she put me in a parking space for waiting cars. I told her I was taking the baby and going inside the mall while my family member picked up a few things and would give her the key. My family member joined me approximately fifteen minutes later and explained that she didn't leave the car because the lady told her it would be three hours or more. My family member explained that I was told two hours but the lady said that wasn't correct. Astonishing. Shortly after I got a text telling me that the lady thought it was a new and different customer which is amazing considering the car was parked by the lady in a waiting spot, she reviewed my car for the estimate and my family member related my conversation with her to her. I cannot attest to the quality of their work but it would have been $150 for wash, vacuum and wipe down interior. The main reason I wouldn't go back is because of the poor quality procedures for booking appointments and the very poor service. read more

took my car in on a Sunday.. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to take care of my car! .. they said that it would take 1.5hrs to complete, i was a little hesitant about that because i really didn't plan on spending that much time inside the mall, but i REALLY needed a car wash! (especially the interior)... i was almost too embarrassed, to share the inside of my car with the representative, but he kept it professional and didn't judge me at all... and i really appreciate the fact that it's not just some assembly line of workers trying to hurry up and wash as many cars as they can.. the staff here actually takes their time to focus on and clean your entire vehicle! and they actually finished in just over 1 hr. ... and, boy was it worth it!! i have not seen my car look so clean since i purchased it! .. they really took their time and did a great job inside and out! .. i got the premium wash for $59, which is the cheapest price point but it looks like a million bucks! .. and that price point beats any where else that I've ever shopped for a basic detail.. and it's oh so convenient to go to Tyson's Corner Mall and not even have to hunt for parking! Got my 2020 Mazda CX-5 back an hour ago, there was not a single scratch in car when I give it for detailing and courtesy to this detailer, my car has some now in hood, in passenger door and other places. Not sure what kind of vacuum they have used but Trunk carpet got damaged. Windshield still has lots of spots. If you like you car remain scratch-free, un-damaged, take you business somewhere else. Tried discussing with site manager Mr. Dee, he is not at all a listener. per him, their cleaning has not created but uncovered these scratches. I was really hoping we had found a great car cleaning service but I do have to say I was a bit disappointed to see the level of cleaning completed by the team. Interiors were done well enough but the exterior of the car still had a few areas that could have been more thoroughly cleaned. I would advise that you check both the front and back of the car after the completion of the service - we were in a rush and didn't get to do this. I do think this car wash option is very convenient for customers and want to definitely recommend this service but I do think that a few improvements need to be made first. read more

Updated: Still would never go back. Ted the area manager asks me to come back after this post to show me the video while they try to clean my truck again. He shows me a video of the truck going out of camera view, outside of the parking space, towards a close wall and supply closet (?) and tells me that is my indisputable proof they didn't damage my truck!! He flat out says no, I can see it. Are you kidding me? If anything, it proves that you can't prove you didn't damage my truck. Then he tells me he was watching when they moved the truck. He is out on that driver front side of the vehicle and says he could see the passenger rear bumper -- are you kidding? Now you're saying you have magic eyes and can see through the truck to the other side. So zero resolution. He just kept saying no it didn't happen and that I should believe a video that does not even show it. Weird how I claim damage - and that the security footage just happens to be out of view of the exact spot the damage is.... I wouldn't have known that it was out of view so it's not like I just could make this up. This shows zero integrity and very poor customer service to say you won't do anything because you have magic eyes. Never provided me with their insurance information. Let insurance work this out at this point. YOU DAMAGED MY TRUCK! Do the right thing!!! On top of all this - I get the truck back after a second attempt to wash and there still bird crap in the middle of the hood!!! I had to get a rag and clean the bird crap off myself!!! Still definitely recommend to avoid this place. ------------------------- Damaged my vehicle. Returned vehicle dirty. Zero management or help. Unprofessional. Damaged my rear bumper - obviously hit it or ran it into something. Paint removed from bumper. There was no damage prior to bringing my vehicle here. Refused to show me the cameras saying its company policy not to show their cameras to anyone. But told me I needed to trust them that they viewed the entire 3.5 hours my vehicle was there in less than 5 minutes but would not offer to let me verify. They were obviously covering for theirselves. Vehicle was still dirty. Dirt clearly all over the back that they half wiped. Bug splatters still on mirrors and bumpers. Dirt dripping from hood. Zero management. They refused to let me talk to anyone until I continued to demand more than a voicemail box to call. They finally put me on the phone with an extremely unprofessional person named D that basically told me I could come back if I wanted to but other than that no one could help me. They only FINALLY took pictures and created an incident report after demanding they do something - obviously this doesn't matter to them because 2 days have passed and no one has reached out. I was told no one is above this horrible manager D other than the owner which goes to show the owner doesnt care. I was dumb enough to tip 20% before seeing damage or dirt, they refused to refund or discount and said they are not allowed. Refused to help me with the damage they did to my vehicle. They only thing they offered was I could come back another day to finish the cleaning they failed to do the first time that I already paid for but wouldn't say a word about the damage. This is a shady business. They will not take care of their customers when they damage their property. Beware. This business is horrible. I will never trust them with my vehicle again. Go to somewhere that will first: do the services you paid for (clean!!) and two: have the integrity to own their mistakes and right a wrong when they damage your vehicle. My car had been increasingly going downhill over the winter - interior and exterior needed major help :) I have driven by this place numerous times and told myself I'd give them a try once spring came along. Boy, was that the best decision I made! They did a phenomenal job and my car looks brand spanking new. All of the staff I encountered was extremely friendly, as well. My car looked so great that my husband decided to bring his car there as well. Not only did they do a beautiful job on both cars (Audi and BMW), they were able to buff out some damage to his door that had bothered him for years and he was about to spend triple somewhere else to fix. Unfortunately my experience was negative. Before this post I tried to call, text and write to them. I waited several days with no response. My car had several areas that weren't clean. Attached pics show cup holder and stuff left in door side storage. The center console and trunk, that I noticed at pick up, was re-done. The trunk was HALF cleaned. They didn't bother to lift the baskets and clean underneath. A tissue was left near the side of one of the seats. Lastly, a drink from one of the employees, was left in my car! Lady that checked me out took pictures with no apology. Wish I noticed all of this afI paid. So disappointing. Will not be back. UPDATE: A few days after this post I was contacted and given a full refund. Thank you for doing that. I hope others have a better experience. read more

The actual job that was done on my car was pretty okay (though there were a few places where I had to buff off residual wax myself when I got home, and they missed a few details like cleaning the leather on my emergency brake) but I'm giving this place 2/5 stars mainly because it doesn't appear to value the time of its customers. I received a text indicating that my car was ready. I walked over from the mall about 10 minutes after the text, was shown into the waiting area, and told that it would be "just a moment."At one point the manager I spoke with walked to my car, began talking to the workers, then gestured in my direction and back at the car, which seemed to be an indication that they needed to hurry. I then waited about 15 minutes and watched as it was finished. The people cleaning seemed to be working pretty frantically and down to the wire on my car, which doesn't instill a lot of confidence in me that they were giving it the detailing that I paid for, and again, I found a few details they missed when I got home. read more

Should we start with the over priced vacuum and wipe down if my dashboard that left a film on the inside of my window that has lasted almost a month, making it difficult to see out the window OR the fact that I left my credit card in my car while I was having lunch, and whoever was cleaning the car took a break to order clothes online with my card? While I was having lunch my AMEX called me saying that someone was trying to fraudulently using my card. I went back to my car and the card was sitting in my cup holder. I am giving this location 1 star based on the damage to my vehicle along with loosing my garage door opener. Vehicle was greatly in needed of a wash and since we where at the mall, figured we try this location out for convenience. Dropped the vehicle off and about an hour later received a text that the vehicle was ready. Upon picking up the vehicle, my husband went to adjust the rear view mirror and it was broken. It seems as though during the interior cleaning process, the mirror got hit hard and now the mirror is very loose and will not stay in place. Secondly, they took the items that where in the middle console holder and moved them to the back area ( tailgate) and did not tell us. After finding the items, we noticed the garage door opener was missing. We called and it seems that they do not know what happened to it, but I know they took it and lost it because in order to get out of our parking garage we had to have it. We now have to pay for the vehicle repairs, but also a new garage opener. I would give it zero stars if possible. Very displeased with this business. read more

Normally, getting my car washed here is a 4 to 5 star experience. Not today. Not really sure how something so simple as drying a car right after washing it was a big FAIL for the person responsible. There is a weak member on the team there. I paid $59 for a basic package which is just washing/cleaning the exterior and interior. They kept the car for just over 2 hours, which I was fine with. Drying a car right after washing it is key to preventing water spots, especially on a dark car and of course on glass. Given the way the car looked when it was "ready," it's clear no real attempt was made to dry the car. Something needs to be done to implement quality control checks here. Kudos to the one attendant dealing with customers and payment as he tried as best he could to remove the water spots. I let it go after awhile and got on the road only to look out a windscreen with tons of water spots and some haze from what I assume was smeared car wash soap. So the rinse was incomplete too it seems. If it hadn't been 10 minutes to closing, I would have asked them to redo the exterior. read more

My favorite car wash in town! Under $60 for their lowest tier. Excellent service at check in and check out. Worth the money and felt like a true detail job vs a car wash where you need to ask for basic things to be done/cleaned. They really took care of my car inside out and it looked brand new.
