    I used to come to a Vet Spa pre Covid once a month. The price was great and the detail was amazing! I went for the first time today since Covid and I could not be more disappointed. I arrived to learn prices had really increased (which is actually ok because of the convince and great detail) . But the man there kept trying to add more on for a higher price. When we got back to our car no one walked us through the the way they used to. I checked it and it looked good in the garage . When we left and light hit our car I saw they had not even cleaned the doors inside!! Nor the cup holders . I wasn't aware I should have taken Out my flash light to make sure they actually cleaned. I will not be returning and I'm very disappointed . Prices raised and the work was awful.

    After reading their reviews on different platforms I decided I wanted to give them a try. I had to run some errands to run in the mall and had a movie after, which made it a convenient situation. I called in advance, set an appointment and was well received when I arrived. I wash my car pretty often and make sure to keep my interior very clean. I just bought the car 9 months ago and it was something I always wanted. So I still baby the car. I was nervous that it would get mishandled but figured that it would be good to try their Ultra Package ($230). The site lists that the Ultra service takes approximately 180 min and the manager let me know that my car would be ready in 2 hours and 45 minutes. I bring this up because my wife arrived maybe an hour and a half later and noticed that my car was parked and completed. She went in and asked if the car was done and called me to come see it. I showed up a few minutes later and to my surprise the car was done. For everything included, even clay barring the car, I thought it would take the whole time estimated. I was shown around the car where they offered to wipe clean some of the areas I pointed out on the exterior. It is my fault for not saying something in the moment but I did get a little upset to see the person wiping the spots with a microfiber cloth that looked filthy but I did not say anything. It shut me off a bit. I believe he noticed and actually went a grabbed a clean one after. I think they did a good job with the exterior, that instance aside. When I got home I inspected the door sills and saw a few areas that were likely rushed but what I realized is that they overlooked some pretty obvious areas in the interior. The cup holders had some particles left, same where the ports are. The rear view mirror wasn't wiped clean and the thing that really threw me off is that my panoramic sunroof was not even touched. There were areas that just seemed possibly rushed and slightly over looked. I'm giving 3 stars because I think they were all nice, professional, and did good job. I was however expecting a little more attention to detail since the car wasn't in bad shape to begin with and for the price of Ultra. I would maybe take my wife's SUV for their standard package, since the kids use it abuse it a Iot. I think it's good just not impressed what the money got me.

    Gouge on the interior leather

    Do not bring your car here if you care about it at all. I had my Tesla detailed and they damaged the interior leather. There's a long gouge that looks like someone dragged a key on the leather and ripped it. When I got home and noticed the damage I called them immediately and they told me they could do nothing for me unless I brought the car back to look at. They were closing so they said to bring it back the next day when the manager, James, would be there. So the next day I drove all the way back there to show them and they said oh he's not here, we can't help you, and gave me a 10% off coupon. Thanks a lot. I left the manager a voicemail explaining the situation and got no response. This is completely unacceptable. My family has a small business so I really don't like to take things to public forums and write bad reviews, but this place gave me no choice. I drove an hour back to talk to them and was turned away and then left a voicemail that was ignored. These people clearly don't care about their customers or the quality of their service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    This place is frickin' amazing. They cleaned every inch of my car. They're so good I've been searching them on Yelp for the past 3 weeks just so I could leave a 5 star review. They clean your car while you shop at the mall (genius). My car is always a complete disaster, they cleaned everything EVEN my engine. They even folded all the clothes I had in my trunk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I'll be back to get my seats cleaned soon!

    I wish I had read these reviews before signing up for their monthly unlimited plan. I go because…read moreit's convenient and they have locations near work and home. I try to go as often as possible to get my money's worth, but it's a commitment. I just went this morning to their Kensington location -- overall, unimpressive (again). I've been to both the Kensington location and the one on Rt. 7 in VA. Both have very weak dryers. I always have to hand dry, if I have time, but that adds another hour if I include vacuuming. Otherwise, water spots on windows and chrome accents are a given. Some of the staff are nice enough, but they literally don't have any contact with customers unless you're signing up for a monthly plan or have difficulty getting the gate open. I did have one experience where I had to go to the bathroom really badly. The attendant at the gate said to go in the building. A woman stopped me and said restrooms are for employees only. I pointed out that her coworker had just said I could use it, and that I needed to go very badly. She still refused and hardly seemed sorry. There were no other businesses nearby I could use (mostly car body shops and industrial offices). I told her that if she did not make an exception this one time, I'd have to urinate in my pants or on the side of the building. She just shrugged, and I just watered their shrubs. It was a little demeaning but not as bad as urinating myself. One other negative experience with their staff, this time at the Rt. 7 location, occurred when the attendant yelled at me from across the parking lot to move out of the vacuumed parking space to dry my car. I told him I wanted to dry my car before vacuuming because I didn't want water spots, but that I'd be using the vacuums soon. I added that I wouldn't have to if their dryers worked properly to begin with. He instructed me to park in the spots without vacuums. My question is, if the vacuums are in such high demand, why not install vacuums in the spaces that don't have them. I also would have been more receptive to move if he had come over politely and explained that there was high volume and would appreciate it if I would move my car as soon as possible; or better yet, helped me dry my car so I'd finish faster and then vacuum. All of this would be tolerable if the wash was at least top notch, but it's far from it. The bottom of my doors are always left dirty, and I drive a high SUV, so it's not like the wash cloths on those rotators and water jets can't reach those areas. Overall, there just isn't anything special about this chain, albeit I've only been to two separate locations. Some of their competitors have compressed air that you can use to blow debris from tight places where the vacuum can't reach, like cup holder crevices, air vents, under the hood leaves, etc.; and some even offer reusable drying clothes. I guess if bathrooms are too much to ask for, these other "perks" are a bridge too far. I will be moving to VA soon and my experience has not inspired loyalty. I plan to cancel my membership soon thereafter -- there are just too many better places to have to put up with staff attitude, lack of basic customer services, and mediocre washings. Also, I'm even less tolerant of businesses that ignore customer complaints on social media, as this one appears to be doing with many customers on here.

Staff is friendly when they are selling you the monthly...don't fall for it! After joining I went with another vehicle and was prepared to spend the over $30 for the wash, but the attendant said that my car wouldn't come clean with just 1 wash because it had tree droppings/like berries that would be hard to get off, I understood that so I said forget it I'd wash it at home rather than pay over $60 for an old car to be washed. He then said that I could switch my vehicle account and use the service that day on the car I was driving. He neglected to tell me that it would force me to stay with that vehicle going forward or any of the "small print" details that were relevant. A few months later when I tried to switch back my orginal vehicle to the account (they were much less friendly - same guy btw) and said I could not do it - And that if I wanted to discuss it further I would have to go through the website for customer service. Guess what? Customer service was text or email only, they don't offer phone support...how convenient. Needless to say I cancelled my Mr. Wash contract...I really miss that awesome carwash that was up on Georgia Avenue. Anyone have a good rec for a carwash service?
