They took over the car washes on Connecticut and Wisconsin Ave - creating a mini monopoly, are price gauging and now it's impossible to get a $20 car wash in upper NW DC. Bonkers, absolutely bonkers. I had a great experience at flagship carwash in Wisconsin Avenue. The line was long but the team was really great. I thought it was with the wait. I have a membership and try to visit different ones if I'm in the area and this is the closest one to me. The membership is worth it because the more you go the better you get it cleaned, I have the flagship and love it. read more

Flagship on Marlboro Pike is some trash, I called headquarters to discuss equipment malfunctions, and not being able to service my vehicle. I was told to find another one near. They also mislead you to thinking that unlimited is consistently, nope its 10.00 off 1st month. I try to support, but nah Flagship you are not about your constituents. read more

Was in dire need of a car wash and this happened to be the closest spot. I have been to other locations before and I was aware that the price is steep so I only go to the car wash franchise when the car needs a good cleaning. Overall they did a good job but the annoying part is that they don't take mobile phone tap payment and there is no indication of that before you hand your car over to them. My wash was ok but not worth the high price. I likely would not come back to this location. read more

Paid for the full service Flagship. Had the boss man chastise me after I'd paid to never have a bike rack on the car . ( Didn't know and fair the first time he upbraided me . Became tiresome the 2nd and 3rd and final 4th time .) Then received the poor quality , half baked production line clean with attitude and when I mentioned that they'd not vacuumed the car, they no hablo. Took an hour waiting in line, and while the line splits into 2 to make cars go through faster, the car ahead of my line was stationary for over 30 minutes for an unknown reason. Prices were expensive for a standard car wash, but staff were nice. I chose to drive my car through the wash instead of getting out and letting an attendant drive it, and the attendant kept staring at me and giving me weird looks the whole time. Im only giving this car wash 2 stars because the cashier is so nice. The quality of the car wash isn't worth the $45 price at all. You honestly could just clean your own car for the job they did lol. But at least the snow and salt is off my car I guess... I will not be returning. read more

The absolute worst. Way overpriced. Shoddy service. For $48.60 my car should have been clean as a whistle. It isn't. I can only hope that they actually cleaned and protected my undercarriage; removing the salt was my primary objective. One can get it done cheaper elsewhere - anywhere else - and I most certainly shall. I will never go back and would discourage others from using this service as well. Even worse than the actual service is the customer service. Stubborn, unpleasant, and uncooperative cashier. My attempts to contact them required masses of information channeled through a multi layered labyrinthIan obstacle course. Haven't reached the end of the process yet. Even their online survey is onerous. Stay away. I plan to. If despite this and other poor reviews you decide to use this service, bring cash or an actual credit card. If you want your car returned to you in worse condition than drop off then this is the place for you. I paid for the Flagship Full-Service carwash and it did not deliver. It was supposed to include internal and external cleaning including undercarriage. Both inside and out were dirty and when I pointed it out and requested the car be rerun, I was told that's as good as it would get. I walked around my car noted some new scratches inside and out. Also there was still magic marker on the window. How can they claim it's clean when the marker they use to put notes on the car is still there. Lastly the windshield was still dirty and worse on the inside. This is likely because they do not change dry towels between cars. They refused to fix the situation on site. I reached out on the website to requested a refund as I will have to get it rewashed and actually waxed. Still awaiting a response. I also hope the scuffs/scratches are cosmetic and can be buffed out. read more

New owners, bad experience. Most importantly, the car isn't clean for USD 25. Many areas are totally untouched, as dirty as before. The car is half wet so we had to towel it dry ourselves. The new owners also took away the lollipop for kids and the air freshener. We won't come back. read more

This is appalling. These are "after" pictures from this morning, having taken my son's car to be cleaned and paying $44 and a $16 tip (before I saw the outcome). Admittedly, he does not maintain his car as I would like (and it is due for detailing) but this is disgusting. Got the "Ultimate" which includes interior and exterior cleaning ($36.00) and my car's interior looks exactly the same. There is dust and smudges that we're not cleaned. Attendants were rude and impatient. Do not recommend and will not go back. read more

I just came for a basic wash tonight to the Flagship Carwash on Wisconsin avenue. Not only was the car washed well but the manager, Ricardo, was very kind and understanding. I thought they took Apple Pay and I just came from the gym and wasn't carrying cash or credit cards. I learned my lesson. Ricardo was nice enough to let me come back to pay tomorrow. His kindness makes me want to continue going to this Flagship whenever i need a car wash. Kindness and Customer Service mean a lot. Thanks Ricardo. read more

Flagship destroyed my rear windshield wiper, said they'd pay for it, had me fill out a claim form, and said they'd call me to arrange for reimbursement. The next day, a "general manager" named Jose Castillo (who was not onsite on the day of the incident) called me and said it "preexisting damage" and that Flagship was not going to pay anything. He knew that was a lie, and so did I, because I had just taken the car in for maintenance and the car was in perfect condition (I have the docs to prove it). Incidentally, the car wash isn't even good. They are always backed up onto Wisconsin Ave. And they doubled the prices since taking over from Wash n Shine (which was excellent). Save your car and go elsewhere. read more

A wash there used to mean a clean car inside and out. No one touched windows, mats were left dirty and back hatch not opened and wiped. Windows spotted because not wiped. Zero management.
