Nice receptionist! Didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all as a first time patient. often times the front desk at any doctors office can be shrewd, even before Covid. But this woman was friendly yet professional. I waited 25 minutes in the lobby before being taken to a room to see the doctor which isn't bad for her being a OB as well as a GYN. Often times you wait 45+ because these kind of doctors could be delivering a baby. The doctor was in and out once i was seen but I got what I needed. I took it as she knows what she's doing. First time here...not impressed AT ALL! First off, they moved offices- same building -now in suite #315- you would think that the office staff would've advised a new patient. Pertinent info, wouldn't u think?? So I enter and not greeted or anything for a good 10 min. It's a totally cramped office space - horrible seats- no magazines or fuck all! So I'm finally acknowledged and asked for my insurance card and ID! I shit you not- another 20 min before I'm given an iPad to fill in my info. Then the person at desk tells me - "oh by the way, your authorization expired in August." Wtf? You didn't think to have someone call me a day before? A week before? I scheduled this in early August! Another 15 minutes pass before she clears me and says it's been taken care of. A copay is tendered and back to those awful seats...There is one doctor! Just one! So I wait and there is a woman who gets pissed off and says "how much longer?" The reception replies soon...the lady says "that's what you said 1/2 hour ago! My appointment is for 2:30 pm" She waits...the other two women tell her "we both have appointments at 2:30 pm too!" The pissed off one says "3 people booked at same time for one doctor?" It is the 3:15 pm hour...she finally gets called in. Meanwhile I am sitting next to this guy who had a shit sandwich for lunch-worst breath EVER!!! FML! It's 3:30 pm and I'm wondering how long before I get called in...my appointment was for 3:00 pm...at this point I'm debating whether I really need a Pap smear after all...maybe I throw caution to the wind and skip this invasive procedure... I'll tell you what- first impressions last! I'm not a fan. My time is valuable! I want an office who values my time just as much as I value theirs! If I bothered to come in 1/2 hour early as u requested to fill out your forms, at least have the courtesy of valuing my time and seeing me at least close to the time I am scheduled for! Blatant disrespect! Oh but it gets better. So I'm thinking I'm next but the person who came in long after me goes in next...ok...then I hear the staff giggling and laughing and speaking in Armenian among themselves repeating a word that rhymes with my name...I am then called in. The lady who called me in didn't even try to pronounce my name (so not hard). She took the first two letters of my first name and attached it to my last name but I recognized that it was the same name/word they were giggling about. I am naturally frustrated beyond explanation. There are two girls (yah girls because they acted like school aged children rather than professional medical staff). One proceeds to ask me the same information that I had previously provided in the iPad. The other one takes my blood pressure and weight. They then confess to me that they had called my name before but another patient responded and went in instead of me. These idiots thought she was me!!! They proceeded to hand her my chart with my fucking info and had her fill in the supplemental info. The other patient simply crossed my name off the chart and on top of it wrote her name!!! That's why they were all laughing!!! Rather than tell her to go back out because she was mistakenly brought in before me- they saw her first!!! So they proceeded to ask for my info again- as if I had not filled in anything! I asked them why and they responded "your file was accidentally deleted!" So I had to give them my info all over again! At this point- I'm losing my fucking mind! But wait for it....the doctor got called into labor and will be "10 minutes- it's a vaginal delivery so it shouldn't take long!" I said ok & waited for a few minutes but then I got up and said "you know what? I'm done!!!! Give me a refund on my co-pay and destroy my file because clearly you are not capable of respecting my privacy!" They are apologizing profusely and I'm just pissed as hell!!! I get to the front to process my refund and the receptionist is just casually talking on the phone- not sensing my anger or probably didn't give a shit. I had to meditate to keep from going ballistic! The other girl comes around and says she's "sorry" again- and hahaha she says "would you like to re-schedule?" Lmfao!!! Um fuck no!!! "Do you think I trust this shit place? I will NEVER return!!! Finally the other one gets off and just casually takes my card and has me sign- like woop dee doo not even sensing how flaming angry I am! She gives me the slip to sign and I say "let me guess- you also don't validate so I am now forced to pay for parking!" Insult to injury- that was exactly the case! She had the audacity to wish me a good day! I just laughed and walked out! 3 hours collectively wasted! 20 miles round trip and $7 parking! This is a long overdue review since I was debating whether or not write this review but fuck it, she deserves it. Things "seemed" to be normal during pregnancy, even though I was sent to numerous incompetent diagnostic facilities throughout the pregnancy, but that aside... She "promised" to show up the day of the delivery, like I was a child being promised a candy for good behavior. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP TO HOSPITAL, NOT BEFORE, NOT DURING, NOT EVEN AFTER THE EMERGENCY DELIVERY. I was serviced by a completely different doctor whom I never met in my life and who had not seen my medical record NEVER EVER... A lot of things went wrong with this doctor. And if you want you baby to end up in an ICU because of a prolonged delivery, then be my guest and become her patient. If you are reading this "doctor", I wish God puts you or your kids in a same situation as you put your patients. And I wish you get what you deserve for causing people agony and suffering. Scary place. I took my daughter to see Dr. Vardui for her first visit to an OBGYN and I'm sorry to say we walked out after waiting in the waiting room for a while. The place is sketchy. Dirty...furniture had what looked like blood stains on the cushions, the building itself is a rundown, the office was dirty, staff very sarcastic when I asked about how long the doctor had been practicing medicine. After doing some research, I'm glad I followed my instincts and walked out. It's a shame that we have to depend on insurance who care so little about where they are sending us. read more

IF YOU READ ANY REVIEWS, PLEASE LET IT BE THIS ONE: My first time at gyno and I am literally traumatized from my experience. Upon arrival I did not sign any paperwork for being a new patient. My appointment was at 4pm and the office closed at 5pm and I had never felt more looked over and rushed. I was quite nervous as it was my first time and I felt completely uncomfortable with the way the doctor was rushing me. There was a second physician in the office and I wasn't even told there would be someone watching my procedure happen. They basically told me I don't need a Pap smear even though I am over 21 (and the reason I went). They asked me if I was sexually active so many times I lost count after 20. After saying no they looked at me in shock and judged me the rest of the appointment, and rushed me out of the office with no physical examination done at all. They were very unprofessional and the entire office vibe was off. I'm honestly writing this review to be glad this happened now and not further down the line and I didn't go through with my testing here because I know I would have regretted it deeply. my daughter has only a month left of her pergnancy and Dr.Asiryan has done everything in her power to make sure she has an easy pregnancy. for all the people that say her reviews are fake, you people probably didnt get your way or she just told you the truth so you go ahead and wirte mean reviews thats just jot nice!!! I recently visited Dr. Asiryan for my first visit and was happy with my experience. Her front desk staff were very friendly. The medical assistant was okay, she didn't seem very interested in what she was doing but she got the job done. I waited around 30-40 mins which I don't think is that bad, from my observations, it seems like a busy office and sees a lot of patients. Dr. Asiryan had great bedside manner and was very friendly and attentive to my needs and questions. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an OBGYN. Dr. Asiryan is the worst gynecologist I've been to. She is worth zero stars... I have an extensive gynecological medical history (that I will spare the details of) which this doctor has been extremely nonchalant and dismissive of... After a recent hospitalization in July of this year, I went to Dr. Asyrian to discuss my birth control options while I had uncontrolled high blood pressure. She told me that I had to discontinue my (estrogen based) birth control and that there was nothing else that I could go on with high blood pressure. (My new doctor has informed me that I CAN in fact be on a progesterone based birth control as that does not increase my risk of stroke with high blood pressure. Good to know, right?) So during this same visit with Dr. Asyrian, I asked her what the plan should be if my ovarian cysts should rupture due to discontinuing my birth control at the time... I swear to God she looked at me and said, "It is what it is." How a doctor can be so dismissive about a potential medical emergency is beyond me... I then brought up the frequent hormonal migraines I have during my menstrual cycle. I asked Dr. Asyrian how I should manage these hormone induced headaches without a birth control pill. To this she responded, "I don't know. I'm not a neurologist." Dr. Asiryan has terrible bedside manner. She leaves the door open during your visits, despite the necessity for privacy at a gynecologists office. She openly admitted to me that she has trouble remembering her patients. This doctor truly does not give a shit about her patients. And I have had to wait over an hour and a half in this office to even be seen; and then for this type of service...? I think not. I've been to so many visits with Dr. Asiryan, and not once did she leave my door open during an exam! Every appointment I've had has been on time, never cancelled, or rescheduled. This is by far the worst experience I have every had!! If I can give zero stars I would... Her reviews are not the best but I took the chance because everyone is different. The front desk is so stressful/stressed out sit & talk how patients are frustrating they look miserable and are unprofessional...They don't call when your results come in, I had to call every time... they prescribed an antibiotic for an infection I did not have, 5 days after I didn't take the meds given I retested & my results were clear of an infection. Sounds to me like someone is milking the medical industry of every penny they can get. This is my 2nd pregnancy so I know how things should go! We had generally a positive experience with her. She may sound a little cold but when it comes to her profession she is sharp as a tack. My wife had a dangerous delivery where she lost %12 of her blood, I thought she was giving up her soul, Vardui did a great job and patched her up and resurrected her. One time we had an appointment and she had an emergency surgery call, we were told they weren't sure how long it would take, we waited extra 2.5 hours, some old ladies got real mad and blasted out of the lobby and left enraged, because Vardui had to perform an emergency surgery? I was totally cool as 3 months after that my wife had a 3 hour emergency surgery with near death experience and I am sure a lot of old women got mad at her again. I think some people who are born and raised in this country are used to those doctors who pamper them and put them under unnecessary medication instead of telling them there is nothing physically wrong with them. read more

My first time ever being pregnant and I get sent to Dr. Asiryan's office. I was super nervous and super scared, but all of Asiryan's staff made me feel so comfortable and so welcomed. I honestly don't know why there are so many bad reviews for this place. I had a high risk pregnancy and all throughout my pregnancy, Asiryan looked out for my health, as well as the health of my baby boy. From the first day, all the way to delivery. Asiryan did an amazing job and I thank her immensely for helping me birth my first child this early January despite all the complications. I was even admitted to Adventist a month before delivery and she came to check on me every single day after office hours!! Preeclampsia is a scary thing and Dr. Asiryan held my life in her hands and I honestly wouldn't have imagined this experience any better than she made it. My boyfriend and I are so thankful and I will look to go back to her office if I have another baby again :) As for her staff, that were amazing as well! Seda is super sweet and always made it easy to book appointments. She checked me in the second she saw my face! She made it quick and easy and I never had one complaint. If she saw me sitting down for a while, she always assured me I was next, or went to the back to check on what was taking long. Which I never minded bc I just always assumed Dr. Asiryan was out for a bit doing a delivery. I have not one complaint about this place. Don't Go Here! I was going to be a new patient. I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for over a month for today at 4pm. I also previously called several times to move up the appt. I arrived at 345pm. At 4pm I was told they don't have my referral and I need to call my health insurance. I called my health insurance the health insurance was trying to help me then the girl at 418 pm said that the doctor cant see me now since the last patient she was seeing was at 4pm. I was the 4pm patient. I suggested that they mention that to new patients they suggest that they bring the referral that they should have. This could have all been avoided. I have letters at my house that I could have brought with me that showed the referral if I was told that I should bring them as a new patient. The doctor was off to the side listening to this conversation and didn't bother to step in. I would suggest no one goes here if they want to be cared for because this situation could have totally been handled differently. I am not someone coming to buy a car. I took my mom to see doctor Asiryan. My mom is 80 years old and in good health but she hasn't been to a OB/GYN for years and I wanted a doctor who speaks her language. After calling my mom in, the first nurse came who was a hispanic girl in her professional uniform and manners. Took my mom's blood pressure and asked few questions and told us that another nurse will come to ask medical history questions. The second nurse walked in in flip flops, messy hair, and looked as if she needed to go to bed really bad or she just woke up. Every single question she asked was a drag. When the doctor finally came (half an hour later), my mom told me to leave the room. When we were finally done and were in my car driving my mom told me that the doctor gave her a gown to wear and after she was done the doctor left my mom lying on the bed and didn't offer a hand or helped her sit on the bed. My mom waited for five minutes and finally managed to sit. What if she had fallen? I think I'll be looking for another doctor. read more
