I did this to first off be able to not curl my lashes everyday for work but the procedure left my lashes relatively the same with the need to curl them... again. So glad that I found Vanity Lash Lounge!! I came to Vanity Lash lounge in Edmonds for micro-blading. I shopped around for prices and found locations that were less expensive but when I read the reviews of the cheaper places and the reviews of Vanity Lash Lounge, I wasn't about to skimp and get shoddy results just to save money. I definitely made the right decision!! I love the results of my brows. The process isn't 100% painless, but Meghan (Owner) who did my micro-blading was very conscientious about making sure I was as comfortable as possible. The Edmonds location is really beautiful and if there isn't street parking out front, there is a very convenient parking lot behind them. The staff that I have dealt with is very friendly and helpful. Meghan (owner) is fabulous! She clearly loves what she does and has built an incredible business out of it. Micro-blading may seem a bit pricey, but the initial cost includes a 6-week touchup so Meghan can make sure that everything is the way it should be and to make any tweaks that are needed. Today was my 6 week touchup. Meghan happily adjusted my color slightly and filled in any areas that needed touching up. Then she also told me that the next touchup shouldn't be for a year! (I guess I just assumed that it would be more often than that. ) And the cost of the yearly touch-ups is a lot less than the initial appointment. It really is a good deal if you look at the big picture. I don't have to fill in my brows myself every morning and try to make them look good....They look way better than I could ever do myself anyway....and I won't need a touch up or have any added expenses related to my micro-blading for a year...and my brows were done correctly and safely. I have been a customer of Jamie E.'s for about a year now. I wanted to try waxing but was worried about the pain and possible upkeep. Since the first time I saw Jamie she was nothing but genuine, caring and honest about all things. She said the first time I came to get a wax service she didn't think I would be back (because of my sensitivity) but I will never see anyone else but Jamie for waxing! She's the best. Jamie listens to concerns and suggests products that are in the salon (which I have tried and loved) and she also shares her at home beauty secrets (which I have also loved). After having a not so great experience getting my lashes done at another salon where the "technician" didn't listen to me and wasn't very careful and the results were not great. I was a little apprehensive to get them done again. Coming here, I was definitely not disappointed! Kimberly was is very sweet, she not only asked me exactly what I wanted but also listened carefully to my requests and made me feel at ease. Not pleased at all with their customer service... Upon needing to reschedule, they were unenthused about finding me a new appointment time. They seemed completely fine with me cancelling, receiving their cancellation fee of $31, and moving on. They did not offer me another appointment time, etc. It clearly states that their policy is to charge for appointments cancelled within 24 hours, which I completely understand. However, there was never any mention of rescheduling, even though that's specifically why I called. We only talked about the $31 fee, which I willingly paid since that is only fair. It was quite bizarre. It seemed that they are used to people cancelling and never returning after their fee is paid. If that's the case, perhaps the "cancellation"/ rescheduling policy needs to be examined and readjusted... In terms of the eyelashes, they look fine but they fall out VERY quickly. It is necessary to a schedule fills every 2-2.5 weeks. read more

I went in for a fill as a "new client" and it is obvious I have bold volume lashes. I was told repeatedly how difficult it is to work on someone else's work (I have been to other salons & never heard complaints) & they would do their best to blend their lashes to mine. Ok, the lady was told to use .07, .05, &.01 do you want to tell me why when she was asked by (I assume to be the manager) "are you using .001 pretty much ?" She said yes??!!! Ok, you are told to do something & know I have bold going on. She finishes and tells me they look natural because of our lashes. I was livid. I made it clear, my look is not to be natural. I get the mirror and was horrified, my old lashes were there hanging on , scarce spots- a mess. I had to have them corrected by the "manager", better ? Minimal. Disappointed. I am shocked I had to pay let alone I did. Disappointing. Also, their Instagram pictures are deceiving! I have struggled with my brows my whole life, I was teased for them as all siblings like to do, and of course It became something I was very self conscious of. Every day I have had to apply eyebrow make up and make It even as I don't have much to go off of and then reapply multiple times a day because make up doesn't like to stick to skin vs hair (which I don't have much of) Over a year ago I went as far as considering doing a hair transplant to my eyebrows when my sister responded saying why wouldn't I do microblading?
