This lady knows her stuff!! Brandie makes the process not intimidating and educated me on how she would apply and why she chooses her products, elleebana, for lash lifts. We didn't get it 100% right the first time bc everyone's lashes are different and eye shapes play a lot into the type of rod/shield she uses, BUT she told me no worries she would re-lift. What really impressed me was her following up with me the next day and saying she wanted to re-lift bc she could do better.
