It was very important for me to feel comfortable with my provider this time. The fact her office is in Edmonds was a great bonus. I picked up the phone and called Julie. She spent a nice amount of time on the phone with me and made me feel comfortable about the amount of time she spends with a client...And about having realistic expectations (which I admire and appreciate). I am in my mid-50s and have the aging Eye thing to be aware of! I love Julie's candor - you don't treat a 50-year-old eyelid the same way you would a 22-year-old and I loved that we could talk about realistic expectations for my particular eye shape/ skin.
