I went to this dealership because it was the closest that had everything I wanted in the car I was looking for and thought it was a fair price. Boy was I wrong. Not only did they not try to give me a good price but tried to charge more then 10000 dollars more on stuff that they could have easily discounted me on. They left a bad taste in my mouth. I had to edit my previous review because did not honor the contract, I will be reporting to Better business bureau. The only reason we came in was for the promotion they had 120days no payment. We sign a paper saying they where going to give us that promotion as it states online and where going to fix the contract. The paper that was sign never made it to Chrysler Financial. They are giving us the run around not answering our calls or emails. At this point we will be returning the vehicle or taking legal action. I went to this dealership and asked them to program a trailer controller in the vehicle which should take no more than 15 minutes to do. I asked them for a quote and they quoted me $250. Basically what they did is insert a device and use an Android phone to turn on the setting in the vehicle. I agreed to the price because I needed it done immediately as tomorrow I am traveling and will be towing a heavy trailer and need it for safety. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting, they called me that my vehicle is ready. When I went to the service advisor, he was completely ignoring me while talking on the phone with another customer. I decided I will go into my vehicle to make sure it's working properly and to see if I have any questions. When I got to my vehicle, I noticed it doesn't work as intended. I went inside and let the service advisor know. He called the technician and I waited approximately 10 minutes for him to show up. When he did, he didn't even know what I am talking about or how to fix it. He started making phone calls and walking with me to other vehicles to see how it should work, which is when he realized that it is in fact not working in my vehicle. He finally called the parts department and it was confirmed that they didn't program it properly. Just to make sure it is clear, all the run around was a good hour of wasted time on my part as I was walking around with the service tech when he was trying to figure it out. I approached the service director and explained the issue. I also asked for a discount as 1) my time is valuable and something that should have taken 15 minutes too over two hours and 2) they didn't do their due diligence to make sure everything is properly working before charging me and before letting me go. The service director responded that he will give me $20 off. He didn't even bother apologizing or being sympathetic of the situation. He didn't seem to care. I then went to go pay. The guy who was supposed to charge me had me wait another 15-20 minutes to charge me. He said that the person who assisted me has to close the ticket and adjust the price but he is on the phone with ANOTHER customer so I need to wait. Seriously? Again? Mind you they simply needed to program an INSTALLED device. No installation was necessary. I was charged, given the paperwork, and left. No apology, no thank you, nothing. I paid $100 more for the same service that other dealers charge and was treated like crap. The service advisors only care for one thing - their commission. That's it! I would stay away from this dealership and go to Dependable or another location. Don't do the same mistake I did. They will charge you top dollar and give you horrible service. Just one more VERY important note: Should I have left with the vehicle assuming they initially programmed the towing brake controller properly, I would have towed a very heavy trailer with no braking system. Do not take your car for service here no matter what, i took my jeep there on January 17 of 2023 with a heater issue and been told that the car will be ready by February 20th. Then on February 20th (after over a month of having the car in the service) they called n asked me to come take the car without even touching the car, literally asked me to take the car without any issue solved. Already sounded like a joke but i had them keep the car until its ready since it is not safe to drive like that (windshield gets foggy from inside and i cant drive without defrosting it). Here we are in April already (3 months ever since i dropped the car off for service) and they still haven't touched my car. Haven't given me a rental car and haven't paid me a penny for a rental car even tho my car is a brand new car with only 6k miles all under warranty. I have gotten huge financial hit because of the way they treated me and my car and still have no idea if they will ever fix my car even tho they make sure to give me a new date for it to be ready every two weeks . The only person to blame for this chaos is the manager that's letting the employees work as they wish and not care at all about the customer thats paying load of money for them to be able to operate. Almost every car dealership experience is tedious and painful. I am considering that in giving Russell Westbrook's Jeep store this rating. Somewhat worse than others I've endured. I'm 54 and have purchased MANY cars over my lifetime both new and used. Bottom Line: I wouldn't go back here again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, nothing major. Upon completion of the services, I drove off the lot. My 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 began to make a loud bang noise and drive a little strange. I pulled over and inspected the vehicle. To my surprise, one of my wheels was missing 4 out of 5 lug nuts. Allen was very calm and thorough during our sale transaction. They all made sure i got the car i truly like with a good Price. My experience was good, except i got to say that the assistant manager Selena (who answers to the General manager Raed due to the GM's busy schedule) is very rude, unprofessional and she expects the customers to thank her and not get a good customer back. Selena truly needs to understand customer service and learn not to argue with clients. I am not sure what type of profession she came from before becoming an assistant manager. Bunch of scammers. They sold me unnecessary warranty's that I was told would help get the loan approved. When I got a letter from the place that bought the loan they actually told me I didn't need to buy the extra warranty for the loan ( I guess a lot of shady dealers give this false information to customers. I went up there to cancel these unnecessary warranty's and they purposely cancelled my gap insurance. I've gone up there several times and told them I never asked for the gap insurance to be cancelled and had to finally call the company directly so they can reinstate it. I saw another review that said they run hard credit checks and they did the same with me after they said I was not approved. I did end up buying the car a week later but my credit was ran at least five times which I didn't not agree to. These people vengeful and petty. read more

I dont even know where to start. What a disaster in every way and form, lies, deception, delays, and more. I made a reservation to take my jeep to this dealership 2-3 weeks before taking my car in. I had an antifreeze leak and needed to be looked at as this has been an ongoing issue with my jeep. I had advised them that the radiator and water pump were new as the previous dealership I took the car to replace the parts but it was still leaking. Once I took my car in, a week later, the dealership had yet to look at the car. They claimed they were busy, My agent was off, they didn't have staff, and the technician is busy. Why make me make a reservation 2-3 weeks before bringing it in and yet a week later my car was just sitting there? I called the dealership daily and was given the same runaround. Over a week later, a technician looked at the car. Yes, looked and didn't see a leak. I asked them if they ran the car and filled the car with antifreeze to find the leak and answer was no. I advised them again that 2 weeks prior, I had filled the car with 1/2 gallon of antifreeze and it vanished. I asked what they did and was told they looked and didnt see a leak. All they had to do is look under the car. They said they saw some stains and tried blaming me that spilled antifreeze. Sorry but I have plenty of pictures showing leaking and The liquid was spread all underneath the engine due to driving. I asked, did you start the car? No, its not leaking. So how do you assume it's not leaking? I advised them again to start the car, fill the radiator and reservoir with antifreeze and watch. What do they do? A pressure test of the radiator which took a day or 2 and of course, it's normal. Note that they yet to start the car, let it run or drive the car. Once again, I alliterated that they have full permission to do whatever needed to find the leak. 2 days later they pressure tested again to find nothing. I asked what is happening to the antifreeze and they said, maybe the car is burning it, False. I see and smell the antifreeze leaking and once coolant runs low, fan runs loud and the check engine light comes up. They advised me that they did see the engine light come on and it was the thermostat. Yes, that is true. When the car is out of antifreeze, the light came on every time. . Note that all this time, I have Mopar warranty and everything is covered. 3 weeks later, they told me, my battery is dead and I need a new one. They need to drive it. I asked how is that possible as the battery is new, the car has been there for over 3 weeks by now and obviously if they claimed they were working on the car, it was working. They tried selling me an expensive battery. I said nope, not gonna happen. At this point, I assume they left my strobes on and killed the battery. What do you do instead of calling the customer, they pulled all the wires from all the strobes, and till today nothing works. I have to rewire everything soon. They charged the battery and Magically, my car is still running without any issues 2 weeks after I picked up the car and has been sitting the whole time as I have been out of town. So, obviously, I never had battery issues but it was neglect on their end. My car was there for over 1 month. Leak was not fixed. Strobes don't work, and battery has no issues. Manager was no help. Agent was no help. I would never go back. I honestly do not think they made the proper attempts to find the issue I have. I was charged $100 for the deductible of the warranty. I called them so many times and I was going around in circles until I told them I need my car and picked it up. They always claim to not see a leak, bla bla bla without even attempting my suggestions of placing cardboard under the car and looking. Why did it take 4 weeks to do nothing? My best assumption is that they wanted my car to sit there to bill the warrantee and the second assumption I have is that I didn't ask for a loaner which I should have. Lesson learned. Also, if my engine was burning my coolant, wouldn't you offer to fix it. Nah. Why should they. Maybe it was too much work. I went in for a reason. Usually, one would expect some sort of guidance. They had my car for over a month and got no where. They didn't even care to see if the car was burning antifreeze per their assumption even after they said it is bad if it is. I do want to give credit Armen. He was awesome. He cared. He was polite. I wish I dealt with him from day one. I am afraid to take my car back to this dealership again. What can go wrong next time. What wires will they cut or disconnect because they might have triggered a switch and not ask how to turn something off? Its pretty funny how all my strobes no longer work and all had different wirings. Someone had a field day disconnecting wires. Yet, I was still charged $100 deductible which was worthless. I am truly grateful for them as my life has changed in this month or so of driving the gladiator! I am able to ride comfortably with supplies and my employees. I am able to take on more business, and I have gone on three off road trips. One of which I took my pops and sister to. We don't come from much so being able to be on top of a mountain looking down to lakes and great views is truly refreshing. The dealership adds on between 3-5k in "upgraded accessories." They do not advertise this in the price and only reveal it once you have already test drove the car, had your credit ran, and you are in the negotiation stage. This positions you, the buyer, in a state where you are relatively invested in the car and ready to only negotiate about a thousand off the price. Well the salesperson will bring you the price sheet and suddenly there are these extra charges. They explain that they can't not charge you for these extra things and after intense negotiation they may work out a deal to take one or two accessories off. These accessories are things like $995 for "Nitrogen filled tires" which, by the way, Costco uses to fill up your tires FOR FREE. In this process you are disoriented by the mall-like playlist that they have playing at summer pool-party level volumes and by a revolving line-up of consistently slimier personnel that get injected in your deal. You feel like you won because you negotiated two thousand dollars off, but you in fact paid $3k more than the original sticker price that brought you into the dealership. Their prices aren't even a steal. See image. I hope this illustrates their ineptitude. For me, their tactics weren't even the worst part. I was interested in a car that was listed online. When it was listed it wasn't available yet, but it was priced at $28k. I called to ask when it would become available and they told me the date. After it became available it was listed at $29k. I was shocked that it rose in price because it was never communicated to me that it might rise in price. If a car is not inspected, yet the price is subject to change it is entirely unprofessional to list a price. RED FLAG#1 After I was passed around to several employees I settled into speaking to one salesperson about the car, I explained that I confirmed that it was "bone-stock," I confirmed the price, and I set up a time to come into the dealership the next day explaining that I would be taking a day off of work and driving FOUR hours one way to arrive. At this point I had spoken to 4 people about this, apparently they like to play hot-potato with customers and it is difficult for a customer to get a dedicated salesperson. (At the end of my interaction I had spoken to about 6 people) RED FLAG #2 What I described above happened. The difference was that my father, a steady and cool-headed man, was with me and withstood their quick tongues and aggressive tones. Trust me, I would have started crying at the desk if it was just me. They wouldn't let us finance the car with our credit union. This is highly suspect. RED FLAG #3. Next, we told them "fine, we will write a check for the price of the car and then refinance through our credit union." The salesperson told us that we could do that if leave with their financing, but we can only refinance in 6 months. This meant that they wanted us to pay the car payment with their interest rate of 7% for 6 months. For context, our credit union offered us a 1.86% rate, there's no way we would pay a rate 3x higher. He told us we could not refinance immediately. That is very suspicious. They made BS excuses as to why we couldn't, luckily my dad is a guy who deals with contracts all day and knows that this is completely inaccurate. RED FLAG #4 After we walked out of the dealership someone from finance calls me to see if I came in today. I told the person that I didn't know how they knew I would come in today and she told me that "everyone in the finance department knew about my sale." Stupidly I ignored this statement and gave her my final offer, she said she would talk to someone and call me back. She never did lol RED FLAG #5 AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE is that when they took my dad's ID for paper work they never gave it back and we didn't realize till we arrived back home 250 miles away. They never called that day to tell us, and when my dad called to inform them, they didn't have the cell phone number of the sale person helping us. BRIGHT RED FLAG #6 I do not want a generic reply from the management to give them a call. That is clearly an empty attempt to assuage the viewers of the page and will in no way rectify the issues. Definitely do not recommend this dealership. Customer service is pretty terrible. Everyone's always running around so getting someone on the phone is impossible. They also have an "auto answer" on their phone. One of the great amenities of this dealership that allows you to talk to the air and listen to them in the background laughing with music blasting. I was not notified of any of their add ons and was told my total financing price was due to my credit score. Come to find I had an option for all these add ons. Took my 9k purchase to 13k. False advertisement when buying the car. I asked Peter the sales guy if there was anything wrong with the car and he failed to mention the speaker issues along with the damages on the car. Roxana was the one who blindsided me on the financing price making me believe it was my credit. Michael is the customer service manager and he seemed like he'd be the best to communicate with since he gave me his email after me having to camp out at the dealership to talk to someone about the issues I was having. Come to find he was just as rude via email, and had zero compassion for my frustration. He submitted my refund but only for maintenance and failed to refund me the rest I was blind sided on. Juan a sales guy called me to talk about the problems I was having and actually tried to talk me out of my warranty in order to refund my maintenance. Lol further trying to screw me. He had me fill out a paper and then ghosted me and never followed through with anything. Definitely go into this dealership with financing options already selected with a Credit Union so they don't screw you. Bring someone with you to help review their extremely confusing contract. Prepare to be there all day buying a car and all day after the fact. Prepare to have them attempt to solve your money issues with them telling you they'll reduce your payments if you send them more people. I understand that things are going to be a little harder with Covid-19 around...I totally get it... BUT when you call and make an appointment and drop off your car the night before so that you wouldn't be late for your appointment at 7:30am... Well...I kind of expected a call that day to discuss options for my car... Well guess what they never called to discuss my car. So I called them the next day only for them to put me on hold for over 15 minutes after telling me that they didn't have my car! I'm like what? I dropped it off the night before to make sure that they had it on time. They finally get back to me with another person and they ask me the same questions again... I'm like really? Seriously you put me on hold and then what go and help someone else instead if taking care of the customer that you put on hold?? So far looking horrible! Then they proceed to tell me... That they have been trying to call me since my appointment time the day prior. My next question is ok... Did you ever leave a Voicemail? "Uh well we did call you... I even personally called you. So I know we called you." Ok so answer the question... If you called me... Did you ever leave a voicemail?? Answer? Who knows because the guy would not give be an answer. So yeah I couldn't get through to get the time my car was going to get ready... They didn't call me to tell me that my car was going to cost 50% more then what they quoted. Can I say crappiest service ever? I was really blown away with the lack of service. Yes I know that it is Covid-19 time and things are a little harder but if you are going to keep my car for almost 2 weeks, at least have the decency to CALL and give me updates on my car.
