    My Second Review - Now a Safety Issue This is my second review because the problems with my car still haven't been addressed. Since buying my 2025 Charger Daytona R/T EV on July 25, 2025, the trunk hasn't worked properly, and I received the car with a damaged wheel and tire that were never fixed. Now there's a new, more serious issue -- the door button sometimes doesn't work, and I've had to use the emergency door handle many times just to get out. This is a safety issue, and I don't feel like I can fully trust this car. For a brand-new car and as a loyal customer, this is beyond frustrating. The lack of accountability or real help from the dealership is simply unacceptable.

    Rust and paint peeling

    Horrible experience at this dealership! Service department to be exact. Dropped off my vehicle mid October of 2025 and picked it up on April 27 2026 that's almost 7 months of me waiting for my vehicle to be done. The communication was not good at all! I would not get updates on the vehicles progress unless I took the time to call or show up in person. When I dropped off the vehicle I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was told they do provide them, but then overheard another service advisor tell a client they do provide them but are all loaned out at the moment?! Service manager Hector helped to explain everything and was transparent with me about Payman the advisor not being on top of it and not submitting paperwork in a timely manner when I stopped by in December but after that never heard from him didn't respond to my text messages or phone calls unless I showed up in person. The same day I stopped by I had the used sales manager give me an appraisal on the vehicle and gave me a really low offer and pointed out many things wrong with the vehicle but never mentioned damage to the roof of the vehicle. After 3 months of it being in service I had to purchase a new vehicle since my insurance only cover a certain amount of days so now I'm stuck with an extra car payment while paying for the vehicle that sat in service for almost 7 months! The day of pickup I refused to pay the amount due I was being charged for batteries that were given at "cost," 2 hours of labor $700+ to install 2 batteries, and my deductible. I asked to speak to hector or any other manager and was told hector was unavailable to speak to me but would deduct 1 hour of labor. Ultimately I ended up paying $1,198.03 after they charged my insurance $10,000 for the repairs. I was told some damage was caused to the front bumper and they fixed it along with small other flaws on the vehicle. When I got home I noticed damage to the roof of the vehicle (paint peel and rust) spoke with Payman and he told me Hector said it's normal wear and tear and was not damage done at the dealership but the car sat outside in the sun and rain and if it was normal and done when I had it don't you think the appraiser would've noticed that and mentioned it to me? Now I have to pay out of pocket to get this fixed. Ridiculous!

    Scuffed up. Buff out? I don't think so.

After reviewing everything, I feel like I was heavily upsold on services and parts that either weren't urgently needed or could have been done at a much more reasonable price elsewhere. For example, my vehicle wasn't even due for an oil change yet based on my mileage history. I actually wanted to see if they would be honest about it, but instead I was still sold the service. What really bothered me is that the business promotes honesty and transparency, but my experience felt like the opposite. I didn't feel properly informed or given options -- just pressured into agreeing to expensive add-ons. If you have money to blow, then by all means go to this shop. I originally checked Google reviews and saw mostly positive feedback, which is why I chose this place. But after my experience, I went on Yelp and found multiple reviews describing very similar situations to mine. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any services here. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I started having some very common water pump and vacuum system problems with my beloved 718 Cayman S a few weeks ago - these are well documented issues with the car, but can be very difficult to diagnose and truly fix. When I first started having problems, I decided to go to another shop in the area to get a diagnosis to figure out what was going on. That shop gave me a lot of stress and very little confidence that we would get the issues sorted any time soon, so I decided to come here and met with Amir. Again, the vacuum issues on a 718 especially can be a bit complicated to diagnose. From the moment I started working through these issues with Amir, he was very good on communication, transparency, and did not in any way run up a bill of other random things just to try to get more money. He sent me photos every step of the way of what was being done to my car, communicated on parts coming in, etc - I felt very comfortable having my car there. When Porsche took longer than they had promised us to get a part in, Amir made the wait much easier by helping me out with a rental. The car was driving beautifully after I picked it up, but I ended up with a fault code again and I had to come back in - I don't fault Amir/the shop for this at all, 718 vacuum issues can be very complicated and oftentimes there is no "issue" left other than a ghost code. The experience of coming back here to diagnose why this code came back actually solidified my confidence in this shop - they were once again extremely transparent and very considerate in making my second visit quick and painless. My car is in phenomenal shape, and I saved a good amount of money (and headache) compared to what I was quoted at another spot down the street. Thank you Amir!

I requested a brake inspection, which was really quick, turned out I had to get my rear brakes changed. They offered to do it the same day for a very reasonable price and less than 3 hours later, my car was ready. Joe has worked on my car for small items like brakes and oil changes all the way up to getting some check engine light issues fixed. Pricing is always great. Brought my car here for a diagnostic thinking the issue was one thing only to find out "no, you don't need that," and saved me a bunch of money I would have likely spent elsewhere. He didn't push me to fix anything that didn't need fixing and pointed out a few things that were old that I might want replaced so I just took all his suggestions because it's a very old car and it needed some extra care. I went in for transmission fluid change earlier in February in my Toyota Camry 2018. I bought OEM Toyota transmission fluid and asked Joe to help do drain and fill.The drain and fill was completed. After that there was a rough driving issues started. I went back to show my car to joe and he drove the car he told me he don't see any issues. I wanted him to check transmission fluid port on if there is low transmission fluid he didn't agree and told me I might be overthinking. I went to different mechanic in April and he checked. I paid $100 to reopen the port for transmission fluid and what we saw was no fluid came out from the primary port. He added 0.5 quarters left. The issues I have had for rough idle and need to have higher RPM on slope went away completely.According to him you have to keep the car running when you drain the fluid and you need to have it at the right temperature he said the drain and fill wasn't done correctly that's why there was still room for fluid. The viscosity of the fluid makes a difference in how much you can fill and drain. He double checked for leakage and there were no leaks either. When I went to joe and asked about don't you have to keep car warm to see if temperature is right? He said you only do it when there is a leak. I don't think Joe knew enough about mechanics of New car. I wasn't overthinking when I went to ask Joe for help and asked to recheck the transmission fluid. I paid $260 for labor only( $160 to Joe and $100 to another mechanic) for same job. It's really absurd. Overall this could have damaged my transmission. I think for future the customer advise should be taken seriously. I know my car well so I know when it's not acting good. I have been driving it from 10 years.
