When you 1st start in the Emerald Club you can go to the Emerald Aisle and pick out the car you want. You jump in and just give the person at the booth your ID. No need to go to the counter. When you reach Executive you get a better choice of cars. I love it because I get to drive cars I would probably never buy because they are not practical, but they are fun!

The pick-up process was fairly easy but the car did squeak and grind due to the mileage. Used a lot of gas. Before I left the airport we modified my agreement for a daily rate to cover the time I would have the car and I was still charged almost $100 more than what was negotiated when I returned the car.
