While it's technically just across the street, there are no signs inside the airport directing you there, and nothing during the reservation process clearly mentions that you'll need to take a shuttle. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They made the pickup process smooth and were genuinely pleasant to work with, which I really appreciated. The car itself, however, reflected the "budget" name. It had a large crack in the windshield, wasn't the cleanest inside, had several areas where paint was missing, and there was a noticeable odor. While it got me from point A to point B without issue, the overall condition left something to be desired.

I asked a rep about it - they said the damage was documented here while pointing to the hand written codes on the windshield and that the form they gave me that says "Vehicle condition report" is for ME to fill out if something happens not that it should be what is already wrong with the car EVENTHOUGH the form says "if you find any damage not recorded here please record it and take to a budget agent before leaving." Nice does not equal a car without major damage. Will not rent from Budget again.

The prices were higher than expected and when we picked up the car it was an older model car with over 60,000 miles on it. The pick-up process was fairly easy but the car did squeak and grind due to the mileage. Used a lot of gas. Before I left the airport we modified my agreement for a daily rate to cover the time I would have the car and I was still charged almost $100 more than what was negotiated when I returned the car. Be very careful what you agree to and what the rate is on your contract.
